Permafrost and its spatiotemporal variation considerably influence the surface and sub-surface hydrological processes,biogeochemical cycles,fauna and flora growth and cold region engineering projects in the Three-River Source Region(TRSR),Qinghai–Tibet ***,the dynamics of permafrost over a relatively long term duration(e.g.>100 years)in the TRSR is not well ***,the spatial and temporal variations of the temperature at the top of the perennially frozen/unfrozen ground(TTOP),active layer thickness(ALT)in permafrost regions and the maximum depth of frost penetration(MDFP)in the seasonally frozen ground of the TRSR during 1901–2020 were simulated using the TTOP model and Stefan equation driven by the widely used reanalysis Climatic Research Unit 4.05 *** revealed that the permafrost in the TRSR over the past 120 years did not degrade monotonically but experienced considerable fluctuations in area with the decadal oscillations of climate warming and cooling:shrinking from 263.9×10^(3)km^(2)in the 1900s to 233.3×10^(3)km^(2)in the 1930s,expanding from 232.3×10^(3)km^(2)in the 1940s to 260.9×10^(3)km^(2)in the 1970s and shrinking again from 254.1×10^(3)km^(2)in the 1980s to 228.9×10^(3)km^(2)in the *** regional average TTOP increased from−1.34±2.74℃in the 1910s to−0.48±2.69℃in the 2010s,demonstrating the most noticeable change for the extremely stable permafrost(TTOP3.0 m by 12%from 1901 to ***,minor changes were observed for the regional average MDFP,probably due to the increase in the area proportion of MDFP3.5 m(owing to the transformation of permafrost to seasonally frozen ground)by 7.39%and 4.77%,*** findings can facilitate an in-depth understanding of permafrost dynamics and thus provide a scientific reference for eco-environment protection and s

BACKGROUND Fast-track surgery(FTS)is a modern nursing approach that has gained popularity in the perioperative phase of *** To investigate the impact of FTS on perioperative care for hepatobiliary *** A retrospective analysis was performed on 98 patients who underwent hepato-biliary surgery and were admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to October *** were divided into an observation group and a control group with 49 patients in each group according to different nursing *** control group was treated with standard nursing and the observation group was treated with FTS concept *** length of hospital stay,visual analog scale(VAS)score,wound complications,nursing satisfaction,self-rating scale(SAS)score,and SF-36 quality of life(QoL)score were compared between the two groups before and after *** The duration of hospitalization,hospitalization cost,operation time,first im-plantation time,exhaust time,and first defecation time were shorter than the observation group(P<0.05).Additionally,the observation group showed a sig-nificant difference between the VAS and SAS scores on days 1,3,and 7(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.05%was significantly lower than the 18.36%in the control group,and the comparison groups were statistically significant(χ2=5.018,P=0.025).The observation group had a significantly higher level of nurse satisfaction(94.92%)than the control group(79.59%;χ2=6.078,P=0.014).Both groups showed higher QoL scores after nursing care,with higher scores in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.032).CONCLUSION FTS in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery can effectively improve negative mood,QoL,and nursing sa-tisfaction;reduce wound complications;and accelerate patient rehabilitation.

Proximal gradient algorithms are popularly implemented to achieve convex optimization with nonsmooth regularization. Obtaining the exact solution of the proximal operator for nonsmooth regularization is challenging because errors exist in the computation of the gradient; consequently, the design and application of inexact proximal gradient algorithms have attracted considerable attention from researchers. This paper proposes computationally efficient basic and inexact proximal gradient descent algorithms with random reshuffling. The proposed stochastic algorithms take randomly reshuffled data to perform successive gradient descents and implement only one proximal operator after all data pass through. We prove the convergence results of the proposed proximal gradient algorithms under the sampling-without-replacement reshuffling *** computational errors exist in gradients and proximal operations, the proposed inexact proximal gradient algorithms can converge to an optimal solution neighborhood. Finally, we apply the proposed algorithms to compressed sensing and compare their efficiency with some popular algorithms.
