The aim of our study was to explore the antioxidant potential of Moroccan saffron stigmas（SS） and examine their performance as a natural antioxidant in enhancing the stability and quality properties of edible sunflower oil（SO）, with a focus on understanding the critical importance of edible oil stability for predicting quality deterioration during storage. Bearing this in mind, our research was designed to compare the efficacy of three concentrations of dried SS（at 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.6%） against tocobiol（a synthetic antioxidant） as a positive control（at 0.3% concentration）. This comparison was conducted under three distinct storage conditions namely accelerated ageing（60 ℃）, exposure to light at ambient temperature, and darkness, to evaluate their impact on preventing severe oxidation and extending oil shelf-life. Oxidation state evolution was evaluated through peroxide value（PV）, free fatty acid（Ffa）, anisidine value（p-AV）, K270value（conjugated trienes）, total oxidation index（TOTOX）, iodine value（IV）, and fatty acid composition（fa）. Our results revealed notable differences in stability tracking parameters. Specifically, these parameters were higher in samples stored under accelerated conditions, followed by the samples stored in ambient light, while those stored in darkness showed the highest stability among the three storage conditions. Supplementation of sunflower oil with SS and tocobiol significantly enhanced its oxidation stability. Notably, SS exhibited exceptional effectiveness in stabilizing sunflower oil regardless of SS dose, with the highest efficacy observed at 0.6%. This was evidenced by the slower rate of oxidation parameters under various storage conditions, highlighting a superior antioxidant activity compared to both the non-enriched oil and tocobiol-enriched oil. 目的:构建甘肃省高等教育自学考试多元化评价体系,提高护理专业自学考试教育质量。方法:文献研究甘肃省自学考试发展历史;调研省内自学考试主管部门——甘肃省教育考试院及开展自学考试教育项目的兰州大学、甘肃医学院等高校,访谈相关工作人员;设计问卷调查10家医院494名医护人员、15名教师及251名自考生;构建以技能考核为主的多元化评价体系。结果:自学考试多元化评价可提高考生综合能力,67.73%的自考生和80%的教师支持增加实践技能考核,技能考核需占30%,采用专业核心课程闭卷考试+实践技能考核的评价模式。结论:多元化评价可提高自学考试教育质量,需要进一步推广完善。

Toxicological studies for some agricultural waste extracts on mosquito larvae and experimental animals

Skeletal Rearrangement of Substituted Benzaldoxime 3-(2,2-Dichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethyl Cyclo-propane Carboxylates under EI-MS

Introduction Substituted benzaldoxime 3-(2, 2-dichlorovinyl)-2,2-dimethyl cyclopropanecarboxylates,considered as pyrethroid analogs, show a good bioactivity such as fungicidal, herbicidal and plantgrowth regulating activities[1,2]. EI-MS spectra of those compounds show the rearrangement of their structures, which has prompted us to elucidate their behavior under EI conditions. All the compounds studied have M-165 and M-99 fragment ions in the EI-MS spectra, but there is no segment with the mass of 165 and 99 lost directly from the molecular ions. So we postulated the process of rearrangement, it involved the cleavage of the C2C3 bond in the substituted cyclopropyl accompanied by the migration of disubstitued methylene-amino moiety to C2 or C3 position and elimination of a conjugated group with the mass of 165 or 99 to afford the even electron ion, of which the important step is the cleavage of the N-O bond. Although the cleavage of the alkoxy bond in the pyrethroids[3-5] has been reported, there has been no rearrangement reported. In order to test our postulations, MIKES and EI-HR-MS were carried out to elucidate the fragmentation pathways. The substituents in the phenyl ring played important roles in the stabilization of the product ions. The focal point of our work was to investigate two pathways of the skeletal rearrangement and the effect of the substituents.

Concentrations of gastric mucosal cytokines in children with food allergy and Helicobacterpylori infection

AIM： To measure the concentrations of chosen cytokines in the antrum mucosa depending on the kind of harmful pathogenic factors and to compare the concentrations with the values of controls without allergy and coexisting Helicobacter pylori （H pylori） infection. METHODS： The patients （97 children） were divided into three groups according to the data obtained from the case history, to the main cause of the disease and to the dominant clinical symptoms. Group Ⅰ： children with food allergy （fa）; group Ⅱ： children infected with H pylori; group Ⅲ （control group）： children with functional disorders of the alimentary tract （without fa.a.d Hp infection）. H pylori infection was determined by the presence of anti-Hp antibodies in serum （elISA method） and urease test performed during endoscopic examination. Cytokine concentration in homogenates of gastric mucosa was detected by elISA method. RESULTS： The IL-2 concentration in gastric mucosa bioptates was the highest in children with Hp infection （116.5±179.5 pg/mg of the protein） and fa.a.d Hp infection （98.1±101.0 pg/mg）, while decreased in children with fa （44.8±50.3 pg/mg） and controls （45.7±23.5 pg/mg）. The lowest mean concentration of IFN-y was observed in children with Hp infection （18.9±16.4 pg/mg）, with fa.a.d Hp infection （25.5±27.7 pg/mg）, with fa （40.6±39.7 pg/mg） and controls （49.9±33.4 pg/mg）. The highest IL-4 concentrations were observed in children with Hp infection （35.3±52.8 pg/mg） and in children with fa.a.d Hp infection （37.2±51.7 pg/mg）, while lower IL-4 concentration （23.64-35.8 pg/mg） was found in children with fa compared to the controls （22.7±13.8 pg/mg）. The analysis of IL-4 concentrations in children with Hp infection regarding the intensity of gastritis showed the highest value （62.2±61.2 pg/mg） in mild and moderate gastritis.
