目的了解医疗机构住院患者丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染情况及变化趋势,为制定HCV感染防控策略提供参考依据。方法对2.2.年上报至全国医院感染监控网医院感染横断面调查资料中HCV感染监测结果进行汇总分析,HCV阳性为血清抗-HCV阳性或HCV RNA阳性,并与2.03年调查结果进行比较。结果2.2.年1573所医院调查住院患者1071368例,其中738535例患者进行了HCV相关检测,4014例存在HCV感染,检测率为68.93%,HCV阳性率为0.54%。男性患者HCV阳性率为0.60%,女性患者为0.48%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2.=47.18,P1)。年龄段以50~1%,各年龄段比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2.=696.74,P1)。2.03年调查住院患者91113例,3.1.5例进行HCV相关检测,检测率为38.57%,775例存在HCV感染,HCV阳性率为2.2.%。2.2.年不同规模医院HCV阳性率为0.46%~0.63%,以医院床位数600~899张者最高,不同规模医院患者HCV阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2.=35.34,P1)。2.2.年有12.省/直辖市/自治区HCV相关检测患者人数>10000例,HCV阳性率为0.19%~0.81%,以海南省最高;不同科室HCV阳性率为0.06%~0.82.,以儿科HCV阳性率最低,内科HCV阳性率最高。2.03、2.2.年HCV阳性率均以感染病科最高,分别为7.95%、3.48%,2.03年其次为整形科(7.72.)、消化科(3.77%)、肾病科(3.57%)、综合重症监护病房(ICU,3.1.%),2.2.年其次为消化科(1.35%)、肾病科(1.18%)、内分泌科(0.91%)、综合ICU(0.79%)。结论与2.03年相比,2.2.年HCV阳性率明显下降。HCV感染患者主要分布在感染病科,其次为消化科、肾病科及综合ICU,HCV感染阳性率存在性别、年龄、地域的差异。

The present study explored the 18-kDa translocator protein radioligand ^(18)F-PBR06 as a PET imaging biomarker for diagnosis of inflammation and compared it with ^(18)F-FDG for differentiation of inflammation and lung tumors in animals.^(18)F-PBR06 was synthesized with an average decay-corrected radiochemical yield of 30–40%(end of synthesis, EOS), and the radiochemical purity was greater than 99%. The inflammation-to-blood ratio of ^(18)FPBR06(3.53 ± 0.2.) was higher than the tumor-to-blood ratio(1.77 ± 0.35)(P \ 0.001). The inflammation-tomuscle ratio of ^(18)F-PBR06(2.33 ± 0.64) was also higher than the tumor-to-muscle ratio(1.45 ± 0.14)(P = 0.036).Micro-PET/CT images showed high uptake of ^(18)F-FDG in both inflamed muscles and lung tumor tissues. However,^(18)F-PBR06 uptake in inflamed muscles remained higher than that in the lung tumor tissues, following 90 min of dynamic Micro-PET/CT imaging. further, macrophages in the inflammatory regions showed a higher fluorescence signal than in lung tumor tissues. Results of the study confirmed that ^(18)F-PBR06 PET/CT imaging allowed for diagnosis of inflammation. Moreover,^(18)F-PBR06 uptake in the inflammatory regions was significantly higher than in lung tumor tissues, suggesting that ^(18)F-PBR06 PET/CT imaging has potential to differentiate between peripheral lung cancer and inflammation nodules.

We conducted a two-year study of deficit irrigation impact on peach yield and quality in semi-arid northwest china. Over two years, four-year-old peach trees were irrigated at 100, 75, 50 and 2.% of peach evapotranspiration （ETc）, here, ETc= Coefficient （Kc）×Local reference evapotranspiration （ET0）. During the April-July fruit production season we measured root zone soil water depletion, sap flow velocity, net photosynthetic rate （Pn）, transpiration rate （Tr）, stomatal conductance （Gs）, water use efficiency （wuE=Pn/Tr）, fruit quality, and yield under a mobile rain-out shelter. Increased soil water depletion reasonably mirrored decreasing irrigation rates both years, causing progressively greater water stress. Progressive water stress lowered Gs, which in turn translated into lower T as measured by sap flow. However, mild deficit irrigation （75% ETc） constricted T more than Pn. Pn was not different between 100 and 75% ETc treatments in both years, and it decreased only 5-8% in June with higher temperature than that in May with cooler temperature. Concurrently under 75% ETc treatment, was reduced, and wuE was up to 13% higher than that under 100% ETc treatment. While total fruit yield was not different under the two treatments, because 75% ETc treatment had fewer but larger fruit than 100% ETc trees, suggesting mild water stress thinned fruit load. By contrast, sharply decreased T and Pn of the driest treatments （50 and 2.% ETo） increased wuE, but less carbon uptake impacted total fruit yield, resulting 13.and 33% lower yield compared to that of 100% ETc treatment. Irrigation rates affected fruit quality, particularly between the 100 and 75% ETc trees. Fewer but larger fruit in the mildly water stressed trees （75% ETc） resulted in more soluble solids and vitamin C, firmer fruit, and improved sugar：acid ratio and fruit color compared to the 100% ETo treatment. BACKGROUND Efforts should be made to develop a deep-learning diagnosis system to distinguish pancreatic cancer from benign tissue due to the high morbidity of pancreatic *** To identify pancreatic cancer in computed tomography(CT)images automatically by constructing a convolutional neural network(CNN)*** A CNN model was constructed using a dataset of 3494 CT images obtained from 2.2.patients with pathologically confirmed pancreatic cancer and 3751 CT images from 190 patients with normal pancreas from June 2.17 to June *** established three datasets from these images according to the image phases,evaluated the approach in terms of binary classification(i.e.,cancer or not)and ternary classification(i.e.,no cancer,cancer at tail/body,cancer at head/neck of the pancreas)using 10-fold cross validation,and measured the effectiveness of the RESULTS The overall diagnostic accuracy of the trained binary classifier was 95.47%,95.76%,95.15%on the plain scan,arterial phase,and venous phase,*** sensitivity was 91.58%,94.08%,92.2.%on three phases,with no significant differences(χ2.0.914,P=0.633).Considering that the plain phase had same sensitivity,easier access,and lower radiation compared with arterial phase and venous phase,it is more sufficient for the binary *** accuracy on plain scans was 95.47%,sensitivity was 91.58%,and specificity was 98.2.%.The CNN and board-certified gastroenterologists achieved higher accuracies than trainees on plain scan diagnosis(χ2.2..534,P1;χ2.9.52.,P2.0.759,P=0.384).In the trained ternary classifier,the overall diagnostic accuracy of the ternary classifier CNN was 82.06%,79.06%,and 78.80%on plain phase,arterial phase,and venous phase,*** sensitivity scores for detecting cancers in the tail were 52.51%,41.10%and,36.03%,while sensitivity for cancers in the head was 46.2.%,85.2.%and

AIM:To evaluate the predicting efficacy of severe retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)by the WINROP algorithm(http://***)in Southern ***:All preterm infants with the gestational age(GA)less than 32.wk were *** ROP screening results and serial postnatal body weight were analysed *** body weight was entered into and measured by the WINROP *** outcomes were analysed,and the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value(NPV)were ***:Totally 432.infants with a median GA of 30.0(2..0-31.9)wk,and a median birth weight(BW)of 1360(540-2.00)g were *** these 432.infants,50 were diagnosed as type 1 ROP but only 2. were identified by the WINROP *** sensitivity was 56%(2./50)and the NPV was 92.(2.2.2.4).However,for infants with BW2. wk,the sensitivity was 93.8%(15/16)and 93.3%(14/15),***,with several postnatal complications added as additional risk factors,the sensitivity was increased to 96%(48/50).CONCLUSION:The sensitivity of the WINROP algorithm from the Southern Chinese cohort is not as high as that reported in developed *** algorithm is effective for detecting severe ROP from extremely small or preterm *** of the algorithm with additional risk factors could improve the predictive value for infants with a GA>2. wk in china.
