New view of Human nature hypothesis——the new enlightenment...

The article finds that whether the economic man hypothesis, social man hypothesis, self-fulfillment man hypothesis or complex-man hypothesis shows only a certain or some specific assumption through comparative analysis of the commonness of traditional human nature hypothesis. They don’t give the answer of what is "the ultimate goal of people". Actually, these specific assumptions are just means and ways that affect people obtain happiness feelings. On this basis, the authors put forward happy- man hypothesis concept. "Happy-man hypothesis searches the nature of human from the new perspective, and it claims the fundamental goal and ultimate meaning that people pursue is happiness maximum. Some pursuits and possession of human beings are only the conditions that they obtain happiness. Happy-man hypothesis is overturning the traditional management theory, also, the traditional understanding of us to management goal and life significance. This article is based on the angle of government decision, enterprise management and personal life, it discusses how to maximize happiness feelings of the whole society, employees and the individuals, and it can also help decision-makers to grasp human-nature more correctly in order to realize humanistic management.

＜正＞Dynamic knapsack problems can model many economic phenomenon,such as capital *** agent based evolutionary search algorithm（AES） is proposed to solve a set of DKP problems which are generated according to dual mapping *** in a grid-like environment,all agents shall compete with their neighborhood to enhance their energy and acquire knowledge through Population-Based Incremental *** the same time, triggered random immigration scheme is introduced into the algorithm to maintain the diversity of the population. Simulation results on a set of dynamic knapsack problems and /-test showed that AES with triggered random immigration scheme can obtain a better performance than several other similar genetic algorithms.

We adopt sampling method combined with questionnaire to research tobacco agricultural development in Baise City of Guangxi Province. Survey results show that there are problems of inadequate propaganda; guidance and training effort; unreasonable rotation system; backward tobacco baking technologies; low specialized service level; constant increase of costs for means of production and labor employment; low information management level; and frequent occurrence of production accidents. Therefore, it is required to strengthen propaganda and training; enhance technical support; scientifically develop tobacco farmers'cooperative organizations; improve service quality; save labor and reduce cost; improve information management level; reduce institutional operation cost; reinforce guidance of safe production, to promote healthy and orderly development of tobacco agriculture in Guangxi and even in the whole country in the environment of information asymmetry.
