In Punjab(Pakistan),the increasing population and expansion of land use for agriculture have severely exploited the regional groundwater *** pumping has resulted in a rapid decline in the level of the water table as well as its *** management practices and artificial recharge are needed for the development of sustainable groundwater *** study proposes a methodology to delineate favorable groundwater potential recharge zones(FPRI)by integrating maps of groundwater potential recharge index(PRI)with the DRASTIC-based groundwater vulnerability index(VI).In order to evaluate both indexes,different thematic layers corresponding to each index were overlaid in *** the overlay analysis,the weights(for various thematic layers)and rating values(for sub-classes)were allocated based on a review of published *** were then normalized and modified using the analytical hierarchical process(AHP)and a frequency ratio model *** evaluating PRI and FPRI,these maps were validated using the area under the curve(AUC)*** PRI map indicates that 53%of the area assessed exists in very low to low recharge zones,22%in moderate,and 25%in high to excellent potential recharge *** VI map indicates that 38%of the area assessed exists in very low to low vulnerability,33%in moderate,and 29%in high to very high vulnerability *** FPRI map shows that the central region of Punjab is moderately-to-highly favorable for recharge due to its low vulnerability and high recharge *** the validation process,it was found that the AUC estimated with modified weights and rating values was 79%and 67%,for PRI and VI indexes,*** AUC was less when evaluated using original weights and rating values taken from published *** of favorable groundwater potential recharge zones are helpful for planning and implementation of wells and hydraulic structures in this region.

The early detection of skin cancer,particularly melanoma,presents a substantial risk to human *** study aims to examine the necessity of implementing efficient early detection systems through the utilization of deep learning ***,the existing methods exhibit certain constraints in terms of accessibility,diagnostic precision,data availability,and *** address these obstacles,we put out a lightweight model known as Smart MobiNet,which is derived from MobileNet and incorporates additional distinctive *** model utilizes a multi-scale feature extraction methodology by using various convolutional *** ISIC 2019 dataset,sourced from the International Skin Imaging Collaboration,is employed in this *** data augmentation approaches are implemented to address the issue of model *** this study,we conduct experiments to evaluate and compare the performance of three different models,namely CNN,MobileNet,and Smart MobiNet,in the task of skin cancer *** findings of our study indicate that the proposed model outperforms other architectures,achieving an accuracy of ***,the model exhibits balanced precision,sensitivity,and F1 scores,all measuring at *** model serves as a vital instrument that assists clinicians efficiently and precisely detecting skin cancer.

It is well documented that heat transfer is enhanced with addition of nanosized particles in ***,in a mechanical system there are variety of factors influences the heat *** factors are significant while others are *** this paper,authors will discuss sensitivity of different input parameters such as Le,Nt and Nb on output responses𝑁Nu_(x)and Sh_(x).To achieve this goal,the problem is modeled using basic conservation *** formulated model is a set of PDEs,which are converted to set of non-linear ODEs by using similarity *** these ODEs are solved numerically by using MATLAB built in package bvp4c and compared the numerical results with existing work and found good *** analysis is performed by employing RSM to determine the relationship between the input parameters such that 0.1≤Le≤1,0.1≤Nt≤1 and 0.1≤Nb≤1 and the output responses(Nu_(x)and Sh_(x)).ANOVA tables are generated by using *** using the ANOVA tables the correlations between input parameters and output response are *** check the validity of correlated equations,the residuals are plotted graphically and show best correlations between input parameters and output *** high values of R^(2)=98.65 and AdjR^(2)=97.43 for Nu_(x)and R^(2)=97.83 and AdjR^(2)=95.88 for Sh_(x)demonstrates the high validity of ANOVA results to perform sensitivity ***,we have conducted a sensitivity analysis of the responses and came to the important results that Nt and Nb is most sensitive to Nusselt number and Sherwood number respectively.

Objectives: Different devices including Amplatzer duct occluder has been used for percutaneous closure of ventricular septal defects. This study reports our medium term follow up of perimembranous and muscular ventricular septal defects with tunnel shape aneurysm closure using the Amplatzer duct occluder. Materials and Methods: From May 2006-December 2012, we used Amplatzer duct occluder in seven ventricular septal defect patients here atHamad General Hospital,Doha,Qatar. There were 4 male and 3 female patients with an age range of 4 - 32 years with a median of 8 years and weight range of 16 - 63 kgwith a median of33 kg. In this group, 6 were perimembranous and 1 muscular and all these ventricular septal defects had a tunnel shape aneurysm. Transesophageal echocardiographic diameter ranged from 4 - 8 mmand Qp/Qs was 1 - 1.6. Angiographically, the diameter on the left ventricular side measured 3.5 - 10 mmand on right ventricular side 2.4?- 5 mm. 8/6 mmAmplatzer duct occluder was used to close these ventricular septal defects. Results: There were no major complications and immediately after the procedure there was no residual shunt in any of these patients and all the patients remained in normal sinus rhythm. One patient was expatriate and no further follow up was available. The rest of the 6 patients had 1 - 80 months with a median of 54 months follow up and none of these patients had any residual shunt and all remained in normal sinus rhythm. Two patients developed trivial aortic valve regurgitation immediate post procedure, one remained unchanged and the 2nd has progressed to mild at this latest follow up. Conclusion: Amplatzer duct occluder is feasible and a safe device for percutaneous closure of selective tunnel shape aneurysmal perimembranous and muscular ventricular septal defects.

在公共部门,授权型领导被认为是推动和改善员工结果(如创新行为)的激励力量的来源。然而,对于授权型领导力如何与员工层面的个人特征相互作用,从而影响卫生危机期间的公共服务创新行为,却不太重视。基于社会认知理论,本研究假设在员工的创造性自我效能感和内在动机的中介作用下,授权型领导与卫生专业人员的公共服务创新行为之间存在逻辑联系。我们收集了巴基斯坦旁遮普省12家不同公立医院的428名医生和护士的调查问卷,运用SPSS-PLS软件进行计算、分析。研究结果表明,授权型领导与公共卫生服务创新行为和内在动机之间积极关系。创造性自我效能感和内在动机与公共卫生服务创新行为呈正相关。此外,我们发现内在动机对授权型领导和公共卫生服务创新行为之间的关系存在中介调节作用,而创造性自我效能感则没有。本研究探讨了授权型领导的双重效应,医院的人力资源管理部门必须认识到授权型领导所蕴含的“时机”(何时授权或对哪类护士授权),以实现对护士服务创新行为的长期有益影响。我们认为授权型领导、员工的内在动机和医疗服务创新行为是由环境、个人和行为概念组成的三者相互作用的信条,从而帮助公共卫生工作者在需要彻底解决的健康危机下保持其服务创新能力。

卟啉由于其独特的光物理和电化学性质和卟啉分子中的空腔与不同金属离子配位会改变其原有的光物理和电化学性质而备受关注。卟啉独特的性质包含高光致发光、强光稳定性、高的荧光的量子产率和良好的吸光性。苝也用作电子受体,因为它们具有较低的LUMO和卟啉-苝二聚体较小的蚀变能。本论文重点研究了合成通过杂芳基乙烯和其光二聚体连接苝和卟啉发色团,以及卟啉和苯乙烯基吡啶光二聚体的自组装。新设计的苝-卟啉二聚体是由可光裂解的杂芳基乙烯的光二聚体连接的。在短波长紫外地照射下(254 nm),光二聚体将快速裂解成两个单体。这种光反应可以被设计为触发器,将二聚体裂解成独立的苝和卟啉部分。两个发色团之间的相互作用将从分子内相互作用转变为分子间相互作用,这使得被卟啉淬灭的苝的荧光得到了恢复。本研究中合成了三种二元体,分别是,(1).苝-二聚体-苝,(2).卟啉-二聚体-苝,和(3).卟啉-二聚体-卟啉二元体。使用1H NMR和13C NMR对这些化合物进行了表征。基于以上这些生色团,通过四芳基环丁烷相互连接合成了功能二元体,研究了它们的光化学性质,如紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光。另一方面,我们还设计了基于卟啉的自组装单体和光二聚体,其中两个未报道。1,2-二(4-甲酰基)-3,4-(4-吡啶基)环丁烷和1,3-二(4-甲酰基)-2,4-(4-吡啶基)环丁烷两种异构体均在HC1溶液中,通过300 W中压汞灯的照射下合成。对于这些未报道的光二聚体,通过1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和HRMS充分表征了其结构。对溴苯乙烯基吡啶和对氯苯乙烯基吡啶的头对尾的光二聚体是在酸性水溶液中通过光化学的方法合成的。由于吡啶环在酸性水溶液中质子化,从而溶解在水中。苯环是富电子的基团,而质子化的吡啶环是缺电子的。在酸性水溶液中,两分子单体由于相互的吸引作用,以头尾相对形式靠近,然后在光照的条件下,得到了光二聚体。我们研究了光二聚体与锌卟啉是之间的配位的相互作用,如1,3-双(4-氯苯基)-2,4-双(4-吡啶基)环丁烷,1,3-双(4-溴苯基)-2,4-双(4-吡啶基)环丁烷在1H NMR光谱下研究了配位相互作用。吡啶环2,6-位的质子的化学位移从8.44 ppm迁移到4.00 ppm和4.90 ppm证实了四丁氧基苯基锌卟啉与1,3-双(4-氯苯基)-2,4-双(4-吡啶基)环丁烷之间的强配位相互作用。1,3-双(4-溴苯基)-2,4-双(4-吡啶基)环丁烷与四丁氧基苯基锌卟啉的光二聚体的作用显示了相类似的结果。

Anomalous left coronary artery from pulmonary artery: Case series and brief review

Anomalous origin of left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) is a rare congenital coronary anomaly. In this study, we present all the ALCAPA patients which were admitted at our institution during April 2007-December 2010. Retrospective review of these patients regarding their clinical presentation and the use of diagnostic modalities will be presented in this series. There were total of five patients, three male and 2 female, with age range of 2 - 12 months. The most common symptoms at presentation were tachypnea (4/5) and poor feeding with irritability (3/5). Electrocardiogram was abnormal in 2/5 cases and chest X ray revealed cardiome-galy with pulmonary congestion in 4/5 patients. Echocardiogram showed mitral valve regurgitation in 5/5 cases (3 with moderate and 2 with mild to moderate), Left ventricular dilatation/dysfunction in 4/5 patients, echogenic left ventricular papillary muscles in 4/5 patients and prominent right coronary with strong suspecision of ALCAPA in 4/5 patients. Coronary angiography was performed in 4/5 cases to confirm the diagnosis. We conclude that by thorough clinical assessment along with ECG and CXR, the diagnosis of ALCAPA can be strongly suspected. Echocardiogram can almost always make the diagnosis of ALCAPA and coronary angiography can confirm the diagnosis in rare atypical cases.

气候变化已经成为全球科学家关注的问题,几乎影响到每一个生态系统。内蒙古自治区是中国最大的林区之一,也是中国北方环境保护的重要场所,森林面积2366万公顷,占全国总面积的八分之一,占森林覆盖率的21.03%。森林在区域和全球碳循环中发挥着重要作用。气候变化事件已成为一个重要问题;不同地理区域的森林对气候变化具有不同的敏感性。兴安落叶松和白桦是内蒙古大兴安岭地区的原生优势树种,对该地区碳储量起着重要作用。本文以大兴安岭地区优势树种兴安落叶松和白桦为研究对象,随机设置66个半径17.8m的圆形样地,通过实测数据,结合异速生长模型,研究了 1950-2016年间降水、温度等气候因子对兴安落叶松和白桦干生物量的影响。研究结果表明,(1)兴安落叶松干生物量与年降水量(R2=0.86,R2=0.71,R2=0.79,R2=0.59)和最高气温(R2=0.76,R2=0.64,R2=0.67,R2=0.52)有很强的相关性。而年最低温度(R2=0.58,R2=0.43,R2=0.55,R2=0.46)和年平均温度(R2=0.40,R2=0.22,R2=0.36,R2=0.19)对干生物量影响相对较小。(2)白桦干生物量与年降水量(R2=0.80)和温度(R2=0.75)显著相关,高度与年降水量(R2=0.76)、年气温(R2=0.51)呈正相关,而林分密度与年降水量(R2=0.26)和年气温(R2=0.20)呈负相关。因此,兴安落叶松和白桦对气候变化具有很强的适应能力,它们能在干旱、干旱和高温胁迫气候条件下生存。

Various studies have confirmed that high thermal resistance in roof & wall can reduce the heat transfer load of the buildings. In this study, experimental investigation of the effects of some sustainable features (such as green roof, reflective coated roof & Fly ash brick (FAB) etc.) on the building has been conducted in the Indian context. For the purpose, two scaled building models i.e. Model I (conventional design) & Model II (green design) have been examined with different design configurations. The sensible heat transfer (SHT) load of the building is reduced by 21% - 29% through the use of FAB with cavity wall in place of Fired clay brick (FCB) wall. The load reduction increases to 26% - 44% by using FAB cavity wall with reflective coating on the roof. This reduction further increases to 64% - 68% with FAB cavity wall along with green roof. In this final scenario, the monthly electrical energy saving for air-conditioning is approximately 5.1 kWhe/m2 per unit envelope area, with associated reduction in GHG emissions up to 6.36 kg CO2eq/m2 per unit envelope area, assuming continuous operation of HVAC systems.
