Classical and quantum space-to-ground communications necessitate highly sensitive receivers capable of extracting information from modulated photons to extend the communication distance from near-earth orbits to deep space *** achieve gigabit data rates while mitigating strong background noise photons and beam drift in a highly attenuated free-space channel,a comprehensive design of a multi-functional detector is *** this study,we present an innovative compact multi-pixel superconducting nanowire single-photon detector array that integrates near-unity detection efficiency(91.6%),high photon counting rate(1.61 Gcps),large dynamic range for resolving different photon numbers(1-24),and four-quadrant position sensing function all within one ***,we have constructed a communication testbed to validate the advantages offered by such an *** 8-PPM(pulse position modulation)format communication experiments,we have achieved an impressive maximum data rate of 1.5 Gbps,demonstrating sensitivities surpassing previous benchmarks at respective *** incorporating photon number information into error correction codes,the receiver can tolerate maximum background noise levels equivalent to 0.8 photons/slot at a data rate of 120 Mbps—showcasing a great potential for daylight operation ***,preliminary beam tracking tests were conducted through open-loop scanning techniques,which revealed clear quantitative dependence indicating sensitivity variations based on beam *** on the device characterizations and communication results,we anticipate that this device architecture,along with its corresponding signal processing and coding techniques,will be applicable in future space-to-ground communication tasks.

Background Pediatric antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis(AAV)is a life-threatening systemic vasculitis featured by liability to renal ***,there are few studies on the risk factors and predictive models for renal outcomes of AAV in *** Data from 179 AAV children in multiple centers between January 2012 and March 2020 were collected *** risk factors and predictive model of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)in AAV were *** Renal involvement was the most typical manifestation(95.5%),and the crescent was the predominant pathological lesion(84.9%).The estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was evaluated in 114 patients,of whom 59.6%developed ESRD,and the median time to ESRD was 3.20 *** eGFR[P=0.006,odds ratio(OR)=0.955,95%confidence interval(CI)=0.924–0.987]and the percentages of global glomerulosclerosis(pGGS;P=0.018,OR=1.060,95%CI=1.010–1.112)were independent risk factors for ESRD of renal *** on the pGGS and eGFR at renal biopsy,we developed three risk grades of ESRD and one predictive *** Kaplan‒Meier curve indicated that renal outcomes were significantly different in different risk grades(Pbiopsy and the pGGS may be stable and accurate in speculating the risk of ESRD in AAV children.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

电子垃圾拆解废气中PBDEs特征与污染控制效果

本研究选取某电子垃圾集中拆解园区为对象,对采用的加热烤板和火法冶炼等典型拆解工艺产生的废气以及经不同净化处理系统排放废气中PBDEs的排放水平及其组成特征进行了研究,并进一步分析了各净化处理系统对PBDEs的控制效果.结果表明:加热烤板和火法冶炼拆解过程PBDEs浓度水平差别较大,其顺序为:电热炉二期(68210±12588)ng/m^(3)>滚板炉(10420±1785)ng/m^(3)>电热炉一期(9960±919)ng/m^(3)>火法冶炼(53±14)ng/m^(3).经净化处理系统后废气中PBDEs的排放浓度水平也具有一定差别,其顺序为:2号净化系统(1754±551)ng/m^(3)>1号净化系统(1630±344)ng/m^(3)>3号净化系统(1220±51)ng/m^(3)>4号净化系统(9.5±1.1)ng/m^(3).对不同拆解过程PBDEs组成特征分析发现,采用加热方式进行拆解的电热炉一期、电热炉二期和滚板炉废气PBDEs组成特征相似,以低溴代的BDE-99和BDE-47为主(两种单体质量分数之和均在60%以上),以高温燃烧方式进行拆解的火法冶炼废气则以高溴代的BDE-209为主(质量分数为52%);而不同拆解生产过程产生的PBDEs经4种净化处理系统后的组成特征基本相似,均以低溴代的BDE-28、BDE-47和BDE-99为主(3种单体的质量分数之和均在50%以上).4种废气净化处理系统对PBDEs的总去除率介于82.1%~97.4%,对不同电子垃圾拆解过程产生的PBDEs均具有较好的污染控制效果.

Objective To investigate the association of estrogen receptor alpha （ER-c0 PvulI polymorphisms with the effect of calcium supplementation on bone development in Chinese pubertal girls, and to study the importance of calcium supplementation by maximizing the peak bone mass at their pubertal stage for bone development and osteoporosis prevention and the role of estrogen in regulating bone mass. Methods Ninety-four pubertal girls were recruited in the study and divided into two groups and three sub-groups according to the ER-α PvulI polymorphisms. One year before and after calcium supplementation, bone mineral density （BMD） was measured by DEXA, while BGP, BAP, TRACP5b, and 25-OH-VitD3, as well as estrogen were detected by ELISA. Analysis of covariance was used to examine the effect of ER-ct polymorphisms on bone development. Results The absolute increase and percentage change of BGP were significantly higher in the supplemented group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the intervened group, The increase and percentage change of the total body and radio distal 1/3 BMD were higher in PP than in PP genotype （P〈0.05）, and the increase of BAP in Pp was also higher than PP in the same group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion PP genotype shows a better response to calcium supplementation than the other Pvull polymorphisms.

Polydnaviruses(PDVs)are obligatory symbionts of parasitoid wasps and play an important role in suppressing host immune *** PDV genes that inhibit host melanization are known in Microplitis bracovirus,the functional homologs in Cotesia bracoviruses remain ***,we find that Cotesia vestalis bracovirus(CvBV)can inhibit hemolymph melanization of its host,Plutella xylostella larvae,during the early stages of parasitization,and that overexpression of highly expressed CvBV genes reduced host phenoloxidase ***,CvBV-7-I in particular reduced host phenolox-idase activity within 12 h,and the injection of anti-CvBV-7-1 antibody increased the melanization of parasitized host *** analyses showed that CvBV-7-1 and three homologs from other Cotesia bracoviruses possessed a C-terminal leucine/isoleucine-rich region and had a similar flinction in inhibiting ***,a new family of bracovirus genes was proposed and named as C-terminal Leucine/isoleucine-rich Protein(CLP).Ectopic expression of CvBV-7-1 in Drosophila hemocytes increased susceptibility to bacterial repression of melanization and reduced the melanotic encapsulation of par-asitized *** by the parasitoid Leptopilina *** formation rate of wasp pupae and the eclosion rate of *** were affected when the function of CvBV-7-1 was *** findings suggest that CLP genes from Cotesia bracoviruses encoded proteins that contain a C-terminal leucine/isoleucine-rich region and function as melanization inhibitors during the early stage of parasitization,which is important for successful parasitization.
