Aggressive Blood Pressure Lowing Therapy in Patients with Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage is Safe： A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

Background： The influence of blood pressure （BP） lowering on intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH） patients is unclear. To assess the safety and efficacy of aggressive antihypertensive therapies in acute ICH patients, we carried out a systematic review and meta-analysis. Methods： PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and VIP database up to July 2014 were searched. H igh-quality randomized controlled trials were included. Low-quality trials were excluded. Serious adverse events were defined as the primary outcome. The secondary outcomes were hematoma enlargement （HE） at 24 h after onset, mortality, and favorable clinical outcome at 90 days. Results： Four high-quality trials involving a total of 1427 patients met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Odds ratios （ORs） of primary outcome was 0.96 （95% confidence interval [CI]： 0.82-1.13, P = 0.61）. ORs of HE at 24 h after onset, mortality and favorable clinical outcome at 90 days were 0.91 （95% CI： 0.72-1.17, P = 0.47）, 0.97 （95% CI： 0.79-1.20, P = 0.81）, 1.13 （95% CI： 0.98-1.30. P = 0.09） respectively. Conclusions： Aggressive BP management policies are safe and might have a potency of reducing HE and improving clinical outcome.

Icariin ameliorates learning and memory function via improving cerebral glucose metabolism disorder in APP/PS1/Tau triple transgenic Alzheimer disease mice

Switchable nanoparticles complexing cisplatin for circumventing glutathione depletion in breast cancer chemotherapy

Cisplatin is broad-spectrum chemotherapeutic agent that has been widely used for the treatment of a variety of malignant tumors including breast ***,the cisplatin chemoresistance,which derives from the inactivation by glutathione(GSH)depletion,remains a scientific issue to ***,we report a novel type of smart disulfide switchable nanoparticles complexing cisplatin(switch NPs-cisplatin)that is rationally designed,and engineered by synthesizing a hyaluronic acid disulfide bonded polyaspartic acid(HA-ss-Pasp)and complexing *** results showed that the switch NPs-cisplatin had a nanoscale of particle size(150 nm),higher drug encapsulation efficiency(>90%),and suitable drug release *** demonstrated evident pH responsiveness and GSH responsiveness,and targeting effect in the resistant breast cancer ***,they were able to block the cisplatin depletion by GSH in the resistant cancer cells,thereby circumventing the ***,switch NPs-cisplatin displayed a remarkable killing effect in the resistant breast cancer cells in vitro,and in the resistant breast cancer-bearing *** conclusion,switch NPs-cisplatin could be used as a smart formulation of cisplatin for overcoming the chemoresistance of breast *** present study also offers a universal drug delivery carrier platform for highly efficient but low systemic toxic chemotherapy.

鹿骨胶原蛋白肽的制备工艺优化及其体外抗氧化活性

为实现鹿骨的高附加值利用，采用发酵-酶解联用技术制备鹿骨胶原蛋白肽。以杂蛋白去除率为指标，采用单因素和响应面试验对鹿骨的发酵工艺进行优化，通过酶解法制备鹿骨胶原蛋白肽，并测定了肽的傅里叶变换红外光谱（FT-IR）、氨基酸组成和体外抗氧化活性。结果表明：鹿骨胶原蛋白肽的最佳发酵工艺条件为发酵时间34.5 h，料液比1∶26，接种量12%。与未发酵鹿骨胶原蛋白肽（NCP）相比，发酵鹿骨胶原蛋白肽（FCP）能够被更好的酶解且具有更多与抗氧化有关的氨基酸。肽对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除率分别为55.84%和94.11%,IC50值分别为21.57 mg/mL和0.19 mg/mL。肽能够增强抗氧化相关酶的活性，下调丙二醛（MDA）含量，说明其对D-半乳糖（D-gal）诱导的衰老人皮肤成纤维（HSF）细胞具有抗氧化作用，与NCP相比，FCP具有更强的抗氧化能力。研究结果为鹿骨的深度开发和利用提供了理论基础。

基于岩石初分类体系的高光谱岩石分类研究

高光谱遥感是当前遥感领域的前沿技术,具有多波段、高光谱分辨率等特征,越来越广泛地被应用于岩石的识别和分类。当下的高光谱的岩石分类研究中,很多岩石因为矿物成分相近导致光谱容易混淆,分类始终精度不高;并且在大范围的野外条件下进行高光谱岩性的研究存在许多外界环境的干扰,例如影像中出现地物覆盖、像元混杂等问题,因此有待对岩石光谱特性做进行进一步的研究,对光谱相近的岩石进行重新归类。从实验室高光谱遥感系统的角度,以81种常见的岩浆岩和变质岩样本的HySpex高光谱影像为研究数据,对影像进行反射率校正等预处理,结合ASD光谱仪测得的岩石样本光谱作为影像中对应样本光谱曲线提取的验证,提取得到代表每一岩石样本的光谱信息并对其进行光谱相似度初分类,最后得出以81块岩石岩本为基础的9个大类别和28个小类别的岩石初分类体系。初分类体系具有岩石样本在大类上成分性质以及光谱特征的相近,小类在大类的基础上光谱特征更为相近的特征。为了验证初步分类经验对计算机岩性分类的作用和效果,基于岩石样本初分类体系,利用最小噪声分离(MNF)技术进行高光谱影像的特征信息提取,设置两种分类方法,一种基于传统的分类,一种基于初分类模型,因此训练样本设置前者以每一块岩石作为样本,后者以初分类体系中的每小类作为样本,再应用计算机分类算法的模型使用最大似然法和随机森林分类两种方法,完成常见的岩浆岩和变质岩的高光谱影像分类。实验结果表明,基于传统模型的最大似然法和随机森林分类精度为83.21%和83.63%,而基于初分类的最大似然法分类和随机森林分类精度可以提高到85.46%和89.39%,随机森林分类器相比于传统的最大似然法更优越,而岩石初分类体系相比于简单的原始岩石分类具有一定的优越性,可为今后的岩石分类工作提供经验方法的借鉴。

BACKGROUND Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) is a serious and irreversible injury. Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) is considered to be a potential therapy for I/R injury due to the paracrine effects. High-mobility group box1(HMGB1) is a novel mediator in MSC and regulates the response of inflammation injury. Signal Transduction and Transcription Activator 3(STAT3) is a critical transcription factor and important for release of paracrine factors. However, the relationship between HMGB1 and STAT3 in paracrine effect of MSC remains *** In vitro, hypoxia/reoxygenation injury model was established by Anaero Pack System and examined by Annexin V flow cytometry, CCK8 assay and morphology observation. Detection of apoptotic proteins and protein expression of HMGB1and STAT3 by Western *** The conditioned medium of MSCs with or without LPS pretreatment was cocultured with H9C2 cells for 24 h before hypoxia treatment and MSC showed obvious cardiomyocytes protect role, as evidence by decreased apoptosis rate and improved cells viability, and LPS pretreated MSC exhibited better protect role than untreated MSC. However, such effect was abolished in HMGB1 deficiency group, silencing HMGB1 decreased the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), insulin growth factor(IGF), cell viability, and the expression of STAT3. 机架是马铃薯收获机的主要承载部件,机架设计是否合理直接影响着马铃薯收获机的安全性、可靠性。以4U-1600ZC型马铃薯联合收获机机架为研究对象,基于Solidworks软件对机架进行三维模型构建,通过Ansys Workbench软件对机架进行有限元分析和模态分析,得出:满载工作下机架产生的最大应力为193 MPa,最大变形量为3.75 mm,通过模态分析得出机架的前6阶固有频率为11.669~24.518 Hz,固有频率远小于工作时的激振频率,作业时不会发生共振现象。通过对机架应力富裕部分进行轻量化设计,优化后的机架在满足工况使用条件的同时机架质量减轻了22.8%,实现轻量化目标。可为马铃薯收获机结构优化提供参考。

We describe and summarize the diagnosis,treatment,and reasons for delayed treatment of children with cryptorchidism torsion in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical *** study included 19 cases of cryptorchidism *** age of the children ranged from 16 days to 12 years(median:6 years).The interval from diagnosis to surgery varied from 4 h to 16 days(median:3 days).Ultrasound was performed in all *** cases had cryptorchidism torsion,2 cases had a soft tissue mass in the inguinal region,and 2 cases had an inguinal/abdominal *** cases were treated with an orchidopexy,12 cases were treated with orchiectomy,and 2 cases received resection of a testicular *** 5 children with an orchidopexy were followed up from 1 month to 7 years(median:3 years),with 1 child having a testis retraction and no blood *** the 12 children who had an orchiectomy,three had delayed diagnosis due to family unawareness of the condition,while other delays were due to delayed referral from primary care *** relative rarity and insufficient awareness of cryptorchidism torsion resulted in a low rate of testicular ***,hospitals of all levels should be fully aware of cryptorchidism with torsion and ensure a male child's genital system and inguinal region are examined to improve the success rate of testicular salvage.
