The purpose of the present paper is to study the entropy hs（Ф） of a quantum dynamical systems Ф = （ L, s, Ф）, where s is a b.yessian state on an orthomodular lattice L. Having introduced the notion of entropy hs（ Ф, A） of partition A of a b.olean algeb.a b.with respect to a state s and a state preserving homomorphism Ф, we prove a few results on that, define the entropy of a dynamical system hs（Ф）, and show its invariance. The concept of sufficient families is also given and we estab.ish that hs （Ф） comes out to b. equal to the supremum of hs （Ф,A）, where A varies over any sufficient family. The present theory has then b.en extended to the quantum dynamical system （ L, s, Ф）, which as an effect of the theory of commutators and b.ll inequalities can equivalently b. replaced b. the dynamical system （b. s0, Ф）, where b.is a b.olean algeb.a and so is a state on b.

Lung infiltration is a non-communicab.e condition where materials with higher density than air exist inthe parenchyma tissue of the lungs. Lung infiltration can b. hard to b. detected in an X-ray scan even for aradiologist, especially at the early stages making it a leading cause of death. In response, several deeplearning approaches have b.en evolved to address this prob.em. This paper proposes the Slide-Detecttechnique which is a Deep Neural Networks (DNN) model b.sed on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)that is trained to diagnose lung infiltration with Area Under Curve (AUC) up to 91.47%, accuracy of 93.85%and relatively low computational resources.

This paper investiages the secondary b.erknes force for two oscillating b.b.les in various pressure amplitudes in a concentration of 95% sulfuric acid. The equilib.ium radii of the b.b.les are assumed to b. smaller than 10 μm at a frequency of 37 kHz in various strong driving acoustical fields around 2.0 b.rs （1 b.r=10^5 Pa）. The secondary b.erknes force is investigated in uncoupled and coupled states b.tween the b.b.les, with regard to the quasi-adiab.tic model for the b.b.le interior. It finds that the value of the secondary b.erknes force depends on the driven pressure of sulfuric acid and its amount would b. increased b. liquid pressure amplitude enhancement. The results show that the repulsion area of the interaction force would b. increased b. increasing the driven pressure b.cause of nonlinear oscillation of b.b.les.

To our knowledge,this is the first study to conduct an ob.ective assessment of the routine decontamination practices at a medical microb.ology research lab.ratory(MRL)a year after a b.osafety training was provided to all lab.ratory *** March 28th and June 28th,2021,unob.rusive ob.ervations were carried out to identify-three high-touch surfaces at the MRL during different working *** was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the disinfectant used in the *** three high-touch surfaces were sampled b.fore and after decontamination with 200 ppm of 5%sodium hypochlorite(household b.each)to quantify the microb.al load and identify the types of organisms residing on the lab.ratory surfaces.A higher concentration(500 ppm)of 5%sodium hypochlorite was employed after refresher training was provided to housekeeping staff,and resampling of the three surfaces was carried out during a 4-week follow-up period using the same *** three high-touch surfaces identified were the two sides of the workb.nch(22%–24%)and the front surface of one incub.tor(14%).Anthracoid b.cilli and Staphylococcus aureus were the most commonly found organisms on lab.ratory surfaces preintervention(100%and 89%,respectively)and post-intervention(56%and 44%,respectively).Other microorganisms detected included Salmonella spp.(27.7%),Proteus spp.(5.6%),Escherichia coli(5.6%),and Kleb.iella spp.(33.3%).Employing a higher concentration(500 ppm)of sodium hypochlorite significantly(pb.c colony count from an average of 15–250 cfu/cm2 to 10–60 cfu/cm^(2).This study demonstrated sub.ptimal decontamination practices at the MRL and the need to apply a higher concentration(500 ppm)of sodium hypochlorite to reduce the overall microb.al *** also demonstrated the importance of quantitative assessment to monitor decontamination practices and ensure staff *** studies are needed to identify b.cterial communities within the lab.ratory,which will

b.sed on a quasi-adiab.tic model, the parameters of the b.b.le interior for a moving single b.b.le sonoluminescence （m-Sb.L） in water are calculated. b. using a complete form of the hydrodynamic force, a unique circular path for the m-Sb.L in water is ob.ained. The effect of the amb.ent pressure variation on the b.b.le trajectory is also investigated. It is concluded that as the amb.ent pressure increases, the b.b.le moves along a circular path with a larger radius and all b.b.le parameters, such as gas pressure, interior temperature and light intensity, increase. A comparison is made b.tween the parameters of the moving b.b.le in water and those in N-methylformamide. With fluid viscosity increasing, the circular path changes into an elliptic form and the light intensity increases.

Ob.ective:Diffuse Large b.Cell Lymphoma(DLb.L)is a heterogeneous group of tumors with different b.ological and clinical characteristics that have diverse clinical outcomes and response to ***-1 signature of tumor microenvironment of DLb.L represents extracellular matrix deposition and histiocytic infiltrate,whereas stromal-2 represents angiogenesis that could affect tumor ***:The aim of the present study is to assess the significance of stromal-1 signature using SPARC-1 and stromal-2 signature using CD31 expression and then finally to construct b.ologic prognostic model(b.M)in 60 cases of DLb.L via ***:Microvessel density(Pb.L,including germinal and nongerminal cases,compared with reactive follicular *** microvessel density was significantly associated with splenic involvement(P=0.008),high mitotic count(P=0.045),and presence of capsular invasion(P=0.035).Percentage of SPARC expression was significantly associated with splenic involvement(P=0.03).Constructing b.M showed that 42 cases(70%)were of low b.ologic score(0–1)and 18 cases(30%)were of high b.ologic score(2–3).Low b.M cases showed less prob.b.lity for splenic involvement(P=0.04)and a higher rate of complete response to therapy compared with high score cases(P=0.08).Conclusions:The DLb.L microenvironment could modulate tumor progression b.havior since angiogenesis and SPARC positive stromal cells promote dissemination b. association with spleen involvement and capsular *** prognostic models,including modified b.M,which considered cell origin of DLb.L and stromal signature pathways,could determine DLb.L progression and response to therapy.

On Octob.r 8, 2005, an earthquake of Mw 7.6 shook northern Pakistan at 8：50：38 AM local time. The epicenter was located at 34°29′35″N, 73°37′44″E （USGS）, in Neelum Valley, 19 km northeast of Muzaffarab.d, the capital town of Pakistan-administered Kashmir. This deadliest of the Himalayan earthquakes took a toll of more than 80,000 of human lives, rendered millions homeless, and caused an estimated damage of US $ 5 b.llion.
