ICD-11对循环系统疾病的分类章节、分类结构和编码规则进行了一些调整,急性风湿热(I00-I02)一组类目在ICD-11中移至第1章某些感染性疾病或寄生虫病中;脑血管疾病(I60-I69)被重新分类到第8章神经系统疾病;痔(I84)、食管静脉曲张(I85)分类于消化系统疾病章节。ICD-11中的循环系统章节增加了许多新临床概念,也进行了一些重组,例如低血压(I95)单独列为一节,冠状动脉疾病重组为单独一节,操作后的循环系统疾患一节扩大了术后疾病部分。对于具体的疾病而言,原发性高血压(I10)、肺动脉高压的分类更加细化;心脏瓣膜病、急性心肌梗死的分类轴心改变;冠状动脉粥样硬化(I25.1)采用后组配的编码方式多维度表示疾病属性;涉及医疗安全的操作后的疾患采用三组分的簇编码模型等。与ICD-10相比,ICD-11更贴近临床,对疾病的表达更加全面、精细和灵活,更能满足医疗数据信息化和医疗质量安全管理的需求。

The recent emergence of tetragonal phases zirconium dioxide(ZrO_(2))with vacancies has generated significant interest as a highly efficient and stable electrocatalyst with potential applications in trapping polysulfides and facilitating rapid conversion in lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs).However,the reduction of ZrO_(2)is challenging,even under strong reducing atmospheres at high temperatures and ***,the limited presence of oxygen vacancies results in insufficient active sites and reaction interfaces,thereby hindering practical ***,we successfully introduced abundant oxygen vacancies into ZrO_(2)at the nanoscale with the help of carbon nanotubes(CNTs-OH)through hydrogen-etching at lower temperatures and *** introduced oxygen vacancies on ZrO_(2-x)/CNTs-OH can effectively rearrange charge distribution,enhance sulfiphilicity and increase active sites,contributing to high ionic and electronic transfer kinetics,strong binding energy and low redox barriers between polysulfides and ZrO_(2-x).These findings have been experimentally validated and supported by theory *** a result,LSBs assembled with the ZrO_(2-x)/CNTs-OH modified separators demonstrate excellent rate performance,superior cycling stability,and ultra-high sulfur ***,at high sulfur loading of 6 mg cm^(-2),the area capacity is still up to 6.3 mA h cm^(-2).This work provides valuable insights into the structural and functional optimization of electrocatalysts for batteries.

To investigate the dominant species and interspecific association in the phytoplankton community of the Feiyun River basin in Zhejiang Province,East China,the main stream and the Shanxi Zhaoshandu Reservoir in the downstream were chosen as the study area,for which 22 sampling sites were *** was conducted in September 2021,January,May,and July *** species were identified from both quantitative samples and in-vivo *** was quantified by direct *** show that there were 98 species belonging to 6 phyla and 78 *** addition,to clarify the niches of the dominant phytoplankton species and their interspecific association,the dominance index was calculated,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted including niche width,niche overlap value,ecological response rate,overall association,chi-square test,and the *** phytoplankton community exhibited characteristics of a Cyanobacteria-Chlorophyta-Diatom type community,showing higher diversity in spring and lower diversity in *** 11 dominants phytoplankton species from 3 phyla,both frequency and dominance degree varied seasonally,of which Microcystis *** the dominant species in Spring,Autumn,and *** niche widths of the dominant species ranged from 0.234 to 0.933,and were categorized into three *** niche overlap values of the 11 dominant species ranged from 0.359 to 0.959,exhibiting significant seasonal differences-highest in winter followed by autumn,spring,and summer in *** overall correlation among dominant species in all four seasons revealed a non-significant negative association,resulting in an unstable community structure.A significant portion(84.2%)of species pairs displayed positive associations,suggesting a successional pattern where Diatoms dominated while other dominant species shared resources and *** this pattern,stability measurements indicated that the dominant species community remained unstable.T

Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have been considered a significant unfavorable factor for wound healing in diabetes,but the mechanisms remain *** therapeutic application of small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)has received considerable attention for their *** preconditioning is reported to enhance the therapeutic potential of MSC-derived sEVs in regenerative ***,the aim of this study is to illustrate the detailed mechanism of NETs in impairment of diabetic wound healing and develop a promising NET-targeting treatment based on hypoxic pretreated MSC-derived sEVs(Hypo-sEVs).Excessive NETs were found in diabetic wounds and in high glucose(HG)-induced *** research showed that high concentration of NETs impaired the function of fibroblasts through activating endoplasmic reticulum(ER)***-sEVs efficiently promoted diabetic wound healing and reduced the excessive NET formation by transferring *** analysis and RNA interference experiment revealed that miR-17-5p in Hypo-sEVs obstructed the NET formation by targeting TLR4/ROS/MAPK ***,miR-17-5p overexpression decreased NET formation and overcame NET-induced impairment in fibroblasts,similar to the effects of ***,we identify a previously unrecognized NET-related mechanism in diabetic wounds and provide a promising NET-targeting strategy for wound treatment.

With the development of medical and health services, as well as the advance of treatment technology, there are more health demands in our society. The rapid growth of the absolute value of medicare fund expenditures has put lots of pressures on countries’ national health care system. However, the medical insurance fund is the direct key to the health care system. The increases of fund expenditures may cause a relatively shortage of fund and put pressures on the sustainable health care development. To respond to these issues, this paper analyzes the impact of medicare indicators on the medicare fund expenditures, and forecasts the monthly expenditure of medicare fund based on the method of time series forecasting, based on the historical data of medicare fund in the recent 5 years of Dalian, in order to prepare for policy adjustments and early warning. Eventually, it shows that medicare fund balances exist significant mean difference between the group of different medicare indicators. And forecasting error is 6.72%, which meets the actual demand.

[目的/意义]揭示企业虚拟品牌社区初访用户注册后早期阶段里的信息行为规律性,为企业社区针对注册后早期用户实施精准的信息服务策略提供实践指导。[方法/过程]采用火车采集器及调查问卷获取数据,运用k-shape聚类等方法进行统计分析并构建初访用户信息行为模式,使用BTM模型对各模式中用户基础信息行为特征进行挖掘,以此为基础针对性地制定策略建议。[结果/结论]得到三种初访用户信息行为模式,三种模式下用户浏览、发布等基础信息行为的特征及影响因素皆有所差异,企业社区应根据这一时期用户信息行为模式、特征及影响因素的特性做出具有针对性的策略应对。
