BACKGROUND Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most prevalent form of degenerative whole-joint disease.Before the final option of knee replacement,arthroscopic surgery was the most widely used joint-preserving surgical treatment.Emerging regenerative therapies,such as those involving platelet-rich plasma,mesenchymal stem cells,and microfragmented adipose tissue(MFAT),have been pushed to the forefront of treatment to prevent the progression of OA.Currently,MFAT has been successfully applied to treat different types of orthopedic diseases.AIM To assess the efficacy and safety of MFAT with arthroscopic surgery in patients with knee OA(KOA).METHODS A randomized,multicenter study was conducted between June 2017 and November 2022 in 10 hospitals in Zhejiang,China.Overall,302 patients diagnosed with KOA(Kellgren-Lawrence grades 2-3)were randomized to the MFAT group(n=151,were administered MFAT following arthroscopic surgery),or the control group(n=151,were administered hyaluronic acid following arthroscopic surgery).The study outcomes were changes in the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score,the visual analog scale(VAS)score,the Lequesne index score,the Whole-Organ Magnetic Resonance Imaging Score(WORMS),and safety over a 24-mo period from baseline.RESULTS The changes in the WOMAC score(including the three subscale scores),VAS pain score,and Lequesne index score at the 24-mo mark were significantly different in the MFAT and control groups,as well as when comparing values at the posttreatment visit and those at baseline(P<0.001).The MFAT group consistently demonstrated significant decreases in the WOMAC pain scores and VAS scores at all follow-ups compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the WOMAC stiffness score,WOMAC function score,and Lequesne index score differed significantly between the groups at 12 and 24 mo(P<0.05).However,no signicant between-group differences were observed in the WORMS at 24 mo(P=0.367).No serious adverse events occurred in both groups.CONCLUSION The MFAT inj

美国政府绩效评价开始于20世纪初期,距今已有100余年的历史。美国联邦政府科技预算绩效评价也在政府绩效评价的大框架下运行,经历了不断丰富和完善的历史演变。文章以美国联邦政府科技预算绩效评价发展变化为研究脉络,将其历史实践分为探索、形成和发展3个阶段:首先,梳理分析各阶段内绩效评价的主要特点与评价方法;进而,通过对3个阶段的综合分析,得出反映其底层逻辑的总体特征;最后,立足我国实际,提出我国发展和完善财政科技投入绩效评价的启示。

近年来,CH(NH_(2))_(2)PbI_(3)(FAPbI_(3))由于其带隙接近理想值而受到了广泛关注,成为钙钛矿太阳能电池中最具吸引力的光电功能材料.然而由碘甲脒(FAI)和碘化铅(PbI_(2))作为前驱体制备的传统钙钛矿层化学计量比不精准,缺陷密度大,稳定性差且结晶度较低,导致钙钛矿太阳能电池性能很难进一步提高.本文采用FAPbI_(3)单晶制备的钙钛矿薄膜具有高结晶度,高稳定性,精确的化学计量比和低缺陷密度.单晶钙钛矿薄膜的晶粒尺寸大,晶界少,导致晶界处缺陷较少,提高了钙钛矿太阳能电池的短路电流密度(J_(SC))和开路电压(V_(OC)),使其光电转换效率有了大幅度的提高.本文为制备高稳定性、高结晶度和低缺陷密度的钙钛矿太阳能电池提供了一种有效策略.

This paper gives a definition of the Industrial Internet and expounds on the academic connotation of the future Industrial Internet.From this foundation,we outline the development and current status of the Industrial Internet in China and globally.Moreover,we detail the avant-garde paradigms encompassed within the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)’s“Future Industrial Internet Fundamental Theory and Key Technologies”research plan and its corresponding management strategies.This research initiative endeavors to enhance interdisciplinary collaborations,aiming for a synergistic alignment of industry,academia,research,and practical implementations.The primary focus of the research plan is on the pivotal scientific challenges inherent to the future industrial internet.It is poised to traverse the“first mile”,encompassing foundational research and pioneering innovations specific to the industrial internet,and seamlessly bridges to the“last mile”,ensuring the effective commercialization of scientific and technological breakthroughs into tangible industrial market applications.The anticipated contributions from this initiative are projected to solidify both the theoretical and practical scaffolding essential for the cultivation of a globally competitive industrial internet infrastructure in China.

Background： Chronic kidney disease （CKD） has become a public health problem.New interventions to slow or prevent disease progression are urgently needed.In this setting, cell therapies associated with regenerative effects are attracting increasing interest.We evaluated the effect of embryonic stem cells （ESCs） on the progression of CKD.Methods： Adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to 5/6 nephrectomy.We used pedicled greater omentum flaps packing ESC-loaded gelatin microcryogets （GMs） on the 5/6 nephrectomized kidney.The viability of ESCs within the GMs was detected using in vio two-photon fluorescence confocal imaging.Rats were sacrificed after 12 weeks.Renal injury was evaluated using serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, 24 h protein, renal pathology, and tubular injury score results.Structural damage was evaluated by periodic acid-Schiff and Masson trichrome staining.Results： In vitro, ESCs could be automatically loaded into the GMs.Uniform cell distribution, good cell attachment, and viability were achieved from day 1 to 7 in vitro.After 12 weeks, in the pedicled greater omentum flaps packing ESC-loaded GMs on 5/6 nephrectomized rats group, the plasma urea nitrogen levels were 26% lower than in the right nephrectomy group, glomerulosclerosis index was 62% lower and tubular injury index was 40% lower than in the 5/6 nephrectomized rats group without GMs.Conclusions： In a rat model of established CKD, we demonstrated that the pedicled greater omentum flaps packing ESC-loaded GMs on the 5/6 nephrectomized kidney have a long-lasting therapeutic rescue function, as shown by the decreased progression of CKD and reduced glomerular injury.

高强高韧损伤容限钛合金是高强钛合金的重要研究方向,本文重点研究、评述了1200 MPa级高强高韧损伤容限钛合金Ti-5321的拉伸强度与冲击韧性、断裂韧性的关系。Ti-5321合金的微观组织明显影响合金的强度和韧性。片层组织具有较好的强度、塑性、断裂韧性、冲击韧性匹配,而双态组织也有较好的强度、塑性、断裂韧性匹配,但冲击韧性低。结合微观组织演变分析了强度、断裂韧性、冲击韧性的变化规律,并提出了高强高韧损伤容限钛合金的研究方向。

为降低强震对传统钢筋混凝土框架结构梁柱节点的破坏水平,提升梁柱节点在震后的可修复性,设计了一种内置超弹性形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy,简称SMA)筋的新型自复位梁柱节点。基于对不同配筋构造形式和SMA筋不同配筋率等因素的考虑,设计制作了4个1/5缩尺比例梁柱节点并进行了拟静力试验。通过非接触全场应变测量系统(video image correlate⁃3d,简称VIC⁃3D)对低周往复加载作用下各节点塑性铰区的整体位移和应变进行了实时测摄,获得了相应的竖向位移和主应变全过程云图。对起裂阶段、裂缝发展阶段和自复位阶段3个阶段进行研究,对比分析了各节点的破坏过程以及耗能能力、位移延性、刚度退化和自复位等性能。试验结果表明:内置超弹性SMA筋可有效提升节点的滞回耗能和自复位性能,延缓塑性核心区混凝土的开裂,改善开裂后的损坏程度,提升节点的经济可修复性;一定范围内,增大SMA筋配筋率可有效延缓节点的刚度退化速度,但对节点的极限承载力和自复位性能的提升影响不大。

This paper investigates the complete synchronization of fractional order chaotic systems with both model uncertainty and external disturbance. Firstly, a new dynamic feedback control method for the synchronization problem of the fractional order nominal systems（without both uncertainty and disturbance） is proposed. Then, a new uncertainty and disturbance estimator（UDE）-based dynamic feedback control method for the fractional order systems with both uncertainty and disturbance is presented, by which the synchronization problem of such fractional order chaotic systems is realized. Finally, the fractional order Lorenz system with numerical simulations is used to demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed results.

Planar Na ion micro-supercapacitors(NIMSCs) that offer both high energy density and power density are deemed to a promising class of miniaturized power sources for wearable and portable microelectron-ics. Nevertheless, the development of NIMSCs are hugely impeded by the low capacity and sluggish Na ion kinetics in the negative electrode.Herein, we demonstrate a novel carbon-coated Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with a hierarchical structure composed of vertically intercrossed and porous nanosheets, boosting Na ion storage performance. The unique structural merits, including uniform carbon coating, ultrathin nanosheets and abun-dant pores, endow the Nb_(2)O_5 microflower with highly reversible Na ion storage capacity of 245 mAh g^(-1) at 0.25 C and excellent rate capability.Benefiting from high capacity and fast charging of Nb_(2)O_5 microflower, the planar NIMSCs consisted of Nb_(2)O_5 negative electrode and activated car-bon positive electrode deliver high areal energy density of 60.7 μWh cm^(-2),considerable voltage window of 3.5 V and extraordinary cyclability. Therefore, this work exploits a structural design strategy towards electrode materials for application in NIMSCs, holding great promise for flexible microelectronics.
