Laser anti-drone technology is entering the sequence of actual combat,and it is necessary to consider the vulnerability of typical functional parts of *** the concept of"vulnerability"was proposed,a variety of analysis programs for battlefield targets to traditional weapons have been developed,but a comprehensive assessment methodology for targets'vulnerability to laser is still *** on the shotline method,this paper proposes a method that equates laser beam to shotline array,an efficient vulnerability analysis program of target to laser is established by this method,and the program includes the circuit board and the wire into the vulnerability analysis category,which improves the precision of the vulnerability *** the UAV engine part as the target of vulnerability analysis,combine with the"life-death unit method"to calculate the laser penetration rate of various materials of the UAV,and the influence of laser weapon system parameters and striking orientation on the killing probability is quantified after introducing the penetration rate into the vulnerability analysis *** quantitative analysis method proposed in this paper has certain general expansibility,which can provide a fresh idea for the vulnerability analysis of other targets to laser.

The biosecurity hazards caused by pathogenic fungus have been widely *** the long-term coexistence of eukaryotic pathogens and quorum sensing bacteria in different habitats in environments,we hypothesized that they have social interactions via signal *** this work,we firstly discovered the well-known bacterial signal molecules play an adverse role in the cell morphology and metabolism in a model pathogen Trichosporon asahii.N-Tetradecanoyl-L-homoserine lactone(C14-HSL)was discovered to increase pathogen hazards of ***,which limited mycelium by 52%,but enhanced cell aggregation by 93%.Higher fluorescence intensity of tryptophan(59%)and aromatic protein(2-fold)contents after the treatment of C14-HSL,indicating that aromatic proteins helped aggregate Trichosporon and showed *** analysis revealed that C14-HSL upregulated the shikimate pathway(above1-fold)located in downstream of tricarboxylic acid cycle,which contributed to the synthesis of more aromatic proteins and the formation of larger *** limited mycelial growth of *** attributed to the up-regulated expressions of cell cycle *** fungal transboundary response to bacterial C14-HSL was controlled by signal transduction *** study provides new insights into the co-evolution of bacterial and pathogenic fungi in microecosystems.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of action of Wuzi Yanzong pill(WYP)in rats with oligoasthenozoospermia(OAZ)via metabolomics and to provide a possible basis for improving this WYP-based ***:A rat model of OAZ was established by treating male SpragueeDawley rats with glucosides from Tripterygium wilfordii ***-two rats were randomly divided into six groups:control,L-carnitine(positive control),model,and low-,medium-,and high-dose WYP *** in the experimental groups were treated with WYP for 4 *** the end of the treatment period,sperm cell quality(density,motility,and viability)was assessed using a semen analysis system,mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)was assessed using flow cytometry,and testicular injury was assessed using hematoxylin and eosin staining to validate the therapeutic effect of WYP in ***,serum metabolomics-based analysis was performed using high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to identify differential metabolic pathways and possible mechanisms of action of WYP in OAZ ***:A rat model of OAZ was considered successfully-established after comparing the quality of spermatozoa in the model group to that in the control ***-M and WYP-H treatments significantly improved sperm cell density,motility,and viability compared with those in the model group(all P<.05).Compared with the model group,both WYP-M and WYP-H treatments increased MMP values(P=.006 and P=.021 respectively),while there was no significant difference in the L-carnitine group.L-carnitine and WYP administration reversed damage to the testes to varying degrees compared with that in the model ***,44 differential metabolites and four metabolic pathways,especially autophagy pathway,related to OAZ were identified via ***:WYP improves sperm cell quality and MMP in OAZ primarily via autophagy *** findings can be employed to improve the efficacy of WYP in humans.

RNA N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),as the most abundant modification of messenger RNA,can modulate insect behaviors,but its specific roles in aggregation behaviors remain ***,we conducted a comprehensive molecular and physiological characterization of the individual components of the methyltransferase and demethylase in the migratory locust Locusta *** results demonstrated that METTL3,METTL14 and ALKBH5 were dominantly expressed in the brain and exhibited remarkable responses to crowding or *** individual knockdown of methyltransferases(i.e.,METTL3 and METTL14)promoted locust movement and conspecific attraction,whereas ALKBH5 knockdown induced a behavioral shift toward the solitary ***,global transcriptome profiles revealed that m^(6)A modification could regulate the orchestration of gene expression to fine tune the behavioral aggregation of *** summary,our in vivo characterization of the m^(6)A functions in migratory locusts clearly demonstrated the crucial roles of the m^(6)A pathway in effectively modulating aggregation behaviors.

Background: Limited information exists regarding the impact of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection on psoriasis patients. The objective of this study was to identify clinical factors associated with the prognosis of psoriasis following SARS-CoV-2 ***: A retrospective, multicenter study was conducted between March and May 2023. Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses were employed to identify factors associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)-related psoriasis outcomes. The study included 2371 psoriasis patients from 12 clinical centers, with 2049 of them having been infected with ***: Among the infected groups, lower exacerbation rates were observed in individuals treated with biologics compared to those receiving traditional systemic or nonsystemic treatments (22.3% [236/1058]vs. 39.8% [92/231]vs. 37.5% [140/373],P <0.001). Psoriasis progression with lesions (adjusted odds ratio [OR] = 8.197, 95% confidence interval [95% CI] = 5.685–11.820, compared to no lesions), hypertension (adjusted OR = 1.582, 95% CI = 1.068–2.343), traditional systemic (adjusted OR = 1.887, 95% CI= 1.263–2.818), and nonsystemic treatment (adjusted OR= 1.602, 95% CI= 1.117–2.297) were found to be associated with exacerbation of psoriasis after SARS-CoV-2 infection, but not biologics (adjusted OR = 0.931, 95% CI = 0.680–1.274, compared to no treatment), according to multivariable logistic regression ***: A reduced risk of psoriasis exacerbation after SARS-CoV-2 infection was observed with biologics compared to traditional systemic and nonsystemic treatments. Significant risk factors for exacerbation after infection were identified as existing psoriatic lesions and hypertension.

This article studies the role of electrochemical parameters in controlling the morphology of oxidized TiO_(2)nanotubes and the electrochemical performance of modified TiO_(2)*** is a key factor for fabricating TiO_(2)*** the relative humidity belows 70%,the TiO_(2)nanotubes can be successfully ***'s more,by changing the anodization voltage and time,the diameter and the length of TiO_(2)nanotubes can be *** addition,the TiO_(2)nanotubes are modified through electrochemical self-doping and loading Pt metal particles on the surface of the nanotubes,which promotes the performance of the *** sample anodized at 100 V for 3 h has a specific capacity of up to 2.576 mF/cm~2 at a scan rate of 100 mV/s after self-doping,and its capacity retention rate still remains at 89.55%after 5000 cycles,demonstrating excellent cycling *** Pt-modified sample has a specific capacity of up to 3.486 mF/cm~2 at the same scan rate,exhibiting more outstanding electrochemical performance.

我国专利质押市场处于发展的初期阶段，这为研究专利的可质押性对创新的影响创造了条件。本文用我国的专利质押数据研究发现，专利的可质押性正向影响公司创新，而且对融资约束弱的公司影响更大。专利的可质押性通过提高创新的预期收益提升了企业的创新意愿，同时，通过释放信号缓解了信息不对称，吸引了人力资本，并降低了融资成本，从而将创新意愿转化为创新行动，提升了创新产出。用多种方法解决可能存在的内生性后结果依然稳健。本文丰富了文献中专利质押影响创新的渠道，同时提出了相应的政策建议以促进专利质押更好的发展。

目的分析兰州市空气污染物与儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次的关系,为患儿的生活指导和相关部门的疾病预防提供科学依据。方法采用广义相加模型在控制长期趋势、假期效应、星期几效应和气象因素等混杂因素的基础上,分析兰州市空气污染物对儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次的影响和滞后效应。结果NO_(2)、PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)、SO_(2)对儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次的影响在滞后当天(Lag0)最显著,但均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);CO也在Lag0影响最显著,其浓度每升高10μg/m^(3),儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次增加的超额危险度(ER)值为0.05%(95%CI=0~0.10%,P=0.049);O 3在累积滞后第7天(Lag07)影响最显著,其浓度每升高10μg/m^(3),儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次增加的ER值为7.40%(95%CI=5.31%~9.53%,P<0.001)。年龄分层显示,0~3岁特应性皮炎患儿对CO最敏感,其浓度每升高10μg/m^(3),门诊人次增加的ER值为0.09%(95%CI=0.04%~0.15%,P<0.001);7~14岁特应性皮炎患儿对O 3最敏感,其浓度每升高10μg/m^(3),门诊人次增加的ER值为8.26%(95%CI=4.99%~11.64%,P<0.001)。季节分层显示,CO在夏季和秋季对儿童特应性皮炎门诊人次的影响较强,ER值分别为0.45%和0.16%(P均<0.001);而O 3在冬季对门诊人次影响明显,ER值为20.48%(P<0.001)。结论兰州市空气污染物CO、O 3日平均浓度的升高与儿童特应性皮炎的门诊人次呈正相关,具有显著的季节效应和年龄分层敏感性。
