Depending on the severity, spina. injuries a.e linked to degenera.ion of a.ons a.d myelin, resulting in neurona. impa.rment a.d skeleta. muscle wea.ness a.d a.rophy. The protection of neurons a.d promotion of myelin regenera.ion during spina. cord injury is importa.t for recovery of function following spina. cord injury. Current trea.ments ha.e little to no effect on spina. cord injury a.d neurogenic muscle loss. Clema.tine, a. Food a.d Drug a.ministra.ion-a.proved a.tihista.ine drug, reduces infla.ma.ion, protects cells, promotes remyelina.ion, a.d preserves myelin integrity. Recent clinica. evidence suggests tha. clema.tine ca. decrea.e the loss of a.ons a.ter spina. cord injury, stimula.ing the differentia.ion of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells into ma.ure oligodendrocytes tha. a.e ca.a.le of myelina.ion. While clema.tine ca. a.d not only in the remyelina.ion a.d preserva.ion of myelin shea.h integrity, it a.so protects neurons. However, its role in neurogenic muscle loss rema.ns unclea.. 一项三维地震、井下和岩心的综合研究揭示了挪威陆缘莫吕（Ma.φy）斜坡的上白垩统层段有一系列斜坡水道和扇沉积层系发育。由于它们的含砂量很高且发育在以泥岩为主的层序内，这些斜坡沉积层系在地震反射剖面上表现为一组强振幅反射。这些上白垩统沉积层系的侧翼及其上部发育有两类振幅异常，在横剖面和平面图上都呈现特殊的形态。第一类振幅异常与层面呈不整合接触，倾角10～20°，高度可达100ms，一般发育在斜坡沉积层系的边缘。第二类振幅异常是与层面整合的，在横剖面上长度可达400m，可以发育在不整合振幅异常的中段或其上端。在三维空间中，发育于斜坡沉积层系边缘的陡倾振幅异常形成了翼状构造，它们是沿着斜坡沉积层系的长轴方向延伸的。根据它们同上白垩统斜坡沉积层系的紧密空间联系和推测的含砂量，可以将与层面不整合和与层面整合的振幅异常分别解释为源自上白垩统斜坡沉积层系的碎屑岩墙和岩床。虽然这些砂体的最初超压机理并不明确，但可以推测盆地流体运移进入这些封闭的沉积砂体以及砂体在低渗透率泥岩中的快速埋藏可能都发挥了作用。在沉积层系边缘发育有最大规模的碎屑岩墙，这表明是埋藏的沉积层系附近的差异压实作用和强制褶皱作用诱发了碎屑的重新活动和贯入作用，并决定了碎屑贯入体后来的几何形态和分布。本项研究论证的斜坡碎屑层系沉积后的再活动和贯入作用，对斜坡沉积层系的油气勘探和开采具有重要意义，因为这种作用明显改变了储层的初始形态，并最终形成了规模足够大、可以作为独立勘探目标的碎屑贯入岩体。
