采用高脂饮食(high fat diet,HFD)诱导的肥胖大鼠模型,探究口服胡椒碱(1-piperoyl.iperidine,PiP)对代谢紊乱引发生物钟异常的调控作用。结果表明,PiP减轻了HFD诱导的肝脏损伤,降低了血脂水平,缓解了肝脏生物钟和脂代谢基因的昼夜节律紊乱,恢复了与生物钟密切相关的脂质分子溶血磷脂酸(16:0_18:1)、双甲基磷脂酸(38:8e)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(16:0p_22:6)和甲基磷胆碱(32:4e)的表达水平变化。本研究结果可为PiP调节肝脏脂代谢昼夜节律提供一定的理论依据。

Weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ores(WREOs)in china are the main source of medium and heavy rare earths in the *** order to improve the seepage and the mass transfer of traditional ammonium salt leaching process of WREOs,surfactants were added in the ammonium sulfate leaching solution and the ammonium chloride leaching *** leaching kinetics,the mass transfer process,and the adhesion work reduction factor calculated from the interfacial properties were studied to reveal the strengthening mechanism of *** the presence of the tested five surfactants,cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB),dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(DTAB),sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),sodium oleate and ol.ic acid,the permeability of WREOs is improved,the rare earth(RE)leaching efficiency increase and the impurity aluminum(Al)leaching efficiency decrease,indicating its promotional effect on the leaching process of ***,CTAB shows a better leaching enhancement,and the optimal addition dosage is 0.4 g/l for the two ammonium salt leaching agent *** kinetics analysis shows the internal diffusion controls model of RE and Al leaching process,and the leaching kinetics equations of RE and Al related to CTAB concentration were obtained for the two ammonium salt leaching *** to the chromatographic plate theory,the mass transfer efficiency of RE increases with the CTAB concentration increasing until 0.4 g/l,which confirms that the optimal CTAB addition is 0.4 g/*** adhesion work and adhesion work reduction factor indicate more favorable permeation as well as the leaching process.

Due to the easy coarsening caused by poor thermal stability,the verified annealing-induced hardening in nanograined metals can only maintain at a relatively low-temperature *** this study,a nanolam-inated(CrCoNi)_(97.4)Al_(0.8)Ti_(1.8)medium-entropy alloy with an average lamellae thickness of∼20 nm embedded by thinner nanotwins was fabricated by severe cold rol.ing to achieve superior thermal *** with the conventional nanotwinned CrCoNi with nanotwins inside ultra-fined grains,the hier-archical nanolaminated-nanotwinned(CrCoNi)_(97.4)Al_(0.8)Ti_(1.8) exhibits a significant annealing-induced hard-ening effect,i.e.,hardness increasing from∼250 HV in the original specimen to∼500 HV in the cold-rolled status and finally∼630 HV after annealing at 600℃for 1 *** microstructure characterizations reveal that the reduced dislocation density and formation of l1_(2)ordered domain are mainly responsible for such hardening effect,which is facilitated by the effectively suppressed coarsening with annealing temperature,i.e.,slow detwinning process and well-retained low-angle nanolamellar *** coarsening mechanisms from the cold-rolled nanolamellae to the fully recrystal.ized micro-equiaxed structures under the annealing temperatures ranging from 400 to 800℃ were also elucidated by atomic observations.

Neuropeptides are widely distributed in vertebrates and invertebrates,regulating a variety of physiological activities in the organisms,such as metabolism,feeding and *** this study,to explore the function of neuropeptide lFRFamide in Sepia pharaonis,the full-length cDNA of lFRFamide-like gene(named SplFRFl,MG869822.1)was identified with rapid amplification of cDNA ends(RACE)*** sequence of SplFRFl was 860 bp in length and encoded 188 amino acids containing 4 different mature peptides:1 copy of PHTPFRFamide,NSlFRFamide,TiFRFamide,and 3 copies of *** alignment and phylogenetic analysis results showed that SplFRFl shared high identity with lFRFamides of Sepia officinalis and Sepiella japonica and had the closest relationship with *** quantitative Real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),it was found that the SplFRFl gene was highly expressed in the optic lobe and brain at three different stages during gonad development in both ***,the four mature peptides at a concentration of 0.01μmol l^(−1) could inhibit the protein synthesis in the chinese hamster ovary cell strain-K1(CHOK1)induced by *** data suggest that SplFRFl might be involved in the development and reproduction of *** results can contribute to future studies on neuropeptide evolution and function and benefit the cuttlefish farming.

Extremely small-sized iron oxide nanoparticles(iONPs) are of great interest in magnetic resonance imaging(MRi) due to their biosafety as an alternative to clinical gadolinium(Ⅲ) complexes-based contrast *** when the particle size is less than 10 nm,it has strong diffusion ability and deep penetration distance in tumor *** doping can significantly enhance the T_(1)contrast effect of nanoparticles by regulating the surface exposed ***,the nucleation and growth processes of mul.i-component synthesis systems are complex and difficult to be accurately controlled,leading to great challenges in the synthesis of ultra-small-sized nanoparticles with different components and ***,extremely small.ized superparamagnetic gadolinium-doped iron oxide nanoparticles(GdiONPs,Gd_(x)Fe_(3-x)O_(4) NPs) with adjustable doping amount and controllable size in the range of 3.5-7.5 nm were synthesized by thermal ***,as-synthesized GdiONPs were surface modified with a highly water-soluble and biocompatible carboxyl-polyethylene glycol-phosphoric acid ligand with high binding ***_(0.65)Fe_(2.35)O_(4) NPs exhibited very high r_(1) relaxivity of 10.6 mmol^(-1)·l·s^(-1) in terms of all metal concentrations and 49.0 mmol^(-1)·l·s^(-1) in terms of gadolinium alone,respectively,3 and 14 times higher than clinical T_(1) contrast agents(Gd-DTPA).GdiONPs can continuously obtain high resolution images of blood vessels,and can be used as an efficient and mul.ifunctional contrast agent for MR T_(1)*** stable and efficient doping strategy provides an easy and effective method to individually optimize the magnetic properties of complex oxides and their relaxation effects for a variety of biomedical applications.

Soluble receptor for advanced glycation end products(sRAGE)acts as a decoy sequestering of RAGE ligands,thus preventing the activation of the ligand-RAGE axis linking human ***,the molecular mechanisms underl.ing sRAGE remain *** this study,THP-1 monocytes were cultured in normal glucose(NG,5.5 mmol/l)and high glucose(HG,15 mmol/l)to investigate the effects of diabetesrelevant glucose concentrations on sRAGE and interleukin-1β(il-1β)*** modulatory effects of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)in response to HG challenge were also *** enhanced intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation and RAGE *** secretion of sRAGE,including esRAGE and cRAGE,was reduced under HG conditions,together with the downregulation of a disintegrin and metallopeptidase 10(ADAM10)and nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)nuclear ***,the HG effects were counteracted by siRAGE and exacerbated by *** immunoprecipitation results showed that Nrf2 binding to the ADAM10 promoter and HG interfered with this *** data reinforce the notion that RAGE and Nrf2 might be sRAGE-regulating *** HG conditions,the treatment of EGCG reduced ROS generation and RAGE ***-stimulated cRAGE release was likely caused by the upregulation of the Nrf2-ADAM10 *** inhibited HG-mediated NlRP3 inflammasome activation at least partly by stimulating sRAGE,thereby reducing il-1βrelease.

Achieving high fouling resistance and permeability using membrane separation technology in water treatment processes remains a *** this work,a novel mixed-matrix membrane(MMM)(poly(arylene ether ketone)[PAEK]-containing carboxyl groups[PAEK-COOH]/UiO-66-NH_(2)@graphene oxide[GO])with superb fouling resistance and high permeability was prepared by the nonsolvent-induced phase separation method,by in-situ growth of UiO-66-NH_(2) on the GO layer,and by preparing hydrophilic *** the basis of the structure and performance analysis of the MMM,the maximum water flux reached 591.25 l·m^(-2)·h^(-1) for PAEK-COOH/UiO-66-NH_(2)@GO,whereas the retention rate for bovine serum albumin increased from 85.40%to 94.87%.As the loading gradually increased,the hydrophilicity of the MMMs increased,significantly enhancing their fouling *** strongest anti-fouling ability observed was 94.74%,which was 2.02 times greater than that of the pure *** the same time,the MMMs contained internal amide and hydrogen bonds during the preparation process,forming a cross-linked structure,which further enhanced the mechanical strength and chemical *** summary,the MMMs with high retention rate,strong permeability,and anti-fouling ability were successfully prepared.

The environmental presence of decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209),which is toxic to the male reproductive system,is *** current study investigated its mechanism of toxicity in *** results showed,that BDE-209 induced DNA damage,decreased the expression of the promoter of meiosis spermatogenesis-and oogenesis-specific basic helix-loop-helix 1(Sohlh1),meiosis related-factors lethal(3)malignant brain tumor like 2(l3MBTl2),PiWi-like protein 2(Mili),Cyclin-dependent kinase 2(CDK2),Cyclin A,synaptonemal complex protein 1(SYCP1)and synaptonemal complex protein 3(SYCP3),and caused spermatogenic cell apoptosis,resul.ing in a decrease in sperm quantity and ***,BDE-209 downregulated the levels of anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome(APC/C),increased the expression of PiWi-like protein 1(MiWi)in the cytoplasm of elongating spermatids,and decreased the nuclear levels of RiNG finger protein 8(RNF8),ubiquitinated(ub)-H2A/ub-H2B,and Protamine 1(PRM1)/Protamine 2(PRM2),while increasing H2A/H2B nuclear levels in *** reproductive toxicity was persistent for 50 days following the withdrawal of BDE-209 *** results suggested that BDE-209 inhibits the initiation of meiosis by decreasing the expression of ***,the reduced expression of l3MBTl2 inhibited the formation of chromosomal synaptonemal complexes by depressing the expression of meiosis regulators affecting the meiotic progression and also inhibited histone ubiquitination preventing the replacement of histones by protamines,by preventing RNF8 from entering nucl.i,which affected the evolution of spermatids into mature sperm.
