Formulation and evaluation of novel aspirin nanoparticles loaded suppositories

The main objective of the present work is to design aspirin nanoparticles loaded suppositories which will reduce the side effects caused by aspirin suppositories. Aspirin nanoparticles were prepared initially based on ionic-gelation mechanism and lyophilized. The prepared nanoparticles were evaluated, and the results confirmed that Fa9 formulation was the best with greater drug entrapment efficiency. Aspirin suppositories were prepared in order to investigate the best base composition. The prepared suppositories were evaluated and FS1, FS3, FS4, FSS, FS1 l, and FS12 were proved to be the best base compositions based on dissolution performed. The lyophilized aspirin nanoparticles of Fa9 were used to prepare aspirin nanoparticles loaded suppositories. The in vitro results revealed that Fasl 1 was the best formulation.

Lacunary Interpolation by Fractal Splines with Variable Scaling Parameters

For a prescribed set of lacunary data{(x_(ν),f_(ν),f^(″)_(ν)):ν=0,1,...,N}with equally spaced knot sequence in the unit interval,we show the existence of a fam-ily of fractal splines S^(α)_(b)∈C 3[0,1]satisfying S^(α)_(b)(x_(ν))=f_(ν),(S^(α)_(b))^(2)(x_(ν))=f^(″)_(ν)forν=0,1,...,N and suitable boundary *** this end,the unique quintic spline introduced by *** and ***[SIAM ***.10(3)1973,pp.433-442]is generalized by using fractal functions with variable scaling *** presence of scaling parameters that add extra“degrees of freedom”,self-referentiality of the interpolant,and“fractality”of the third derivative of the in-terpolant are additional features in the fractal version,which may be advantageous in *** the lacunary data is generated from a functionΦsatisfying certain smoothness condition,then for suitable choices of scaling factors,the corresponding fractal spline S^(α)_(b)satisfies||Φ^(r)−(S^(α)_(b))(r)||∞→0 for 0≤r≤3,as the number of partition points increases.

Mass Spectra of Heavy and Light Mesons Using Asymptotic Iteration Method

The non-relativistic radial Schr¨odinger equation is analytically solved using asymptotic iteration method within the framework of a general interaction potential whose special cases are the Cornell and Cornell plus harmonic potentials. The energy eigenvalues expression is derived in three dimensional space, which is further used to calculate the mass spectra of ˉcc,ˉbb,ˉbc, cˉs, bˉs and b ˉq mesons. The obtained results of this work are in good agreement with experimental and other relativistic results and also improved in comparison with other non-relativistic recent studies.

Densities, Ultrasonic Speeds, Viscosities and Refractive Indices of binary Mixtures of benzene with benzyl Alcohol,benzonitrile, benzoyl Chloride and Chlorobenzene at 303.15 k

Densities, ρ, ultrasonic speeds, u , viscosities, η , and refractive indices, n , of pure benzene, benzyl alcohol (bA), benzonitrile (bN), benzoyl chloride (bC), chlorobenzene (Cb) and their thirty six binary mixtures, with benzene as common component, were measured at 303.15 k over the entire mole fraction range. From these experimental data the values of deviations in ultrasonic speed, Δ u , isentropic compressibility, Δk s , excess acoustic impedance, Z E , deviation in viscosity, Δη, and excess Gibbs free energy of activation of viscous flow, G *E , and partial molar isentropic compressibility, of bA, bN, bC and Cb in benzene were computed. The variation of these derived functions with composition of the mixtures suggested the increased cohesion (molecular order) in the solution and that interaction (A‐b)>(A‐A) or (b‐b). Moreover, theoretical prediction of ultrasonic speed, viscosity and refractive index of all the four binary mixtures was made on the basis of empirical and semi‐empirical relations by using the experimental values of the pure components. Comparison of theoretical results with the experimental values was made in order to assess the suitability of these relations in reproducing the experimental values of u , η and n . Also, molecular radii of pure liquids and the average molecular radii of binary mixtures were evaluated using the corresponding refractive indices of pure liquids and binary mixtures. The average molecular radii of binary mixtures were found to be additive with respect to mole fraction of the pure component.

On cubic Hermite coalescence hidden variable fractal interpolation functions

Hermite interpolation is a very important tool in approximation theory and nu- merical analysis, and provides a popular method for modeling in the area of computer aided geometric design. However, the classical Hermite interpolant is unique for a prescribed data set, and hence lacks freedom for the choice of an interpolating curve, which is a crucial requirement in design environment. Even though there is a rather well developed fractal theory for Hermite interpolation that offers a large flexibility in the choice of interpolants, it also has the short- coming that the functions that can be well approximated are highly restricted to the class of self-affine functions. The primary objective of this paper is to suggest a gl-cubic Hermite in- terpolation scheme using a fractal methodology, namely, the coalescence hidden variable fractal interpolation, which works equally well for the approximation of a self-affine and non-self-affine data generating functions. The uniform error bound for the proposed fractal interpolant is established to demonstrate that the convergence properties are similar to that of the classical Hermite interpolant. For the Hermite interpolation problem, if the derivative values are not actually prescribed at the knots, then we assign these values so that the interpolant gains global G2-continuity. Consequently, the procedure culminates with the construction of cubic spline coalescence hidden variable fractal interpolants. Thus, the present article also provides an al- ternative to the construction of cubic spline coalescence hidden variable fractal interpolation functions through moments proposed by chand.and kapoor [Fractals, 15（1）（2007）, pp. 41-53].

Anthraquinone Derivatives as an Immune booster and their Therapeutic Option Against COVID-19

Anthraquinone derivatives are identified for their immune-boosting,anti-inflammatory,and anti-viral ***,the pre-sent study aimed to investigate the reported anthraquinone derivatives as immune booster molecules in COVID-19 infection and evaluate their binding affinity with three reported targets of novel coronavirus i.e.3C-like protease,papain-like protease,and spike *** reported anthraquinone derivatives were retrieved from an open-source database and filtered based on a positive druglikeness *** with positive druglikeness scores were predicted for their targets using DIGEP-Pred and the interaction among modulated proteins was evaluated using ***,the associated pathways were recorded concerning the kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway ***,the docking was performed using autodock4 to identify the binding efficacy of anthraquinone derivatives with 3C-like protease,papain-like protease,and spike *** docking the pose of ligand scoring minimum binding energy was chosen to visualize the ligand-protein *** 101 bioactives,36 scored positive druglikeness score and regulated multiple pathways concerned with immune modulation and(non-)infectious ***,docking study revealed torososide b to possess the highest binding affinity with papain-like protease and 3C-like protease and 1,3,6-trihydroxy-2-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone-3-O-(6′-O-acetyl)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside with spike protein.

Certain Curvature Conditions on P-Sasakian Manifolds Admitting a Quater-Symmetric Metric Connection

The authors consider a quarter-symmetric metric connection in a P-Sasakian manifold and study the second order parallel tensor in a P-Sasakian manifold with respect to the quarter-symmetric metric connection. Then Ricci semisymmetric P-Sasakian manifold with respect to the quarter-symmetric metric connection is considered. Next the authors study ξ-concircularly flat P-Sasakian manifolds and concircularly semisymmetric P-Sasakian manifolds with respect to the quarter-symmetric metric connection. Furthermore, the authors study P-Sasakian manifolds satisfying the condition Z(ξ,Y)·S=0,where Z,S are the concircular curvature tensor and Ricci tensor respectively with respect to the quarter-symmetric metric connection. Finally, an example of a 5-dimensional P-Sasakian manifold admitting quarter-symmetric metric connection is constructed.
