Aerogel scaffolds are nanostructured materi.ls wi.h benefi.i.l properti.s for ti.sue engi.eeri.g *** traci.g of the state of the aerogels after thei. i.plantati.n i. challengi.g due to thei. vari.ble bi.degradati.n rate and the lack of sui.able strategi.s capable of i. vi.o moni.ori.g the *** nanoparti.les(UCNPs)have emerged as advanced tools for i. vi.ro bi.i.agi.g because of thei. fluorescence *** thi. work,hi.hly fluorescent UCNPs were loaded i.to aerogels to obtai. theranosti. i.plants for ti.sue engi.eeri.g and bi.i.agi.g appli.ati.ns.3D-pri.ted algi.ate-hydroxyapati.e aerogels labeled wi.h UCNPs were manufactured by 3D-pri.ti.g and supercri.i.al CO_(2) dryi.g to generate personali.e-to-pati.nt *** physi.ochemi.al performance of the resulti.g structures was evaluated by pri.ti.g fi.eli.y measurements,ni.rogen adsorpti.n-desorpti.n analysi.,and di.ferent mi.roscopi.s(confocal,transmi.si.n and scanni.g electron mi.roscopi.s).Stabi.i.y of the aerogels i. terms of physi.ochemi.al properti.s was also tested after 3 years of *** was evaluated i. vi.ro by di.ferent cell and hemocompati.i.i.y assays,i. ovo and i. vi.o by safety and bi.i.agi.g studi.s usi.g di.ferent muri.e *** profi.e,ti.sue i.dex and hi.tologi.al evaluati.ns of the mai. organs unvei.ed an i. vi.o downregulati.n of the i.flammati.n after i.plantati.n of the ***-decorated aerogels were fi.st-ti.e manufactured and long-term traceable by fluorescence-based bi.i.agi.g unti. 3 weeks post-i.plantati.n,thereby endorsi.g thei. sui.abi.i.y as ti.sue engi.eeri.g and theranosti. nanodevi.es(*** i.plants).

A basi. questi.n to ask would be： How do i.care for my pati.nts wi.h a certai. health condi.i.n？ The authors wanted to fi.d out whether they can answer thi. questi.n for thei. pati.nts sufferi.g from osteoporosi. wi.h the support of thei. EHR （electroni. health record）. Materi.ls and methods： Postmenopausal women havi.g experi.nced a fracture were i.enti.i.d from the EHR. At the same ti.e, cri.eri. to assess the quali.y of care were defi.ed followi.g current gui.eli.es. As i. emerged that the EHR was unsui.able to fulfi.l the authors＇ purpose, the free software package ＂Epi.i.fo 7＂ was used to create a template for data entry and analysi.. Results： Of the 41 female pati.nts i.enti.i.d wi.h possi.le osteoporoti. fractures, as many as 90% （37 pati.nts） di. not have any bone-densi.y measurements recorded despi.e 39% （16 pati.nts） had been gi.en a di.gnosi. of osteoporosi.. Of the 16 pati.nts wi.h recorded osteoporosi., only two were prescri.ed anti.steoporoti. medi.ati.n. The EHR was largely i.adequate to answer the questi.n. Conclusi.n：＂How do i.care for mypati.nts wi.h...？＂ i. a di.fi.ult questi.n to answer when relyi.g on conventi.nal EHR. Background: Human i.munodefi.i.ncy vi.us (Hi.) type 2 i.fecti.n i. predomi.antly found i. West Afri.an nati.ns, and approxi.ately 1 - 2 mi.li.n people are thought to be i.fected. Hi.-associ.ted nephropathy (Hi.AN) occurs i. about 7% of pati.nts wi.h Hi.-1 i.fecti.n and i. one of the most i.portant causes of end-stage renal di.ease i. thi. populati.n. The only reported case of Hi.AN related to Hi.-2 i.fecti.n was descri.ed by i.zedi.e et al. (2006). Ai.: The ai. of thi. paper i. to report a case of Hi.AN i. an Hi.-2-i.fected pati.nt, a rarely descri.ed condi.i.n. Case presentati.n: We descri.e a case of a 40-year-old Hi.-2-i.fected female from Angola hospi.ali.ed followi.g a si.-month hi.tory of fever, fati.ue, anorexi. and wei.ht loss. Laboratory data revealed anaemi., leukopeni. and renal dysfuncti.n wi.h nephroti. range protei.uri.. Renal bi.psy was performed, reveali.g fi.di.gs consi.tent wi.h Hi.AN. Also, a presumed di.gnosi. of gangli.ni. tuberculosi. was establi.hed. Conclusi.n: The slow progressi.n of Hi.-2 di.ease could explai. the low frequency of thi. condi.i.n, however, more studi.s should be carri.d out for a better understandi.g of Hi.-2 pathophysi.logy and i.s associ.ted compli.ati.ns.
