The pathway from emotions to new venture performance is still poorly *** address this,I have developed an empirical study in which I further evolvethe relationship that positive emotions（such as happiness or satisfaction）and negative emotions（like fear and anxiety）exert on new venture *** addition,it is known that emotions impact directlythe entrepreneurs’ psychological wellbeing,and entrepreneurs’ psychological wellbeing is critical to understanding entrepreneurial action,decision making,and *** fact,entrepreneurs value psychological wellbeing and see it as an indicator of their success,which is linked to new venture *** this reason,along with the impact that emotions exert on new venture performance,it is necessary to study the mediation effect of psychological wellbeing between these two *** further understand how important it is the impact of emotions on the entrepreneur’s psychological wellbeing,entrepreneurial cognition is added to the studyas a moderator *** is significant for the research as well because entrepreneurial cognition addresses the aspects of what goes into an entrepenreur’s mind and explores entrepreneur’s knowledge,motivation,attention,identity and emotions as he considers to pursuit a potential goal,such as his own positive psychological wellbeing and even the success of his new venture.I test the hypotheses developped with data collected from a sample of 130 entrepreneurs,（both males and femalesthat come from different places all over the world and with different ages and educational backgrounds）throughan elaborated questionnaire that includes different validated scales to measure positive and negative emotions（Positive and Negative Affect Scale,PANAS）,psychological wellbeing（Flourishing Scale by Diener）new venture performance（Entrepreneurs sense of success scale byFisher）.and entrepreneurial cognition（The Passion Scale by Vallerand）.This data is then processed,validated,analysed a

A hydrogel based on chitosan,collagen,hydroxypropyl-c-cyclodextrin and polyethylene glycol was developed and *** incorporation of nano-hydroxyapatite and pre-encapsulated hydrophobic/hydrophilic model drugs diminished the porosity of hydrogel from 81.6262.25%to 69.9863.07%.Interactions between components of hydrogel,demonstrated by FTIR spectroscopy and rheology,generated a network that was able to trap bioactive components and delay the burst *** thixotropic behavior of hydrogel provided adaptability to facilitate its implantation in a minimally invasive *** profiles from microspheres included or not in hydrogel revealed a two-phase behavior with a burst-and a controlled-release *** same release rate for microspheres included or not in the hydrogel in the controlled-release period demonstrated that mass transfer process was controlled by internal *** diffusion coefficients,Deff,that describe internal diffusion inside microspheres,and mass transfer coefficients,h,*** contribution of hydrogel to mass transfer,were determined using‘genetic algorithms’,obtaining values between 2.64·10^(-15) and 6.67·10^(-15)m^(2)/s for Deff and 8.50·10^(-10) to 3.04·10^(-9) m/s for *** proposed model fits experimental data,obtaining an R2-value ranged between 95.41 and 98.87%.In vitro culture of mesenchymal stem cells in hydrogel showed no manifestations of intolerance or toxicity,observing an intense proliferation of the cells after 7 days,being most of the scaffold surface occupied by living cells.

Objective: To evaluate the combination of several statins(atorvastatin, fluvastatin and simvastatin) and azoles(voriconazole, posaconazole and itraconazole) against Acanthamoeba spp. Methods: The efficiency of the different drug combinations against the trophozoite stage of different Acanthamoeba strains were evaluated by Alamar Blue assay. Effect on the cyst stage was observed by inverted microscope. Cytotoxicity of combinations of azoles and statins was evaluated by measuring the release of lactate dehydrogenase from a murine macrophage cell line. Results: Combinations of any of the tested statins and voriconazole or posaconazole were more efficient in inhibiting Acanthamoeba compared to statins or azoles individually. The drug combinations at the combined inhibitory concentrations 50% showed lower toxicity compared to that of the compounds ***: The combinations of statins together with voriconazole and posaconazole are more efficient than these drugs alone, and these combinations have lower cytotoxicity in mammalian cell lines.

The current pressure on the built historical heritage requires a global evaluation to develop strategies for its preservation.A combined vision of the state of conservation of architectural heritage is essential to highlight the vulnerabilities of the structure from which harmonized measures can be proposed for its *** study proposes a multi-criteria analysis methodology that considers a qualitative and quantitative approach to organize the global conservation state of heritage buildings hierarchically.A global index can be determined on the basis of the generation of an interoperable data matrix by defining a set of indicators to assess different components of a *** index describes the risk with respect to the stability,safety,and habitability of the *** methodology aims to achieve the state of the building in an integral way by obtaining a simple and objective index that enables efficient comparison among different *** application of this methodology to a historic area allows creating a hierarchical map of risk to stablish priorities for intervention and enable a sustainable and critical management and planning over the actions of maintenance,conservation,and *** this way,a holistic vision of the complex reality of built heritage and the urban landscape is obtained to identify critical areas of priority intervention.

AIMTo evaluate the effectiveness of human fibrinogen-thrombin collagen patch (TachoSil®) in the reinforcement of high-risk colon *** quasi-experimental study was conducted in Wistar rats (n = 56) that all underwent high-risk anastomoses (anastomosis with only two sutures) after colectomies. The rats were divided into two randomized groups: Control group (24 rats) and treatment group (24 rats). In the treatment group, high-risk anastomosis was reinforced with TachoSil® (a piece of TachoSil® was applied over this high-risk anastomosis, covering the gap). Leak incidence, overall survival, intra-abdominal adhesions, and histologic healing of anastomoses were analyzed. Survivors were divided into two subgroups and euthanized at 15 and 30 d after intervention in order to analyze the adhesions and histologic *** survival was 71.4% and 57.14% in the TachoSil® group and control group, respectively (P = 0.29); four rats died from other causes and six rats in the treatment group and 10 in the control group experienced colonic leakage (P > 0.05). The intra-abdominal adhesion score was similar in both groups, with no differences between subgroups. We found non-significant differences in the healing process according to the histologic score used in both groups (P = 0.066).CONCLUSIONIn our study, the use of TachoSil® was associated with a non-statistically significant reduction in the rate of leakage in high-risk anastomoses. TachoSil® has been shown to be a safe product because it does not affect the histologic healing process or increase intra-abdominal adhesions.

Growth curves fitted Penicillium digitatum were used to analyze the effect of temperature, pH and aw on their growth. To asses observance of independent variable effects on all growth parameters (λ, latency time, μ, growth rate and ymax maximal growth) a slow growth strain of P. digitatum was employed. Growth curves were obtained at different conditions of temperature (10?C - 40?C), pH (3.0 - 7.0) and water activity (0.800 - 0.990) and growth parameters were calculated by fitting of logistic model. Polynomial models were made by linear regression and all terms (linear, quadratic and interactive effects) were statistically significant (p < 0.001). All growth parameters, including maximal growth were affected by environmental conditions;pH effect was more important on maximal growth than that on lag time or growth rate. In some aspects results and modeling behavior of P. digitatum, are very similar to modeling of bacterial growth.

研究了牛奶中由高温、巴氏杀菌、直接、间接超高温杀菌 (UHT)、预杀菌以及后杀菌所产生的热致变指示物质。用高效液相色谱仪分析了以下三个热害指示物 :羟甲基糖醛 (HMF)、果乳糖和酸溶性 β 乳糖球蛋白 (β LG)。结果发现其平均含量 ,巴氏杀菌的 β LG为 1 71 0mg/L ,HMF为 2 49μmol/L ;直接和间接超高温杀菌的牛奶中 ,分别是 β LG389和 32 2mg/L、果乳糖 1 2 0和 2 50mg/L、HMF5 6和 8 7μmol/L ;在杀菌奶中的含量 ,果乳糖为 1 1 2 0mg/L ,HMF 2 2 μmol/L ,检测不到任何没有变性的乳清蛋白。在时间—温度曲线图上 ,定义了一个杀菌因子 ,其以秒来表达。经方差分析 ,巴氏杀菌、超高温杀菌和后杀菌在 95%的显著水平上存在差异 ,但直接和间接超高温杀菌之间无显著差异 ;加热奶与大包装的原料奶之间也无显著差异。几个热害参数的同时使用 ,能使加工奶品质特性的分类更加科学 ,也是选择加工条件的一个有用工具。

To investigate physicochemical stability of sevofuranein dimethyl sulfoxide using gas chromatography with a fame ionization detector and nuclear magnetic reso-nance （NMR）.METHODSUndiluted sevoflurane, plus dilutions 1：2, 1：5, 1：10, 1：25, and 1：50 in dimethyl sulfoxide were prepared in a vertical laminar fow cabinet class Ⅱ type B and stored at different temperatures （23 ℃, 6 ℃, and -10 ℃） for 45 d. Sterile 1 mL polypropylene amber syringes to minimize light degradation, caps and needles were used. The presence of sevofurane and its degradation products in the samples was determined by gas chroma-tography with flame ionization detector （260 ℃, 40min）, and by 1H, 19F, and proton-decoupled 19F nuclearmagnetic *** The gas chromatography analysis showed sevofluraneand dimethyl sulfoxide （DMSO） retention times were 2.7and 13.0 min, respectively. Pure DMSO injection into thecolumn resulted in two additional peaks at 2.1 and 2.8min. The same sevofurane peak at 2.7 min was observedin all the dilutions at -10 ℃, 4 ℃ and 25 ℃. The NMRspectra showed signals consistent with the sevoflurane structure in all the dilutions at -10 ℃, 4 ℃ and 25 ℃. In the 1H spectrum, two signals corresponding to the sevoflurane molecule were observed at 5.12 and 4.16 parts per million （ppm5）. In the 19F-NMR spectrum, two signals were observed at -76.77 ppm and -157.13 ppm. In the 19F NMR CPD, two signals were observed at -76.77 ppm and -157.13 ppm. The first one showed a doublet （JF-F = 3.1 Hz） which integrated by six fluorine nuclei from the hexafluoro-isopropyl group. The second signal was integrated by a fuorine atom and showed a septuplet （JF-F = 3.1 Hz）.CONCLUSIONThis study shows that different concentrations ofsevofurane in dimethyl sulfoxide retain their chemicalcomposition after exposure to different temperaturesfor a period of 45 d.
