Background： Natural disturbance is a fundamental component of the functioning of tropical rainforests let to natural dynamics, with tree mortality the driving force of forest renewal. With ongoing global （i.e. land-use and climate） changes, tropical forests are currently facing deep and rapid modifications in disturbance regimes that may hamper their recovering capacity so that developing robust predictive model able to predict ecosystem resilience and recovery becomes of primary importance for decision-making：（i） Do regenerating forests recover faster than mature forests given the same level of disturbance？（ii） is the local topography an important predictor of the post-disturbance forest trajectories？（iii） Is the community functional composition, assessed with community weighted-mean functional traits, a good predictor of carbon stock recovery？（iv） How important is the climate stress （seasonal drought and/or soil water saturation） in shaping the recovery trajectory？ Methods： Paracou is a large scale forest disturbance experiment set up in 1984 with nine 6.25 ha plots spanning on a large disturbance gradient where 15 to 60% of the initial forest ecosystem biomass were removed. More than 70,000 trees belonging to ca. 700 tree species have then been censused every 2 years up today. Using this unique dataset, we aim at deciphering the endogenous （forest structure and composition） and exogenous （local environment and climate stress） drivers of ecosystem recovery in time. To do so, we disentangle carbon recovery into demographic processes （recruitment, growth, mortality fluxes） and cohorts （recruited trees, survivors）. Results： Variations in the pre-disturbance forest structure or in local environment do not shape significantly the ecosystem recovery rates. Variations in the pre-disturbance forest composition and in the post-disturbance climate significantly change the forest recovery trajectory. A software pattern is a reusable solution to address a commonly occurring problem within a given context when designing *** patterns is a common practice for software architects to ensure software *** pattern collections have been proposed for a large number of application ***,because of the technology's recentness,there are only a few available collections with a lack of extensive testing in industrial blockchain *** is also difficult for software architects to adequately apply blockchain patterns in their applications,as it requires deep knowledge of blockchain *** a systematic literature review,this paper has identified 120 unique blockchain-related patterns and proposes a pattern taxonomy composed of multiple categories,built from the extracted pattern *** purpose of this collection is to map,classify,and describe all the available patterns across the literature to help readers make adequate decisions regarding blockchain pattern *** study also shows potential applications of those patterns and identifies the relationships between blockchain patterns and other non-blockchain software patterns.

In industrial areas, tree leaves contaminated by metals and metalloids could constitute a secondary source of pollutants. In the present study, water extraction kinetics of inorganic elements （IE： Pb, Zn, Cd, As, Fe and Mn）, dissolved organic carbon, pH and biological activity were studied for industrial contaminated poplar leaves. Moreover, the distribution of the IE through the size fractions of the associated top soil was measured. High quantities ofMn, Zn and As and polysaccharides were released in the solution from the strongly contaminated leaves. The kinetic of release varied with time and metal type. The solution pH decreased while dissolved organic contents increased with time after 30 days. Therefore, these contaminated leaves could constitute a source of more available organic metals and metalloids than the initial inorganic process particles. However, the distribution of the IE through the size fractions of the top soil suggested that a great part of the released IE was adsorbed, reducing in consequence their transfers and bioavailability. It＇s concluded that mobility/boioavailability and speciation of metals and metalloids released from the decomposition of polluted tree leaves depends on soil characteristics, pollutant type and litter composition, with consequences for environmental risk assessment.

Background The invasion success of introduced freshwater fishes is influenced by many factors, including ecological, species, and socioeconomic characteristics. Most studies that document the importance of these characteristics are conducted at local scales and/or focus on a single step of the invasion process. In this study, we aim to determine the species characteristics, ecological characteristics, and socioeconomic characteristics of non-native freshwater fish invasions. Our assessment was done at the global scale and considers all three steps of the invasion(i.e., introduction, establishment, and impact). For this purpose, we applied generalized linear models to 20 variables collected for 307 non-native species and modeled them as a function of ecological characteristics(i.e., environmental features), species traits(i.e., functional and morphological), and socioeconomic characteristics(i.e., human use and introduction pathways). We considered the number of countries in which each species was introduced, established, or had ecological impacts as a proxy of invasion step success. We also explored the specifics of species introduced through the aquaculture and the ornamental fish trade *** We found that non-native freshwater fishes with broad diets, high parental care, and multiple introduction pathways are the most widely introduced and established worldwide. The number of countries with impacts reported was best explained by the type of introduction pathway(i.e., aquaculture or fisheries). Moreover, among non-native species introduced through aquaculture, those belonging to Cypriniformes and having broad diets were the most widely introduced and established species. Interleukin(IL)-33 is a nuclear cytokine in the IL-1 family that is constitutively expressed in the epithelial cells of environmentally exposed tissues(skin,gastrointestinal tract and lungs)and endothelial ***-33 is involved in type 2 innate immunity via the activation of eosinophils,basophils,mast cells,group 2 innate lymphoid cells and macrophages through its receptor ST2(also called IL1RL1)[1].Due to the absence of a secretory signal sequence,IL-33 was thought to be passively released during cell necrosis,physical stress or tissue damage and was accordingly considered an alarmin[2].
