针对城市道路临近交叉口路段的复杂交通流运行特点,提出了一种基于车辆轨迹预测与宏微观指标聚合的实时交通运行风险综合评估方法。首先,构建了基于长短时记忆网络的驾驶人意图识别模型,以实现车辆轨迹的准确预测。然后,基于预测的轨迹数据,提取交通流宏观运行指标和车辆微观行驶风险指标,采用数据包络分析方法构建了临近交叉口路段交通运行风险综合评价模型。最后,对比基于实际数据和预测数据的风险评价结果,以验证模型的有效性。结果表明,该方法在高风险等级的召回率为0.955,评价结果差异较小,能够有效预测交通流运行风险,为临近交叉口路段的交通安全主动管控提供了有力的决策依据。

茭白(Zizania latifolia)是我国特色水生蔬菜,具有丰富营养价值,种植经济效益好。近年来,随着人们生活水平的提升和消费观念的改变,对茭白的消费需求不断增加,茭白产业发展受到重视。为了解我国茭白产业发展现状,助力茭白产业高质量发展,通过实地调研,阐述我国茭白产业发展现状,分析茭白成本收益状况,发现茭白产业具有市场集中度高、消费区域性强、组织化程度高等特征,并对茭白产业未来发展趋势作出判断:一是产业总体生产规模呈扩展态势;二是产业呈现产品绿色化、品质高端化趋势;三是产业机械化、智能化需求趋势。

Paclitaxel(PTX)is widely applied for the treatment of unresectable and metastasis breast carcinoma as well as other cancers,whereas its efficacy is always impeded by poor *** are one kind of the most successful drug carriers which are capable of solubilizing PTX and improving patients’tolerance owing to excellent biocompatibility and ***,poor compatibility between PTX and liposomes compromises the stability,drug loading and anti-tumor capacity of liposomal *** address this issue,three lipids with various chain lengths,namely,myristic acid(MA,14C),palmitic acid(PA,16C)and stearic acid(SA,18C),were conjugated to PTX via ester bonds and the synthesized prodrugs with high lipophilicity were further formulated into liposomes,*** liposomes show high stability and drug loadings,as well as sustained drug *** chain lengths of lipids are negatively correlated with drug release and enzymatic conversion rates,which further impact the pharmacokinetics,tumor accumulation,and anti-tumor efficacy of liposomal *** rapid nor slow drug release facilitates high tumor accumulation as well as anti-tumor efficacy of *** all liposomes,PTX-PA-loaded liposomes show the longest circulation and highest tumor accumulation of PTX and exert the most potent anti-tumor capacities in vivo,owing to its moderate drug release and enzymatic conversion *** its superior safety,PTX-PA liposomes hold potential for further clinical translation.

In this paper,an improved computational fluid dynamic(CFD)model for gas-liquid flow in bubble column was developed using the one-equation Wary-Agarwal(WA)turbulence model coupled with the population balance model(PBM).Through 18 orthogonal test cases,the optimal combination of interfacial force models,including drag force,lift force,turbulent dispersion *** modified wall lubrication force model was proposed to improve the predictive ability for hydrodynamic behavior near the wall of the bubble *** values simulated by optimized CFD model were in agreement with experimental data,and the errors were within±20%.In addition,the axial velocity,turbulent kinetic energy,bubble size distribution,and the dynamic characteristic of bubble plume were analyzed at different superficial gas *** research work could provide a theoretical basis for the extension of the CFD-PBM coupled model to other multiphase reactors..

Background:The underlying mechanism of sciatic nerve injury(SNI)is a common motor functional disorder,necessitates further ***:A rat model of SNI was established,with the injury group subjected to compressive injury of the right sciatic nerve exposed at the midpoint of the thigh and the sham surgery group undergoing the same surgical *** oxygen-glucose deprivation model was employed to simulate in vitro SNI in PC12 *** data acquisition and quality control,differentially expressed proteins(DEPs)in each model were identified through differential analysis,and enrichment analysis was used to explore the potential functions and pathways of the *** diagrams were drawn,and DEPs from both in vivo and in vitro SNI models were imported into the STRING database to construct a protein-protein interaction network and screen for hub ***:After the peptide segments obtained from rat nerve blockade and PC12 cells met quality requirements,258 DEPs were identified in rat nerve samples,and 119 DEPs were screened in PC12 *** analysis revealed that DEPs in the rat model were predominantly concentrated in biological functions such as myogenic cell proliferation and signaling related to lipid and energy *** in the in vitro model were mainly enriched in biological processes such as phagocytosis and were associated with lipid transport and *** hub proteins,amyloid precursor protein(APP)and fibronectin 1(FN1),were identified through MCC,MCODE,and Degree *** PC12 cells and external validation sets showed relatively higher expression of APP and FN1 in injured *** of gene set enrichment analysis indicated that these two proteins were associated with metabolic pathways,such as biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycan chondroitin sulfate and biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty ***:APP and FN1 are potential key molecules involved in SNI and are associated with various metabolic pathways

目的总结机器人辅助左胸小切口微创冠状动脉旁路移植术(minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass grafting, MIDCAB)的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性研究陆军特色医学中心2016年10月至2023年6月行机器人辅助MIDCAB开展的情况及治疗效果。收集并分析患者的基线临床资料、MIDCAB相关数据、围术期情况和随访情况。结果本研究共纳入23例患者,其中男性21例,女性2例,年龄为(58.17±7.49)岁,体质指数(BMI)为(23.99±3.25)kg/m2,所有患者均有心绞痛症状,其中1例有心肌梗死病史,1例有扩张型心肌病,2例有慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD),10例有经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention, PCI)史。所有患者均接受机器人辅助MIDCAB,手术均顺利完成,无乳内动脉损伤及术式的转变,乳内动脉和前降支吻合后桥血流良好。左胸切口长度为8(8,8)cm,手术时间为380(300,465)min,术中出血量为300(100,400)mL,ICU时间为3(2,3)d,胸腔引流量为780(525,1 040)mL,术后出院时间为(11.17±2.38)d,未发生住院期间及30 d内死亡率,其中1例患者在30 d内因心包积液再次入院,予以心包穿刺引流等对症处理后好转出院。所有患者门诊及电话随访期间未出现死亡、主要不良心脑血管事件(MACCE)及再次血运重建的情况。结论机器人辅助下乳内动脉游离技术精细、安全,微创小切口不停跳下冠状动脉旁路移植术效果安全、可行,近中期结果满意,适于在冠心病微创外科领域推广应用。

A new rhodamine derivative,N-(3-carboxy)acryloyl rhodamine B hydrazide(CARB),has been synthesized,and its unusual spectroscopic reaction with Cu2+ has been *** derivative exhibits a rapid and reversible non-fluorescent absorption upon coordination to Cu2+,which is a rather unusual phenomenon for rhodamine B *** measurements using the Job's method and the molar ratio method reveal that one CARB molecule combines two Cu2+ ions,and the two Cu2+ ions play different roles:one opens the spirocyclic structure and the other quenches the fluorescence of the xanthene *** reaction mechanism is supported by a comparative study on the model compound N-acryloyl rhodamine B hydrazide as well as by the density functional theory ***,the absorption response of CARB is highly selective for Cu2+ over other common ions,which implies that CARB may be used as a colorimetric probe for the rapid visual detection of Cu2+.

This paper presents an improved Voice Activity Detection （VAD） algorithm which uses the Signal-to-Noise Ratio （SNR） measure. We assume that noise Power Spectral Density （PSD） in each spectral bin follows a Rayleigh distribution. Rayleigh distributions with its asymmetric tail characteristics give a better description of the noise PSD distribution than Gaussian distribution. Under this asstlmption, a new threshold updating expression is derived. Since the analytical integral of the false alarm probability, the threshold updating expression can be represented without the inverse complementary error function and low computational complexity is achieved in our system. Experimental results show that the proposed VAD outperforms or at least is comparable with the VAD scheme presented by Davis under several noise environments and has a lower computational complexity.
