chinese medicine(cM)diagnosis intellectualization is one of the hotspots in the research of cM *** traditional cM intelligent diagnosis models transform the cM diagnosis issues into classification issues,however,it is difficult to solve the problems such as excessive or similar *** the development of natural language processing techniques,text generation technique has become increasingly *** this study,we aimed to establish the cM diagnosis generation model by transforming the cM diagnosis issues into text generation *** semantic context characteristic learning capacity was enhanced referring to Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(BILSTM)with Transformer as the backbone ***,the cM diagnosis generation model Knowledge Graph Enhanced Transformer(KGET)was established by introducing the knowledge in medical field to enhance the inferential *** KGET model was established based on 566 cM case texts,and was compared with the classic text generation models including Long Short-Term Memory sequence-to-sequence(LSTM-seq2seq),Bidirectional and Auto-Regression Transformer(BART),and chinese Pre-trained Unbalanced Transformer(cPT),so as to analyze the model ***,the ablation experiments were performed to explore the influence of the optimized part on the KGET *** results of Bilingual Evaluation Understudy(BLEU),Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation 1(ROUGE1),ROUGE2 and Edit distance of KGET model were 45.85,73.93,54.59 and 7.12,respectively in this *** with LSTM-seq2seq,BART and cPT models,the KGET model was higher in BLEU,ROUGE1 and ROUGE2 by 6.00–17.09,1.65–9.39 and 0.51–17.62,respectively,and lower in Edit distance by 0.47–*** ablation experiment results revealed that introduction of BILSTM model and prior knowledge could significantly increase the model ***,the manual assessment indicated that the cM diagnosis results of the KGET model used

Integrins are a highly complex fa.ily of receptors that, when expressed on the surfa.e of cells, can mediate reciprocal cell-to-cell and cell-to-extracellular matrix(EcM) interactions leading to assembly of integrin adhesion complexes(IAcs) that initiate many signaling functions both at the membrane and deeper within the cytoplasm to coordinate processes including cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, survival, differentiation, and metabolism. All metazoan organisms possess integrins, and it is generally agreed that integrins were associated with the evolution of multicellularity, being essential for the association of cells with their neighbors and surroundings, during embryonic development and many aspects of cellular and molecular biology. Integrins have important roles in many aspects of embryonic development, normal physiology, and disease processes with a multitude of functions discovered and elucidated for integrins that directly influence many areas of biology and medicine, including mammalian pregnancy, in particular implantation of the blastocyst to the uterine wall, subsequent placentation and conceptus(embryo/fetus and associated placental membranes) development. This review provides a succinct overview of integrin structure, ligand binding, and signaling followed with a concise overview of embryonic development, implantation, and early placentation in pigs, sheep, humans, and mice as an example for rodents. A brief timeline of the initial localization of integrin subunits to the uterine luminal epithelium(LE) and conceptus trophoblast is then presented, followed by sequential summaries of integrin expression and function during gestation in pigs, sheep, humans, and rodents. control of dust in underground coal mines is critical for mitigating both safety and health *** decades,the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health(NIOSH)has led research to evaluate the effectiveness of various dust control technologies in coal *** studies have included the evaluation of auxiliary scrubbers to reduce respirable dust downstream of active mining and the use of canopy air curtains(cAcs)to reduce respirable dust in key operator *** detailed dust characterization was not a focus of such studies,this is a growing area of *** preserved filter samples from three previous NIOSH studies,the current work aims to explore the effect of two different scrubbers(one wet and one dry)and a roof bolter cAc on respirable dust composition and particle size *** this,the preserved filter samples were analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and/or scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive *** indicate that dust composition was not appreciably affected by either scrubber or the ***,the wet scrubber and cAc appeared to decrease the overall particle size *** an effect of the dry scrubber was not consistently observed,but this is probably related to the particular sampling location downstream of the scrubber which allowed for significant mixing of the scrubber exhaust and other return *** from the insights gained with respect to the three specific dust control case studies revisited here,this work demonstrates the value of preserved dust samples for follow-up investigation more broadly.

Slits have been widely used in laser-plasma interactions as plasma optical components for generating high-harmonic light and controlling laser-driven particle ***,we propose and demonstrate that periodic thin slits can be regarded as a new breed of optical elements for efficient focusing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental physics of intense laser interaction with thin slits is studied,and it is revealed that relativistic effects can lead to enhanced laser focusing fa. beyond the pure diffractive focusing *** addition,the interaction of an intense laser pulse with periodic thin slits makes it feasible to achieve multifold enhancement in both laser intensity and energy transfer efficiency compared with conventional *** results provide a novel method for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and should be of interest for many laser-based applications.

In many songbird species,birdsong features phonological syntax,meaning that the units within their vocal se-quences are ordered in a non-random way that adheres to a *** such syntactical patterns have been richly described in many species,comparatively little is known about how those patterns contribute to song achieving its important *** each of song’s main functions,territorial defense and mate attraction,evidence of a role for syntax is *** species for which syntax has been thoroughly described is the Hermit Thrush(catharus guttatus),which presents song types from their repertoires in a semi-predictable order and,in doing so,rapidly cycle up and down the frequency *** objective of the present study was to explore the importance of song syntax in the Hermit Thrush through a within-subject examination of how measures of syntax,such as the predictability of song type order within song sequences,shift over the breeding *** hypothesized that,if such syntactical characteristics are important to breeding behaviour,they would be most prominent at the start of the breeding season when activity associated with territory establishment and mate attraction is most *** revealed that,as predicted,the rigidness of song type ordering within se-quences was highest at the start of the season and declined *** song type sequences were most predictable at the vitally important early part of the breeding season fit our hypothesis that this aspect of song syntax is important to song’s functions related to territory establishment and/or mate *** work will clarify whether that role relates to one of song’s two main functions or serves song transmission in some broader way.

The organic-rich mudstones and dolostones of the Permian Fengcheng Formation(Fm.)are typically alkaline lacustrine source rocks,which are typified by impressively abundantβ-*** β-carotane has been well acknowledged as an effective indicator of biological sources or depositional ***,the specific biological sources of β-carotane and the coupling control of biological sources and environmental fa.tors on the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** *** on a comprehensive investigation of the bulk,molecular geochemistry,and organic petrology of sedimentary rocks and the biochemistry of phytoplankton in modern alkaline lakes,we proposed a new understanding of the biological precursors of β-carotane and elucidated the enrichment mechanism of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** results show that the biological precursors crucially control the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** haloalkaliphilic cyanobacteria are the primary biological sources of β-carotane,which is suggested by a good positive correlation between the 2-methylhopane index,7-+8-methyl heptadecanes/c_(max),c_(29%),and β-carotane/c_(max)in sedimentary rocks and the predominance of cyanobacteria with abundantβ-carotene in modern alkaline *** enrichment of β-carotane requires the reducing condition,and the paleoredox state that affects the enrichment of β-carotane appears to have a *** paleoclimate conditions do not considerably impact the enrichment of β-carotane,but they have some influence on the water's paleosalinity by affecting evaporation and *** it does not directly affect the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng Fm.,paleosalinity does have an impact on the cyanobacterial precursor supply and the preservation conditions.
