After last surgery, patient started a new c.c.e o. c.emo.herapy but was refrac.o.y to.treatment, presented c.inic.l adverse effec.s and reso.anc. image sc.n sho.ed no.reduc.io. o. tumo.al lesio.. Patient was then c.nsidered o.t o. therapeutic.po.sibilities and indic.ted fo. suppo.tive treatment. o. Marc. 2005 patient jo.ned Phase I/II c.inic.l trial fo. assess the effic.c. o. the mo.o.erpene Po., a Ras inhibito.. Po. was administered by intranasal ro.te fo.r times a day (268 mg daily) as single c.emo.herapy agent. Image sc.ns perfo.med 3 and 5 years later revealed marked reduc.io. o. enhanc.ng lesio.. Ho.ever, the lo.g-term o.tc.mes and the benefts fo. patients with early rec.rrenc. have no. been c.arifed. The aim o. this study was to.c.mpare the sho.t-and lo.g-term o.tc.mes o. patients undergo.ng single hepatec.o.y and repeat hepatec.o.y fo. c.LM. Additio.ally, the o.c.lo.ic.l o.tc.mes o. patients with early( ≤ 6 mo.ths) and late rec.rrenc. who.underwent repeat hepatec.o.y were c.mpared. Metho.s: c.nsec.tive adult patients undergo.ng hepatec.o.y fo. c.LM between June 20 0 0 and February 2020 were inc.uded and divided into.two.gro.ps: single hepatec.o.y and repeat hepatec.o.y. Results: A to.al o. 709 patients were inc.uded: 649 in the single hepatec.o.y gro.p and 60 in the repeat hepatec.o.y gro.p. Patients in the repeat hepatec.o.y gro.p underwent mo.e c.c.es o. preo.erative c.emo.herapy [4(3-6) vs. 3(2-4), P = 0.003]. Patients in the single hepatec.o.y gro.p mo.e frequently underwent majo. hepatec.o.ies(34.5% vs. 16.7%, P = 0.004) and had a greater number o. lesio.s resec.ed(2.9 ± 3.6 vs. 1.9 ± 1.8, P = 0.011). There was no.inc.ease in o.erative time, estimated blo.d lo.s, length o. ho.pital stay, c.mplic.tio.s, o. mo.tality in the repeat hepatec.o.y gro.p. There were no.differenc.s in o.erall survival( P = 0.626) and disease-free survival( P = 0.579) between the two.gro.ps. Similarly, fo. patients underwent repeat hepatec.o.y, no.differenc. was o.served between the early and late rec.rrenc. gro.ps in terms o. o.erall survival( P = 0.771) o. disease-free survival( P = 0.350). c.nc.usio.s: Repeat hepatec.o.y is feasible and safe, with similar sho.t-and lo.g-term o.tc.mes when c.mpared to.single hepatec.o.y. Surgic.l treatment o. early liver rec.rrenc. o.fers similar o.c.lo.ic.l o.tc.mes to.tho.e o.tained fo. late rec.rrenc..

The sto.e marten(Martes fo.na)is a c.rnivo.o.s mammal that o.ten c.nsumes fleshy fruits,thus po.entially pro.o.ing seed dispersio..The present study was develo.ed in Bussac.
