A number of cutaneous changes are known to occur in the course of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), including pyoderma gangrenosum, erythema nodosum, perianal disease, erythematous eruptions, urticaria, and purpura. However, occurrence of skin manifestations prior to the development of ulcerative colitis is a rare occasion. Here, we report a case of ulcerative colitis associated with leukocytoclastic vasculitis in which the intestinal symptoms became overt 8 mo after the development of skin lesions.

2020年12月17日,太极拳被联合国教科文组织正式列入了人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。美国也是最早太极拳推广的国家之一。根据史料记载,最早将太极拳传入西方的是两位女士,其中一位Sophia Delza是来自美国的得克萨斯州,她也是将太极拳传入美国的第一人,从1954年开始传入美国,到2007年,根据美国National Health Interview Survey,大约有250万人在习练太极拳。美国太极拳的传播取得的这些成就,还是归功于早期的一些传播者。这些传播者有一些是华人,但也有不少喜欢中华武术的外籍习练者、研究者和学者,他们为太极拳的海外传播起到了重要的作用,罗伯特·威廉·史密斯就是其中一位做出了巨大贡献的武学汉学家。罗伯特是杨氏太极拳宗师杨澄浦的弟子郑曼青的第一位美籍学生,他为在美国普及太极拳做出了巨大的努力并取得了一定的成就。罗伯特传播太极拳的努力也促进了美国人对太极拳文化的正确理解,并在太极拳的传播中发挥了重要作用。但是目前关于他在武术方面贡献的研究在国内比较少。罗伯特对太极拳的传播在于:他是太极拳在美国传播的先驱,长期在公共场所开办免费的太极拳课程,传播太极拳的健康价值。他将很多著名的太极拳大家从中国引入美国,他帮助他的老师郑曼青在美国开设武馆。郑曼青在美国太极拳习练者中的影响力很大,也归功于罗伯特的宣传。他著书将他自己的习武经历和经验进行描述和推广,并且纠正美国习练者对于太极拳的错误认识,将太极拳的真正的魅力展示给美国习练者。他所拍摄的关于太极拳大师们的影像资料是宝贵的太极拳的资源,所著的书也是西方太极拳的经典之作。而且,太极拳在美国的传播已经逐渐从"海外华人为主到以西方学者为主"传播转变,因此研究太极拳汉学家的成功案例为太极拳在海外传播中发挥西方学者的作用提供可借鉴的经验。本文从跨文化传播的角度,基于场域理论借助文献资料法,案例分析法和文本分析法,从场域、资本和惯习三个方面对罗伯特在美国传播太极拳过程的影响因素进行分析。皮埃尔·布迪厄（PierreBourdieu）的社会学理论--场域理论包含三个核心概念:场域（filed）、资本（capital）和惯习（habitus）。布迪厄认为该分析模式的简要公式是[（惯习）（资本）]+场域=实践。在罗伯特太极拳传播过程即[（传播者惯习）（传播者资本）]+太极拳健康传播场域=太极拳传播实践。罗伯特太极拳传播的场域主要是指在美国社会健康传播场域下的太极拳健康传播子场域。而作为传播者,罗伯特也有文化资本、经济资本、社会资本和象征资本。惯习方面指罗伯特·威廉·史密斯的作为传播者具备的能力,例如:习武、写作、翻译和教学的能力。分析得出以下结论:1.汉学家对太极拳文化传承和对中国武术文化的理解是传播的主要内容。罗伯特成为太极拳继承人的最重要原因之一是,他在理念上对中国太极拳文化的认同,并通过师从最着名的大师掌握了文化精髓,因此后来在美国传播太极拳技术无论是在教授内容上还是选择传承人方面都是延续了中国武术传统方式和理念。并且由于语言优势,他可以更准确地理解太极拳的文化,从而对读者和太极拳习练者也更容易解释。2.汉学家的综合资本是传播被广泛接受的决定性因素。罗伯特通过撰写武技类文章和书籍先积累了社会资本,后又在在中国正式拜师学艺,成为杨氏太极拳的传人,在美国传播太极拳的过程中,罗伯特又有机会通过日益发展自己的经济资本,文化资本和社会资本来吸引更广泛的受众。3.汉学家在传播外国文化时能够充分了解受众需求。罗伯特很好地分析了美国人对武术的兴趣和需求,他的作品以叙事和书目形式写作,以进一步解释太极拳的历史,文化和技术,使受众能够接受太极拳文化,教学以西方学生习惯的方式进行,翻译中准确地选择翻译文本和手段进行翻译。4.还有国家政策的需要。在60-70年代,美国政府日益关切其国民的健康问题,而当时太极拳的健康功用通过罗伯特等人的传播得到了人们的重视。5.汉学家必须通过多种渠道传播外国文化。罗伯特返回美国并没有仅仅通过写书在美国传播太极拳,他还通过免费讲座、工作坊、写文章和发布视频多种渠道来进行传播。在20世纪末和21世纪初,随着互联网时代的到来,罗伯特还设法通过亚马逊网上书店和其他网上书店吸引了更广泛的受众。他的四本书和翻译的书在亚马逊网上书店和Goodreads等网上店中的得分都超过了四分（总分为五分）。通过对观众评论的分析,可以看出这五本作品基本上被受众所接受。罗伯特在美国太极拳的传播具有创新性和适用性。他也丰富了美国太极拳的文化内涵和实践内容。也为在海外传播太极拳过程中发挥汉学家的作用提供了具有参考价值的经验。

Topiramate（TPM） is a widely used antiepileptic and antimigraine agent which has been shown to exert neuroprotective effects in various experimental traumatic brain injury and stroke models. However, its utility in spinal cord injury has not been studied extensively. Thus, we evaluated effects of TPM on secondary cellular injury mechanisms in an experimental rat model of traumatic spinal cord injury（SCI）. After rat models of thoracic contusive SCI were established by free weight-drop method, TPM（40 mg/kg） was given at 12-hour intervals for four times orally. Post TPM treatment, malondialdehyde and protein carbonyl levels were significantly reduced and reduced glutathione levels were increased, while immunoreactivity for endothelial nitric oxide synthase, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and apoptotic peptidase activating factor 1 was diminished in SCI rats. In addition, TPM treatment improved the functional recovery of SCI rats. This study suggests that administration of TPM exerts neuroprotective effects on SCI.

Early Changes in Atrial Electromechanical Coupling in Patients with Hypertension： Assessment by Tissue Doppler Imaging

Background： Hypertension （HT） is associated with atrial electrophysiological abnormalities. Echocardiographic pulsed wave tissue Doppler imaging （TDI） is one of the noninvasive methods for evaluation of atrial electromechanical properties. The aims of our study were to investigate the early changes in atrial electromechanical conduction in patients with HT and to assess the parameters that affect atrial electromechanical conduction. Methods： Seventy-six patients with HT （41 males, mean age 52.6 i 9.0 years） and 41 controls （22 males, mean age 49.8 ± 7.9 years） were included in the study. Atrial electromechanical coupling at the right （PRA）, left （PLA）, interatrial septum （PIS） were measured with TDI. Intra- （right： PIS-PRA, left： PLA-PIS） and inter-atrial （PLA-PRA） electromechanical delays were calculated. Maximum P-wave duration （Pmax） was calculated from 12-lead electrocardiogram. Results： Atrial electromechanical coupling at PLA （76.6 ± 14.1 ms vs. 82.9 ±15.8 ms, P - 0.036）, left intra-atrial （10.9 ±5.0 ms vs. 14.0 ± 9.7 ms, P = 0.023）, right intra-atrial （10.6 ± 7.8 ms vs. 14.5 ± 10.1 ms, P= 0.035）, and interatrial electromechanical （21.4± 9.8 ms vs. 28.3 ± 12.7 ms, P = 0.003） delays were significantly longer in patients with HT. The linear regression analysis showed that left ventricular （LV） mass index and Pmax were significantly associated with PLA （P = 0.001 and P = 0.002, respectively）, and the LV mass index was the only related factor for interatrial delay （1~ = 0.001）. Conclusions： Intra- and interatrial electromechanical delay, PLA were significantly prolonged in hypertensive patients. LV mass index and Pmax were significantly associated with PLA, and the LV mass index was the only related factor for interatrial delay. The atrial TDI can be a valuable method to assess the early changes of atrial electromechanical conduction properties in those patients.

Objective:To evaluate the radiological features of IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD)in the head and neck ***:In this radiology-based study,radiological features,clinical,laboratory,pathological findings,and prognosis of nine patients with head and neck involvement diagnosed with IgG4-RD were investigated ***:The median age of the patients was 38 years(range:2.5-79 years),and there were six males and three *** most common symptoms and clinical findings of the patients were eyelid and lacrimal gland swelling,painless exophthalmos,and *** most common site of involvement on MRI was the *** involvement was followed by branches of the trigeminal nerve,sinonasal cavity,cervical lymph nodes,and dural *** most common and remarkable imaging features were T2 hypointensity and diffuse homogeneous contrast ***:Head and neck involvement of the IgG4-RD,has specific imaging features that can help with ***,early diagnosis and better outcomes can be achieved with increasing awareness of these features of this relatively new pathology.

To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on neurofunctional outcome after surgery in chil- dren with spinal tumors, this study reviewed the medical charts and radiographic records of 70 pediatric patients （1-17 years old） who received spinal tumor surgical removal. The peddiatric patients received rahabilitation treatment at 4 （range, 2-7） days after surgery for 10 （range, 7-23） days. Results from the Modified McCormick Scale, Functional Independence Measure for Chil- dren, American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale and Karnofsky Performance Status Scale demonstrated that the sensory function, motor function and activity of daily living of pedi- atric children who received early rehabilitation were significantly improved. Results also showed that tumor setting and level localization as well as patients＇s clinical symptoms have no influences on neurofunctional outcomes.

＜正＞ Objective: A new approach for enhancing athletic performance is to expose intermittent hypoxia while exercise in normobaric conditions;we aimed to measure in vitro cardiac functions of rats in a setting which simulate this approach. Methods: The Wistar rats in group 1 stayed in a hypobaric cabinet 2 hours a day and 5 days a week for 9 weeks. Hypoxia simulated the PO2 pressure in 3000 meters of altitude. They swam 30 minutes/day for 4 days for 9 weeks. Group 2 stayed and exercised in normobaric conditions. Groups 3 and 4 simulated groups 1 and 2 re speetiely but these groups did not exercise. Then hearths were perfused in Lan gendorff apparatus where their basal and 7.5, 12.5 and 75 mg/L dobutamine treated cardiac performance were measured. Results: Diastolic function deteriorated in group 1 （-dp/dtmax982±443 vs. 1511±224 that of group 2, p = 0.040） . Basal heart rate of group 2 was lower than group 4 （p = 0.018） and that group had higher peak systolic pressure after dobutamine induction （at 7.5 mg/L concentration was 119% of baseline. p = 0.019）. Conclusions: Swimming in nor-mobaric conditions enhanced cardiac functions. However, intermittent hypobaric conditions deteriorated cardiac performance.

In the context of this paper, a small scale, medium precision, stabilized pan/tilt platform is developed as a prototype, which is used to compare various stabilization algorithms experimentally. The overall performance of the system depends on rigid body dynamics, structural dynamics, servo control loops, stabilization control algorithm, sensor fusion algorithm and sensory feedback such as from the IMU (inertial measurement unit). In the case that the response bandwidth of the overall system is high enough, the same hardware can also achieve active vibration isolation. All of these design aspects are investigated in the paper via numerical models and with their experimental verification.

Nigella sativa (NS)(Ranunculaceae family) is generally utilized as a therapeutic plant all over the world. The seeds of the plant have a long history of use in different frameworks of medicines and food. N. sativa seeds reveal a broad spectrum of pharmacological activities including immunopotentiation and antihistaminic, antiseptic, antiallergic, anti-hypertensive, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. It is known as a source of thymoquinone (TQ), thymohydroquinone, dithymoquinone, p-cymene, carvacrol, 4-terpineol, t-anethol, sesquiterpene longifolene, nigellicimine and nigellicimine-N-oxide,α-pinene and thymol etc. Additionally, this is uncovered that the majority of therapeutic properties of this plant are due to the presence of thymoquinone which is a major bioactive component of the essential oil. The incalculable medicinal properties and therapeutic uses of N. sativa prove its importance as a valuable medicinal plant. The aim of this review is to summarize some important pharmacological studies and phytochemical investigations on N. sativa and isolated principles which can be investigated further to get novel molecules in the search of novel herbal drugs.
