The ob.ective of pr.sent wor. is to study the ther.o diffusion effect on an unsteady simultaneous convective heat and mass tr.nsfer.flow of an incompr.ssib.e, electr.cally conducting, heat gener.ting/ab.or.0}ng fluid along a semi-infinite moving por.us plate emb.dded in a por.us medium with the pr.sence of pr.ssur. gr.dient, ther.al r.diation field and chemical r.action. It is assumed that the per.eab.e plate is emb.dded in a unifor. por.us medium and moves with a constant velocity in the flow dir.ction in the pr.sence of a tr.nsver.e magnetic field. It is also assumed that the fr.e str.am consists of a mean velocity, temper.tur. and concentr.tion over.which ar. super.imposed an exponentially var.ing with time. The equations of continuity, momentum, ener.y and diffusion, which gover. the flow field, ar. solved b. using a r.gular.per.ur.0}tion method. The b.havior.of the velocity, temper.tur., concentr.tion, Skin-fr.ction, r.te of heat tr.nsfer.and r.te of mass tr.nsfer.has b.en discussed for.var.ations in the physical par.meter.. An incr.ase in b.th Pr.and r.r.sults a decr.ase in ther.al b.undar. layer.thickness. However. concentr.tion decr.ases as Kr. Sc incr.ase b.t it incr.ases with an incr.ase in b.th So and δ.

AIM: To estab.ish the safety and efficacy of an indigenously developed r.hepatitis b.vaccine using an acceler.ted schedule and to highlight the social awar.ness and commitment in pr.venting the spr.ading of hepatitis b.vir.s infection. METHODS: The study was a multicentr.c, doub.e b.ind, r.ndomized (3:1) study using thr.e doses of vaccine immunization schedule (20μg for.those ab.ve 10 year. old and 10 μg for.those b.low 10 year. old) on d 0, 30 and 60. One hundr.d and sixty-six sub.ects wer. enr.lled (87 males and 76 females aged 5-35 year.). The main outcome measur. was assessment of immunogenicity and safety. r.SULTS: A 100% ser.conver.ion r.sponse was ob.er.ed on the 30th d after.the 1st injection in b.th the exper.mental gr.ups. The ser.-pr.tection data r.por.ed a 41.2-65.6% r.sponse on the 30th d after.the 1st injection and r.ached 100% on the 60th d. Descr.ptive statistical analysis showed a geometr.c mean titer.value of 13.77 mIU/mL in the test (b.VAC) gr.up and 10.95 mlU/mL in the commer.ial contr.l (ENGEr.X-b. gr.up on the 30th d after.the 1st injection. The r.sponse on the 60th d showed a geometr.c mean titr. value (GMT) of 519.84 mlU/mL in the b.VAC gr.up and 475.46 mlU/mL in the ENGEr.X-b.gr.up. On the 90th d, the antib.dy titer.r.sponse was ob.er.ed to b. 2627.58 mlU/mL in the b.VAC gr.up and 2272.72 mlU/mL in the ENGEr.X-b.gr.up. Two sub.ects in each gr.up exper.enced pains at injection site after.the fir.t vaccination. A total of six sub.ects in b.th gr.ups exper.enced a solicited adver.e r.action, which included pains, swelling and r.dness at the injection site, thr.e sub.ects in the gr.up-b.had a pain at the injection site after.the thir. dose. No other.ser.ous adver.e events occur.ed and no dose-r.lated local or.gener.l symptoms wer. ob.er.ed dur.ng the study. CONCLUSION: The vaccine is safe, efficacious and immunogenic in compar.son with the well documented ENGEr.X-b.

Fifty-seven b.cter.a wer. isolated fr.m Souther. Ocean （Indian sector. water.samples which wer. collected fr.m differ.nt latitude and longitude of the ocean. All the isolates wer. ab.e to gr.w at 4℃, 20℃, 37℃ and toler.b.e NaCI concentr.tion up to 13.5% （w/v）. 29 out of 57 isolates wer. identified using 16S r.NA amplification and the sequences wer. sub.itted to National Center.for.b.otechnology Infor.ation （NCb.）. All the isolates wer. classified b. using r.b.somal Datab.se Pr.ject （r.P） and found that isolates b.longs to Pr.teob.cter.a and b.cter.odes. The aver.ge G＋C content was 56.4%. The isolates wer. scr.ened for.the pr.sence of extr.cellular.enzymes, viz. amylase, catalase, ur.ase, ester.se, lipase and pr.tease. The disc diffusion method is used to scr.en antib.otic pr.duction b. the isolates against four.pathogenic b.cter.a, viz. Salmonella typhimur.um （NCIM 2501）, Staphylococcus aur.us （NCIM 2122）, b.cillus sub.ilis （NCIM 2193）, and Pseudomonas aer.ginosa （NCIM 2036）. Nine out of 29 wer. found to b. antib.otic pr.ducer.

The Ohmically heated cir.ular.limiter.tokamak ADITYA （r. = 75 cm, a = 25 cm） has b.en upgr.ded to a tokamak named the ADITYA Upgr.de （ADITYA-U） with an open diver.or.configur.tion with diver.or.plates. The main goal of ADITYA-U is to car.y out dedicated exper.ments r.levant for.b.gger.fusion machines including ITEr. such as the gener.tion and contr.l of r.naway electr.ns, disr.ption pr.diction, and mitigation studies, along with an impr.vement in confinement with shaped plasma. The ADITYA tokamak was dismantled and the assemb.y of ADITYA-U was completed in Mar.h 2016. Integr.tion of sub.ystems like data acquisition and r.mote oper.tion along with plasma pr.duction and pr.liminar. plasma char.cter.zation of ADITYA-U plasmas ar. pr.sented in this paper.

The seed coat is impor.ant for.emb.yo pr.tection, seed hydr.tion, and disper.al. Seed coat composition is also of inter.st to the agr.cultur.l sector. since it impacts the nutr.tional value for.humans and livestock alike. Although some seed coat genes have b.en identified, the developmental pathways contr.lling seed coat development ar. not completely elucidated, and a glob.l genetic pr.gr.m associated with seed coat development has not b.en r.por.ed. This study uses a comb.nation of genetic and genomic appr.aches in Ar.b.dopsis thaliana to b.gin to addr.ss these knowledge gaps. Seed coat development is a complex pr.cess wher.b. the integuments of the ovule differ.ntiate into specialized cell types. In Ar.b.dopsis, the outer.ost layer.of cells secr.tes mucilage into the apoplast and develops a secondar. cell wall known as a columella. The layer.b.neath the epider.is, the palisade, synthesizes a secondar. cell wall on its inner.tangential side. The inner.ost layer.（the pigmented layer.or.endothelium） pr.duces pr.anthocyanidins that condense into tannins and oxidize, giving a b.own color.to matur. seeds. Genetic separ.tion of these cell layer. was achieved using the ap2-7 and tt16-1 mutants, wher. the epider.is/palisade and the endothelium do not develop r.spectively. This genetic ab.ation was exploited to examine the developmental pr.gr.ms of these cell types b. isolating and collecting seed coats at key tr.n- sitions dur.ng development and per.or.ing glob.l gene expr.ssion analysis. The data indicate that the developmental pr.gr.ms of the epider.is and the pigmented layer.pr.ceed r.latively independently. Glob.l expr.ssion datasets that can b. used for.identification of new gene candidates for.seed coat development wer. gener.ted. These dataset pr.vide a compr.hensive expr.ssion pr.file for.developing seed coats in Ar.b.dopsis, and should pr.vide a useful r.sour.e and r.fer.nce for.other.seed systems.

1 引言在遥感影象数据分析中,最重要的任务之一就是把影象数据分成不同的地物类型,如土壤、水体和岩石等。在与政策有关的情况下,可能还需要诸如淹没面积,某种作物面积或海岸线长度这样一些准确的定量信息。这种准确的定量信息只有通过使用模式识别(Pr.法则才能获得(Tou和Gonzales 1974)。实际上,影象分类是在纯场地和纯象元基础两种情况下实现的。纯场地分类,是将一个小的均一地区(一组彼此相邻的象元)看作所有象元均具有某种状况来进行分类。
