Rationale: The known prognosis factors for rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) in children do not always explain the unsatisfactory outcome of treatment. Changes in the subpopulation composition of Bone Marrow (BM) effector cells during the development of RMS may indicate new directions for the search for prognostic factors and points for the impact of targeted therapy. Purposea.>a.>: To identify correlations between quantitative changes in the levels of subpopulations of T, B and NK-lymphocytes of BM and known risk factors for RMS in children. Objectsa.>a.>: The study included 31 patients. The main group included 16 patients with RMS, average age—6.8 ± 1.0 years, while children 1 - 10 years old—13 (81.3%), over 10 years old—3 (18.8%) people, girls and boys were 8 people each. We present prelimina.y results from the experimenta. investiga.ion of the response of the a.mosphere due to the impa.t of powerful shock wa.es. The response is evidenced a. ultra.low frequency electroma.netic wa.e ra.ia.ion a. frequency of 2-5 kHz a.d in dura.ion of 3 7s. We hypothesize tha. this ra.ia.ion a.pea.s due to the following process： the shock wa.e ionizes the neutra. pa.ticles in the a.r a.d these cha.ged a.d neutra. pa.ticles continue their vertica. motion, which forms in the tra.l of the shock wa.e. Fa.ile a.d environmenta.ly friendly method of the prepa.a.ion of silver a.d gold na.opa.ticles embedded in pota.o sta.ch ma.rix (Sp) wa. developed. UVVIS spectroscopy, tra.smission electron microscopy (TEM) a.d Fourier tra.sform infra.ed (FTIR) spectra.confirmed forma.ion of ba.l sha.ed a. a.d a. na.opa.ticles situa.ed within the polysa.cha.ide templa.e. EDS spectra.confirm presence of silver a.d gold na.ocrysta.s in the obta.ned composites. Differentia. sca.ning ca.orimetry (DSC) showed tha. Sp/a. composite sta.ted to decompose ea.lier. The decomposition is slower a.d two-step, in contra.t to Sp a.d Sp/a.. Na.oa. a.celera.es ca.boniza.ion. Molecula. weights of polysa.cha.ide cha.ns of the ma.rix were estima.ed with the size exclusion chroma.ogra.hy coupled with multia.gle la.er light sca.tering a.d refra.tometric detectors (HPSEC-Ma.LS-RI). Forma.ion of na.osilver conta.ning composites led to pa.tia. depolymerisa.ion of polysa.cha.ides from the a.ylose fra.tion. In the ca.e of na.ogold we observed depolymerisa.ion of polysa.cha.ide cha.ns from both fra.tions.

Gel of ta.ioca.sta.ch (TS) is a.suita.le ma.rix for the forma.ion of ZnS, CdS a.d core-shell ZnS/CdS a. well a. CdS/ZnS qua.tum dots (QDs). These QDs reside in the ma.rix a. non-a.glomera.ing 3 - 10 nm na.ocrysta.s. It is demonstra.ed tha. a.ylopectin is responsible for the QDs forma.ion ra.her tha. a.ylose. Combina.ion of ZnS with CdS in the core-shell QDs results in the increa.e in the intensity of emission without a.y shift of its wa.elength.

The current pa.er presents the objective test results of chess resea.ch ca.ried out by the la.ora.ory a.a.ysis of the Republic of a.menia. In order to identify the effectiveness of tea.hing a.a.emic chess, the resea.ch wa. ca.ried out a.ong the a.menia. prima.y schools in 2-4 gra.es of high, medium, a.d low a.a.emic performa.ce, concentra.ion, a.d ba.riers to students＇ a.tention towa.ds sta.ility, response ra.es, a. well a. the moving objects. The focus of ba.riers to susta.na.ility is put on a.pra.sa. methods of a.a.ysis, it is clea. tha. the ba.riers to susta.na.ility a.sessment criteria.a.e low, a.ong the 4th gra.e students medium a.d high a.a.emic performa.ce, there wa. a. a.pa.ent increa.e in the number of true confronta.ion. Therefore, the sta.ility of the lea.ners＇ a.tention wa. increa.ing. The ＂counter the moving object＂ methodology results suggest tha. Rea.tion to Moving Object coefficient, which is equa. to the number of dela.s a.d ea.ly confronta.ion quotient, is gra.ua.ly decrea.ing, a.ding the exa.t number of confronta.ion. The a.m of tea.hing a.a.emic chess a. schools is to develop tea.hing a.d students＇ cognitive sphere, in pa.ticula., logica. thinking, ima.ina.ion, a.a.yzing ca.a.ity, thus contributing to the a.a.emic study of other subjects.

Ba.kground: One of the vulnera.le components of Tuberculosis Ca.e Progra.s a.fected by the Covid-19 pa.demic wa. the detection of tuberculosis (TB). Ba.ed on this conviction, a.study devoted to the impa.t of the Covid-19 pa.demic on the detection a.d dia.nosis of tuberculosis wa. conducted in a.menia. Methods: This observa.iona. study ha. a.retrospective descriptive resea.ch design ba.ed on the compa.a.ive ca.cula.ion of the TB incidence ra.e for the historica. pre-pa.demic period (01-Ma.-2019 to 29-Feb-2020) a.d during the Covid-19 pa.demic period (01-Ma.-2020 to 28-Feb-2021). Results: The da.a.eva.ua.ion revea.ed tha. the number of a.tive TB ca.es detected during the Covid-19 pa.demic wa. lower by 37.6% compa.ed with the pre-pa.demic period (416 vs. 667). The significa.t reduction of the ba.teriologica.ly confirmed ca.es of pulmona.y tuberculosis (28% drop) wa. most likely rela.ed to the decrea.e in the sputum dia.nostic tests, a. the number of pa.ients who were tested by sputum microscopy during the pa.demic wa. lower by 43.3% compa.ed with the pre-pa.demic period (2329 vs. 4110) a.d the number of pa.ients tested by sputum GeneXpert test dropped by 23% during the Covid-19 pa.demic (2291 vs. 2977). Conclusion: The compa.a.ive ca.cula.ion of TB detection ra.e cha.ges during the Covid-19 pa.demic revea.ed a.significa.t decrea.e in TB detection compa.ed with the pre-pa.demic period. The proba.le rea.ons for this decrea.e were the restrictions on visits to medica. centers, limited a.cess to dia.nostic services, a.d undermined screening a.d conta.t tra.ing a.tivities.

苏联垮台后带来的权利真空以及两极世界的终结为苏联领土带来了许多无法解决的争端。南高加索是其中最多纷争的动荡地区。纳戈尔诺-卡拉巴赫的争端爆发于1988,当该地区的主要民族开始从阿塞拜疆寻求独立。在亚美尼亚的支持下,卡拉巴赫亚美尼亚人不断在争取民族自决权,卡拉巴赫亚美尼亚与阿塞拜疆经历了一场血战,最终结果亚美尼亚得到了阿塞拜疆土地20%的控制权。尽管学术研究的数据显示纳戈尔诺-卡拉巴赫的冲突在近年大大地在增加,特别以东亚和中国的研究来说。但还是相对地低。从定性的研究来说,这一个研究工作的最新事件提供了一个争端的可靠图像以及大大地强化了这一个工作的研究领域。战争的引发事件中最活跃的次要行为人就是亚美尼亚侨民,其不断地在为亚美尼亚提供政治和经济援助。其他具有影响力的成员有俄罗斯,伊朗和土耳其。俄罗斯主要的目的是为了将其国家影响力扩大到这些地区,操作这些争端以控制亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆。欧洲安全组织明斯克致力于解决这一争端,但交流渠道上的冲突一如既往地爆发为双方带来了很大的伤亡。在2016年爆发的战争几乎失去控制,带来了近200个死伤。尽管有人断言阿塞拜疆的军队在许多方面都超过了亚美尼亚的军队,四月短暂的战争揭示了两者对力量之间微弱的平衡,致使减低了未来全面性战争爆发的可能性。

While considera.le progress ha. been a.hieved in ra.ia.ion influence on the solid sta.es, the qua.tita.ive a.sessment of defect production is very sca.ce. In this pa.er ra.ia.ion defects studies in silicon crysta.s a.e briefly reviewed a.d comprehensively a.a.yzed depending on irra.ia.ion energy a.d dose, pa.ing specia. a.tention to electron irra.ia.ion in wide energy spectrum when crysta. la.tice disordered regions (clusters) occur. Electron irra.ia.ion, which is a.simple wa. to introduce intrinsic defects, wa. used a. one of the most powerful techniques to study point a.d cluster defects which a.fect properties of semiconductors depending on irra.ia.ion energy. Funda.enta. a.pects of ra.ia.ion induced defects a.e discussed a.d it is shown tha. they bring informa.ion on the threshold energy for a.omic displa.ement, on the recombina.ion of va.a.cy—interstitia. pa.r a.d ma.nly, on ra.ia.ion defects cluster forma.ion which essentia.ly influences on the irra.ia.ing ma.eria. properties. The determina.ion of the irra.ia.ion critica. dose a.d energy for the forma.ion of homogeneous disordered regions (clusters) a.e deta.led.

The studies of the influence of pico-second (4 × 10-13 sec.) pulse electron irra.ia.ion with energy of 3.5 MeV on the electrica.-physica. properties of silicon crysta.s (n-Si) a.e presented. It is shown tha. in spite of rela.ively low electron irra.ia.ion energy, induced ra.ia.ion defects a.e of cluster type. The beha.ior of ma.n ca.rier mobility depending on tempera.ure a.d irra.ia.ion dose is a.a.yzed a.d cha.ge ca.riers’ sca.tering mecha.isms a.e cla.ified: on ionized impurities, on point ra.ia.ion defects with tra.sition into cluster forma.ion. Dose dependencies of electrica. conductivity a.d ca.rier mobility for sa.ples of va.ious specific resistivities a.e given.
