Evolution of Anion Relay Chemistry（ARC）: The Design, Synthesis and Validation of New ARC Paradigms with Applications in Complex Molecule Synthesis

Anion Relay Chemistry(ARC),an effective multi-component union protocol,recently developed and employed in our laboratory,holds great potential for chemists requiring rapid increase of molecular complexity in a single operation,with precise control of stereogenicity on route to both natural and "natural product-like" targets for biomedical research. Employing this technique,a large number of diverse structures can be assembled rapidly from a small number of initiating nucleophiles,bifunctional linchpins,and electrophiles in a controlled,multi-component coupling *** to expand the scope of this tactic include the construction of natural products, as well as libraries of "natural product-like" compounds, which highlight the robust nature of this *** of the ARC tactic,involving both TypeⅠand TypeⅡprotocols,will be presented with illustrations arising from alkaloid and polyketide/macrolide total synthetic ventures currently ongoing in our *** addition,observations regarding the intersection of the ARC TypeⅡprotocol with previously reported reaction pathways, notably in the area of Pd-mediated Takeda and Hiyama/Denmark cross-coupling reactions,will be presented.

The three-dimensional Klein-Gordon equation is solved for the case of equal vector and scalar second Poschl-Teller potential by proper approximation of the centrifugal term within the framework of the asymptotic iteration method. Energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function are obtained analytically. Eigenvalues are computed numerically for some values of n and It is found that the results are in good agreement with the findings of other methods for short-range potential.

Lithium-ion batteries have emerged as the best portable energy storage device for the consumer electronics market. Recent progress in the development of lithium- ion batteries has been achieved by the use of selected anode materials, which have driven improvements in performance in terms of capadty, cyclic stability, and rate capability. In this regard, research focusing on the design and electrochemical performance of full cell lithium-ion batteries, utilizing newly developed anode materials, has been widely reported, and great strides in development have been made. Nanostructured anode materials have contributed largely to the development of full cell lithium-ion batteries. With this in mind, we summarize the impact of nanostructured anode materials in the performance of coin cell full lithium-ion batteries. This review also discusses the challenges and prospects of research into full cell lithium-ion batteries.

The article discusses the emergence of some major catches throughout the present digital era. It reviews the discrepancy between the technology rate of advancement and human-beings’ ability to follow, comprehend, and adjust to it. This is, in essence, the articles’ subject matter. Several issues are analyzed about their relationships with the technological advancement. Among them are: basic knowledge and trivia, high education, human-touch decreasing, communication and media, freedom and responsibility, culture, bureaucracy, and population inquiry methods. At the last section, the social-capitalism idea is presented and proposed to be the political-economic platform of contemporary era. The proposed manifesto, which rests on collaboration, balanced activity, and common interest, refers to the following points: a. Firm’s goals should contain three elements1;b. competition is just one of other motivation factors;c. government involvement in economy is a real must;d. local and global considerations should be balanced;and e. social services The digital era/age represents a remarkable period of many technological achievements. Technical accomplishments achieved during the past 50 years, well surpassed almost all the advancements invented from the early days of history, some 5,000 years back. This achievement just demonstrates the smartness and talent, ingenuity, and wisdom of the members of Western civilization. However, it is a sad fact that since the early days of civilization, a permanent race took place between technological advancement and people or society development. This unfortunate race took place from those early days when science, philosophy, and arts were created and executed by gifted individuals that were only few and scarce until today. It is a known fact that only a small number of scholars were able to write and read the scripts of the early Egyptians or the wit of the ancient Greeks. Purpose:To summarize our experience in the management of congenital anomalies in the kidney and urinary tract(CAKUT)in *** and methods:We conducted a retrospective chart review of all adult patients who underwent primary surgical intervention for CAKUT between 1998 and ***:The study included 102 patients with a median age of 25(interquartile range,23-36.5).Of these,85(83.3%)patients reported normal prenatal ultrasound,and the remaining 17(16.7%)patients were diagnosed with antenatal *** patients were followed-up conservatively postnatally and were discharged from follow-up because of the absence of indications for surgical intervention or because they decided to leave medical *** studied adult patients presented with the following pathologies:67 ureteropelvic junction obstructions,14 ectopic ureters,9 ureteroceles,and 6 primary obstructive megaureters,and the remaining 6 patients were diagnosed with vesicoureteral ***-three percent of the patients had poorly functioning moieties associated with ectopic ureters or ***,67%of patients underwent pyeloplasty,9%underwent endoscopic puncture of ureterocele,3%underwent ureteral reimplantation,6%underwent endoscopic correction of reflux,7%underwent partial nephrectomy of non-functioning moiety,and the remaining 9%underwent robotic-assisted laparoscopic *** median follow-up period after surgery was 33 months(interquartile range,12-54).Post-operative complications occurred in 5 patients(Clavien-Dindo 1-2).Conclusions:Patients with CAKUT present clinical symptoms later in *** of patients diagnosed during fetal screening and treated conservatively should be aware of this possibility,and children should be appropriately counseled when they enter *** surgical skills and operative techniques used in the pediatric population may be applied to adults.
