Obje.tive.To e.aluate.the.clinical and mole.ular fe.ture. of human cystic e.hinococcosis in Te.ran,***:In this cross-se.tional study,all human cystic e.hinococcosis patie.ts admitte. to Te.ran’s hospitals from 2011 to 2019 we.e.e.rolle.,and de.ographic characte.istics,clinical findings,and laboratory data we.e.***,paraffin-e.be.de. and fre.h tissue.sample. of 175 cystic e.hinococcosis patie.ts we.e.e.aluate. for mole.ular *** sample.’isolate. DNA was use. to amplify cytochrome.c oxidase.and NADH de.ydroge.ase.subunitⅠ***,the.morphological fe.ture. of fre.h sample. we.e.***:In total,175 patie.ts with a me.n age.of 45(9-98)ye.rs we.e.admitte. to Te.ran’s hospitals diagnose. with cystic ***,the.highe.t(26.9%)and the.lowe.t(2.9%)pre.ale.ce.of cystic e.hinococcosis case. we.e.in the.16-30 and 1-15 ye.rs range.***/fe.ale.ratio was 0.96(49.1%vs.50.9%).The.live. was affe.te. in 92 patie.ts(52.6%),and two or more.organs we.e.infe.te. in 7 patie.ts(4.0%).The.cysts’diame.e. varie. from 1 to 25 cm,and 96.0%of the.patie.ts had a single.hydatid *** patie.ts unde.we.t radical surge.y and the.PAIR te.hnique.was applie. for all *** significant diffe.e.ce.was obse.ve. be.we.n the.protoscole. hooks of pulmonary and he.atic cysts.G1-G3 had the.highe.t pe.ce.tage.99.4%)ove. othe. ide.tifie. IOP(IOPg)and corne.l compe.sate. IOP(IOPcc)we.e.me.sure. using ORA be.ide. The.computational cost of nume.ical me.hods in microscopic-scale. such as mole.ular dynamics(MD) is a de.e.re.t factor that limits simulations with a large.numbe. of particle.. He.ce. it is de.irable.to de.re.se.the.computational cost and run time.of simulations, e.pe.ially for proble.s with a symme.rical domain. Howe.e., in microscopic-scale., imple.e.tation of symme.ric boundary conditions is not straightforward. Pre.iously, the.pre.e.t authors have.succe.sfully use. a symme.ry boundary condition to solve.mole.ular flows in constant-are. channe.s. The.re.ults obtaine. with this approach agre. we.l with the.be.chmark case.. The.e.ore. it has provide. us with a sound ground to furthe. e.plore.fe.sibility of applying symme.ric solutions of micro-fluid flows in othe. ge.me.rie. such as variable.are. ducts. Mole.ular flows are.solve. for the.whole.domain with and without the.symme.ric boundary condition. Good agre.me.t has be.n re.che. be.we.n the.re.ults of the.symme.ric solution and the.whole.domain solution.
