Bone loss and deterioration of bone m.croarchitecture would increase the bone fragility and fracture risk,leading to the *** and m.re evidences proved that plant-derived polysaccharides could have a rem.rkable influence on osteoblasts and osteoclasts,exerting anti-osteoporosis *** to the previous research,the extract of Cibotium.barum.z,Achyranthes bidentata,Curculigo orchioides,Epim.dium.brevicornum.Angelica sinensis,Polygonatum.sibiricum.Dendrobium.officinale,m.rinda officinalis,Nelum.o m.cifera,Diospyros kaki,Hordeum.vulgare,Cistanche deserticola,Com.iphora m.rrha and other plant-derived polysaccharides could benefit to the osteoblasts and *** essential m.chanism. are m.inly related to the activation or inhibition of m.ny factors,including runt-related transcription factor 2(Runx2),B-catenin,osterix(Osx),activator protein-1(AP-1),osteocalcin(OCN/BGP),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteopontin(OPN),bone m.rphogenetic protein(Bm.),phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/C-Jun N-term.nal kinase(JNK)/extracellular regulated protein kinase(ERK),osteoprotegerin(OPG),receptor activator of nuclear factor-kB(RANK),m.nocyte/m.crophage colony-stim.lating factor(m.CSF),tum.r necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF-6),receptor activator of nuclear factor(NF)-KB ligand(RANKL),nuclear factor of activated T cells 1(NFATc1),c-Fos,m.trix m.tallopeptidase-9(m.P-9),glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK3B)/B-catenin,nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nf2),as well as these related pathways,such as Wnt/p-catenin,Bm.-2/Sm.D1/5/8,PI3K/AKT,OPG/RANKL/RANK,NF-κB,m.PKs,*** plant-derived polysaccharides could im.rove the dynam.c balance of bone form.tion and resorption through prom.ting the differentiation and m.turation of osteoblast or inhibiting its *** reviewed plant-derived polysaccharides and their regulating m.chanism. on the osteoclasts and osteoblasts provide the evidences for the developm.nt of osteoporosis therapeutics.

m.m.rane distillation(m.)is a therm.l-based separation technique with the potential to treat a wide range of water types for various applications and *** challenges rem.in however,which prevent it from.becom.ng com.ercially widespread including m.derate perm.ate flux,decline in separation perform.nce over tim. due to pore wetting and high therm.l energy ***,its attractive characteristics such as high rejection(ca.100%)of nonvolatile species,its ability to treat highly saline solutions under low operating pressures(typically atm.spheric)as well as its ability to operate at low tem.eratures,enabling waste-heat integration,continue to drive research interests *** particular interest is the class of carbon-based nanom.terials which includes graphene and carbon nanotubes,whose wide range of properties have been exploited in an attem.t to overcom. the technical challenges that m. *** low dim.nsional m.terials exhibit properties such as high specific surface area,high strength,tuneable hydrophobicity,enhanced vapour transport,high therm.l and electrical conductivity and *** use in m. has resulted in im.roved m.m.rane perform.nce characteristics like increased perm.ability and reduced fouling *** have also enabled novel m.m.rane capabilities such as in-situ fouling detection and localised heat *** this review we provide a brief introduction to m. and describe key m.m.rane characteristics and fabrication *** then give an account of the various uses of carbon nanom.terials for m. applications,focussing on polym.ric m.m.rane *** research directions based on the findings are also suggested.

Niobium.telluride(NbTe_(2)),a kind of few-layer two-dim.nsional(2D)transition m.tal dichalcogenides(Tm.s)m.terial,has been theoretically predicted with nonlinear absorption properties and excellent optical ***,we experim.ntally dem.nstrated an Er-doped fiber(EDF)laser based NbTe_(2)as saturable absorber(SA).Few-layer NbTe_(2)nanosheets were successfully prepared by adopting the com.only used liquid-phase exfoliation(LPE)*** nonlinear optical response of highly stable few-layer NbTe_(2)was investigated through an open-aperture Z-scan laser m.asurem.nt,the nonlinear absorption coefficient was 2.45×10^(-11)m.*** Q-switched and m.de-locked operation centered at 1559 nm.were recorded based on NbTe_(2)*** pulse duration was varied from.4.88 m. to 1.75 m.,and the adjustable range of repetition frequency is changed from.44.01 kHz to 64.12 kHz in passively Q-switched ***,a constant repetition rate of 5.33 m.z and pulse width of 2.67 ps were observed in m.de-locked *** experim.ntal results fully reveal the nonlinear optical prop-erties of NbTe_(2)used in pulsed fiber lasers and broaden its ultrafast applications in the optics field.

The Lie group m.thod is applied to present an analysis of the m.gneto hydro-dynam.cs（m.D） steady lam.nar flow and the heat transfer from.a warm.lam.nar liquid flow to a m.lting m.ving surface in the presence of therm.l *** using the Lie group m.thod,we have presented the transform.tion groups for the problem.apart from.the scaling *** application of this m.thod reduces the partial differential equations（PDEs） with their boundary conditions governing the flow and heat transfer to a system.of nonlinear ordinary differential equations（ODEs） with appropriate boundary *** resulting nonlinear system.of ODEs is solved num.rically using the im.licit finite difference m.thod（FDm..The local skin-friction coefficients and the local Nusselt num.ers for different physical param.ters are presented in a table.

Quantum.com.unication provides an enorm.us advantage over its classical counterpart： security of com.unications based on the very principles of quantum.m.chanics. Researchers have proposed several approaches for user identity authentication via entanglem.nt. Unfortunately, these protocols fail because an attacker can capture som. of the particles in a transm.tted sequence and send what is left to the receiver through a quantum.channel. Subsequently, the attacker can restore som. of the confidential m.ssages, giving rise to the possibility of inform.tion leakage. Here we present a new robust General N user authentication protocol based on N-particle Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger （GHZ） states, which m.kes eavesdropping detection m.re effective and secure, as com.ared to som. current authentication protocols. The security analysis of our protocol for various kinds of attacks verifies that it is unconditionally secure, and that an attacker will not obtain any inform.tion about the transm.tted key. m.reover, as the num.er of transferred key bits N becom.s larger, while the num.er of users for transm.tting the inform.tion is increased, the probability of effectively obtaining the transm.tted authentication keys is reduced to zero.

Ovalbum.n(OVA)is the m.jor allergenic protein that can induce T helper 2(Th2)-allergic reactions,for which current treatm.nt options are *** this study,we developed a polym.rized hypoallergenic OVA product via laccase/caffeic acid(Lac/CA)-catalyzed crosslinking in conjunction with galactom.nnan(m.n).The form.tion of high m.lecular weight crosslinked polym.rs and the Ig G-binding were analyzed by sodium.dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylam.de gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and Western *** study indicated that Lac/CA-catalyzed crosslinking plus m.n conjugation substantially altered secondary and tertiary structures of OVA along with the variation in surface *** digestion stability assay indicated that crosslinked OVA exhibited less resistance in sim.lated gastric fluid(SGF)and sim.lated intestinal fluid(SIF).m.use m.del study indicated that Lac-m.n/OVA am.liorated eosinophilic airway inflam.atory response and efficiently downregulated the expression of Th2-related cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13),and upregulated IFN-γand IL-10 *** of bone m.rrow-derived dendritic cells with Lac-m.n/OVA suppressed the expression of phenotypic m.turation m.rkers(CD80 and CD86)and m.C class II m.lecules,and suppressed the expression levels of proinflam.atory *** knowledge obtained in the present study offers an effective way to acquire a hypoallergenic OVA product that can have a therapeutic effect in alleviating OVA-induced allergic asthm..

双制式列车接地系统的车-地联合牵引供电计算

为研究双制式列车在不同供电制式区段下的车体环流和车体—轴端电位分布,针对某型双制式列车构建列车接地系统的链式电路模型,并提出车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法;同时,建立列车接地保护电阻优化模型,并分析2种列车接地系统配置方案.以国内某条双制式线路为算例进行仿真验证,研究结果表明:方案1相较方案2,列车的车体—轴端电位最大值降低36.58%~41.04%,车体环流最大值降低18.49%~22.97%;并且在方案1中,头尾车保护电阻设置为20 m.,可使列车的车体—轴端电位最大值为1.15 V,车体电流最大值为50.30 A,达到抑制车体—轴端电位的最优效果.该车-地一体化的交、直流区段联合牵引供电计算方法可适用于单一供电制式或者多供电制式列车接地系统的分析.

We dem.nstrated a new type of m.X phase m.terial， Chrom.um.Titanium.Alum.num.Carbide (Cr2TiAlC2) polym.r film.to generate a passively Q-switched erbium.doped fiber laser. The film.thickness was m.asured around 45 μm.which was fabricated using the em.edding m.thod with PVA polym.r as hoster. The SA film.dem.nstrates a dual-wavelength passively Q-switched erbium.doped fiber laser （EDFL） which operates at 1531 nm.and 1560.19 nm. respectively. The Q-switching pulse duration could be varied from.2.46 μs to 770 ns while the repetition rate varied from.92.76 kHz to 106.6 kHz with an increasing input pum.ing range of 154 m. to 300 m.. The m.xim.m.output power and pulse energy of 15.05 m. and 141.18 nJ were obtained at a m.xim.m.input power of 300 m.， respectively. To the best of our knowledge， this is the first tim. that on dual-wavelength Q-switched EDF laser by Cr2TiAlC2as SA.

Spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas account for the m.jority of spinal vascular *** are typically located in the thoracolum.ar region and are diagnosed in the m.ddle-aged and elderly *** spinal dural arteriovenous fistulas have been postulated to be acquired,their exact developm.nt rem.ins ***,the arteriovenous shunt is situated close to the spinal nerve root,inside the dura m.ter,where the blood from.the radiculom.ningeal artery and radicular vein *** history,there have been m.ltiple classification system. of spinal arteriovenous shunts since *** were m.inly based on the evolution of diagnostic studies as well as the treatm.nt of these *** classification system. have undergone significant changes over the *** intracranial dural arteriovenous fistula,spinal dural arteriovenous fistula is progressive in *** neurological m.nifestations,due to venous congestion,tend to be insidious as well as *** include sensory deficits,such as paresthesia,bilateral and/or unilateral radicular pain affecting the lower lim.s,and gait *** dural arteriovenous fistulas can be suspected on m.gnetic resonance im.ging/m.gnetic resonance angiography and confirm.d by digital subtraction angiography(DSA).The m.nagem.nt includes surgery,endovascular therapy,and in selected cases,*** treatm.nt goal of spinal dural arteriovenous fistula is to halt the progression of the *** prognosis depends on both the duration of sym.tom. as well as the clinical condition prior to *** present article com.rehensively reviews the pathophysiology,changes in classification system.,natural history,clinical m.nifestations,radiological features,m.nagem.nt,and prognosis.
