electric vehicles(eVs)are becoming more popular worldwide due to environmental concerns,fuel security,and price *** performance of eVs relies on the energy stored in their batteries,which can be charged using either AC(slow)or DC(fast)***,eVs can also be used as mobile power storage devices using vehicle-to-grid(V2G)*** electronic converters(PeCs)have a constructive role in eV applications,both in charging eVs and in ***,this paper comprehensively investigates the state of the art of eV charging topologies and PeC solutions for eV *** examines PeCs from the point of view of their classifications,configurations,control approaches,and future research prospects and their impacts on power *** can be classified into various topologies:DC-DC converters,AC-DC converters,DC-AC converters,and AC-AC *** address the limitations of traditional DC-DC converters such as switching losses,size,and high-electromagnetic interference(eMi),resonant converters and multiport converters are being used in high-voltage eV ***,power-train converters have been modified for high-efficiency and reliability in eV *** paper offers an overview of charging topologies,PeCs,challenges with solutions,and future trends in the field of the eV charging station applications.

Based on theWorld Health Organization(WHO),Meningitis is a severe infection of the meninges,the membranes covering the brain and spinal *** is a devastating disease and remains a significant public health *** study investigates a bacterial meningitis model through deterministic and stochastic ***-compartment population dynamics explain the concept,particularly the susceptible population,carrier,infected,and *** model predicts the nonnegative equilibrium points and reproduction number,i.e.,the Meningitis-Free equilibrium(MFe),and Meningitis-existing equilibrium(Mee).For the stochastic version of the existing deterministicmodel,the twomethodologies studied are transition probabilities and non-parametric ***,positivity,boundedness,extinction,and disease persistence are studiedrigorouslywiththe helpofwell-known *** and nonstandard techniques such as eulerMaruyama,stochastic euler,stochastic Runge Kutta,and stochastic nonstandard finite difference in the sense of delay have been presented for computational analysis of the stochastic ***,standard methods fail to restore the biological properties of the model,so the stochastic nonstandard finite difference approximation is offered as an efficient,low-cost,and independent of time step *** addition,the convergence,local,and global stability around the equilibria of the nonstandard computational method is studied by assuming the perturbation effect is *** simulations and comparison of the methods are presented to support the theoretical results and for the best visualization of results.

BACKGROUND Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)as living biopharmaceuticals with unique properties,i.e.,stemness,viability,phenotypes,paracrine activity,etc.,need to be administered such that they reach the target site,maintaining these properties unchanged and are retained at the injury site to participate in the repair *** of delivery(RoD)remains one of the critical determinants of safety and *** study elucidates the safety and effectiveness of different RoDs of MSC treatment in heart failure(HF)based on phase ii randomized clinical trials(RCTs).We hypothesize that the RoD modulates the safety and efficacy of MSCbased therapy and determines the outcome of the *** To investigate the effect of RoD of MSCs on safety and efficacy in HF *** RCTs were retrieved from six *** endpoints included mortality and serious adverse events(SAes),while efficacy outcomes encompassed changes in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVeF),6-minute walk distance(6MWD),and pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(pro-BNP).Subgroup analyses on RoD were performed for all study *** Twelve RCTs were ***,MSC therapy demonstrated a significant decrease in mortality[relative risk(RR):0.55,95%confidence interval(95%Ci):0.33-0.92,P=0.02]compared to control,while SAe outcomes showed no significant difference(RR:0.84,95%Ci:0.66-1.05,P=0.11).RoD subgroup analysis revealed a significant difference in SAe among the transendocardial(TeSi)injection subgroup(RR=0.71,95%Ci:0.54-0.95,P=0.04).The pooled weighted mean difference(WMD)demonstrated an overall significant improvement of LVeF by 2.44%(WMD:2.44%,95%Ci:0.80-4.29,P value≤0.001),with only intracoronary(iC)subgroup showing significant improvement(WMD:7.26%,95%Ci:5.61-8.92,P≤0.001).Furthermore,the iC delivery route significantly improved 6MWD by 115 m(WMD=114.99 m,95%Ci:91.48-138.50),*** biochemical efficacy outcomes,only the iC subgroup showed a significant reduction in pro-

Probing the efficiency of PPMG-Based Composite electrolytes for Applications of Proton exchange Membrane Fuel Cell

This study addresses the limitations of Transformer models in image feature extraction,particularly their lack of inductive bias for visual *** to Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs),the Transformers are more sensitive to different hyperparameters of optimizers,which leads to a lack of stability and slow *** tackle these challenges,we propose the Convolution-based efficient Transformer image Feature extraction Network(CeFormer)as an enhancement of the Transformer *** model incorporates e-Attention,depthwise separable convolution,and dilated convolution to introduce crucial inductive biases,such as translation invariance,locality,and scale invariance,into the Transformer ***,we implement a lightweight convolution module to process the input images,resulting in faster convergence and improved *** results in an efficient convolution combined Transformer image feature extraction *** results on the imageNet1k Top-1 dataset demonstrate that the proposed network achieves better accuracy while maintaining high computational *** achieves up to 85.0%accuracy across various model sizes on image classification,outperforming various baseline *** integrated into the Mask Region-ConvolutionalNeuralNetwork(R-CNN)framework as a backbone network,CeFormer outperforms other models and achieves the highest mean Average Precision(mAP)*** research presents a significant advancement in Transformer-based image feature extraction,balancing performance and computational efficiency.

Observability of parameter space for charged Higgs boson in its bosonic decays in two Higgs doublet model Type-1

This study explores the possibility of discovering H±through its bosonic decays,i.e.,H±→W±φ(whereφ=h or A),within the Type-i two Higgs doublet model(2HDM).The main objective is to demonstrate the available parameter space after applying recent experimental and theoretical exclusion *** suggest that mH±=150 GeV is the most probable mass for the H±→W±φdecay channel in pp collisions at s1/2=8,13,and 14 *** also report on the application of a modern machine learning approach to a multivariate technique for heavy charged Higgs production in association with a single top quark through weak interaction to demonstrate its observability in comparison with the most relevant Standard Model backgrounds using the neural networks of boosted decision Tree(BDT),likelihood(LH),and multilayer perceptron(MLP).

This study was designed to find the susceptibility of Nitrofurantoin and Fosfomycin among urinary isolates of *** hundred(400)urine samples were collected for susceptibility of nitrofurantoin and fosfomycin among urinary isolates of *** indoor and outdoor patients'urinary samples yielded growth of ***-stream urine specimens were inoculated on blood agar and CLeD agar and incubated at 35±2°*** was observed,and escherichia coli was identified by Gram staining,Catalase,Motility test and APi 20e(Bio murex)as per standard *** susceptibility testing of isolates for nitrofurantoin and fosfomycin was carried out by the modified Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method according to CLSi guidelines ATCC *** was used as a quality control strain.A total of 400 samples were tested susceptibility of nitrofurantoin and fosfomycin among urinary isolates of *** during this period.A total of 400 samples yielded the growth of ***,out of which 178(44.5%)were male and 222(55.5%)were female *** males,18(10%)were tolerant to nitrofurantoin,and 2(1.1%)were tolerant to *** females,9(4.09%)were susceptible to nitrofurantoin while 6(2.72%)were susceptible to *** age groups below 45 years old,6(4.76%)were tolerant to nitrofurantoin,and 2(1.58%)were sensitive to *** 46-66 years old,4(2.81%)were sensitive to nitrofurantoin,and 3(2.11%)were sensitive to *** 67-90 years old,17(12.87%)were sensitive to nitrofurantoin,and 4(3.03%)were tolerant to *** and nitrofurantoin showed good susceptibility in urinary isolates of *** and can be used empirically in our setup.
