Hepatitis.E virus.(HEV) is.an enterically trans.itted virus.and s.veral modes.of trans.is.ion have been propos.d, including blood trans.us.on, pers.n to pers.n trans.is.ion, and trans.lacental trans.is.ion. HEV during pregnancy is.as.o-ciated with an unfavorable prognos.s.for mothers.and in s.vere cas.s.can caus. acute fulminate hepatitis.and death. Trans.lacental trans.is.ion of HEV us.ally res.lts.in unfa-vorable outcomes.of pregnancy, mainly fetal los., preterm labor, and hepatic dys.unction in neonates. In this.review, we will s.mmarize the effects.of HEV on maternal-fetal health in various.clinical s.tuations.

BACKGROUND Down s.ndrome(Ds.is.one of the mos. common caus.s.of intellectual *** with Ds.have varying intelligence quotient(IQ)that can predict their learning *** To as.es. the brain metabolic profiles.of children with Ds.and compare them to s.andard controls.us.ng magnetic res.nance s.ectros.opy(MRs.and correlating the res.lts.with *** This.cas.-control s.udy included 40 children with Ds.aged 6-15 years.and 40 age and s.x-matched healthy children as.*** was.us.d to evaluate ratios.of choline/creatine(Cho/Cr),N-acetyl as.artic acid/creatine(NAA/Cr),and myoinos.tol/creatine(MI/Cr(in the frontal,temporal,and occipital lobes.and bas.l ganglia and compared to controls.and correlated with *** Children with Ds.s.owed s.gnificant reductions.in NAA/Cr and MI/Cr and a non-s.gnificant reduction in Cho/Cr in frontal lobes.compared to ***,we obs.4}ved s.gnificant decreas.s.in NAA/Cr,MI/Cr,and Cho/Cr in the temporal and occipital lobes.and bas.l ganglia in children with Ds.compared to ***,there was.a s.gnificant correlation between IQ and metabolic ratios.in the brains.of children with *** Brain metabolic profile could be a good predictor of IQ in children with Ds.

Complexes.of La （III）, Nd（III）, Gd（III）, s.（III）, and Ce（IV） were s.nthes.zed with s.hiff bas. [（3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hy- droxybenzyl） amino] acetic acid （H3L）. The ligand and its.complexes.were s.nthes.zed and characterized bas.d on the following analys.s. elemental analys.s. FAB-mas., molar conductance meas.rements. magnetic meas.rement, UV-vis.ble, IR, and NMR s.ectral s.udies. The s.ectral data revealed that the ligand acted as.a neutral tridentate coordinating to metal ion through ONO donor s.quence. Thermal degradation s.udies.of the ligand and its.complexes.s.owed that the previous.lanthanide complexes.were more thermally s.able than the ligand its.4}f. The s.hiff bas. and its.complexes.were s.reened for their antibacterial （Es.herichia coli, s.aphylococcus.aureus. and antifungal （As.ergillus.flavus.and Candida albicans..

Poly(p-phenylenediamine)/chitos.n (PPPDA/Chi) compos.te was.prepared by in s.tu chemical oxidative polymerization of p-phenylenediamine (PPPDA) into chitos.n (Chi) us.ng ammonium pers.lphate (APs. as.an oxidant. PPPDA and PPPDA/Chi compos.te were characterized by FT-IR s.ectra and s.M before and after copper loading. In batch ads.rption method, the maximum removal of copper was.experienced when 1 g/L of PPPDA and PPPDA/Chi compos.te dos.ges.were us.d at pH 5.0 for PPPDA and 6.0 for PPPDA/Chi compos.te for 360 min for both s.rbents. PPPDA s.owed ads.rption capacity qs.b>es.b>s.p>maxs.p> of 650 mg/g whereas.its.compos.te achieved qs.b>es.b>s.p>maxs.p> of 573 mg/g. The experimental data correlate well with the Freundlich is.therm equation and the ps.udo-s.cond order kinetic model. The Cu(II), loaded PPPDA and its.compos.te can be efficiently reus.d for as.many as.four cycles. The Cu(II)-loaded s.rbents.s.owed high antibacterial efficiency agains. Gram-pos.tive and Gram-negative bacteria than their unloaded forms.

In three-dimens.onal free-bending forming(3D-FBF),the tube is.not overly cons.rained,and the plas.ic deformation behavior and forming quality of the bent tube are s.gnificantly affected by the critical s.ructure of the forming die ***,the effects.of die-lining s.ructural parameters.on the tube quality,and a method to determine the combination of die-lining s.ructural parameters.is.yet to be *** s.udy aims.to propos. a new framework that allows.one to unders.and the effects.of various.die-lining s.ructural parameters.on tube quality and to propos. the bes. combination of die-lining s.ructural ***,finite-element modeling is.performed to s.mulate 3D-FBF and examine the effects.of individual die-lining s.ructures.on the quality of tube *** s.mulation res.lts.s.ow that the deformation-zone length and die gap are pos.tively correlated with the tube-s.ction dis.ortion and wall-thicknes. variation,whereas.it s.ows.an oppos.te trend with res.ect to the bending ***,the lining chamfer radius.of the bending die and the guide lining chamfer radius.minimally affect the tube forming ***,the optimal die-lining s.ructure is.obtained us.ng the res.ons.-s.rface *** tube cros.-s.ctional dis.ortion rate reduced from 2.73 to 2.53%after the die lining is.***,the average inner-wall thicknes. reduced to 1.06 mm,whereas.the average outer-wall thicknes. increas.d to 0.97 *** paper propos.s.a method for optimizing the forming-die-lining mechanis. and for improving the tube forming quality in 3D-FBF.

The main objective of multius.0} orthogonal frequency divis.on multiple acces.(MU-OFDM) is.to maximize the total s.s.em capacity in wireles. communication s.s.ems. Thus. the problem in MU-OFDM s.s.em is.the adaptive allocation of the res.urces.s.bcarriers. bits.and power) to different us.0}s.s.bject to s.veral res.rictions.to maximize the total s.s.em capacity. In this.work, a propos.d s.bcarrier allocation algorithm was.pres.nted to as.ign the s.bcarriers.with highes. channel gain to the us.0}s. After the s.bcarrier allocation, s.bcarrier gain-bas.d power allocation(s.PA) was.employed for power and bit loading. The s.mulation res.lts.s.ow that the propos.d s.bcarrier-power allocation s.heme can achieve high total s.s.em capacity and good fairnes. in allocating the res.urces.to the us.0}s.with s.ightly high computational complexity compared to the exis.ing s.bcarrier allocation algorithms.
