Data-independent acquisition(DIA)technology for protein identification from mass spectrometry and related algorithms is developing *** spectrum-centric analysis of DIA data without the use of spectra library from data-dependent acquisition data represents a promising *** this paper,we proposed an untargeted analysis method,Dear-DIA^(XmbD),for direct analysis of DIA ***-DIA^(XmbD) first integrates the deep variational autoencoder and triplet loss to learn the representations of the extracted fragment ion chromatograms,then uses the k-means clustering algorithm to aggregate fragments with similar representations into the same classes,and finally establishes the inverted index tables to determine the precursors of fragment clusters between precursors and peptides and between fragments and *** show that Dear-DIA^(XmbD) performs superiorly with the highly complicated DIA data of different species obtained by different instrument platforms.

Theoretical study on magnetocaloric effect and its electric-field regulation in CrI_(3)/metal heterostructure

The extraordinary properties of a heterostructure by stacking atom-thick van der Waals(vdW)magnets have been extensively ***,the magnetocaloric effect(mCE)of heterostructures that are based on monolayer magnets remains to be ***,we deliberate mCE of vd W heterostructure composed of a monolayer CrI_(3)and metal atomic layers(Ag,Hf,Au,and pb).It is revealed that heterostructure engineering by introducing metal substrate can improve mCE of CrI_(3),particularly boosting relative cooling power to 471.72μj m^(-2)and adiabatic temperature change to 2.1 K at 5 T for CrI_(3)/*** improved mCE is ascribed to the enhancement of magnetic moment and intralayer exchange coupling in CrI_(3)due to the CrI_(3)/metal heterointerface induced charge *** field is further found to tune mCE of CrI_(3)in heterostructures and could shift the peak temperature by around 10 K in CrI_(3)/Hf,thus manipulating the working temperature window of *** theoretical results could enrich the research on low-dimensional magnetocaloric materials.

A Note on the Signless laplacian Spectral Ordering of Graphs with Given Size

Demonstration of controlled high-dimensional quantum teleportation

Controlled quantum teleportation(CqT), which is regarded as the prelude and backbone for a genuine quantum internet, reveals the cooperation, supervision, and control relationship among the sender, receiver, and controller in the quantum network within the simplest unit. Compared with low-dimensional counterparts, high-dimensional CqT can exhibit larger information transmission capacity and higher superiority of the controller's authority. In this article, we report a proof-of-principle experimental realization of three-dimensional(3D) CqT with a fidelity of 97.4% ± 0.2%. To reduce the complexity of the circuit, we simulate a standard 4-qutrit CqT protocol in a 9×9-dimensional two-photon system with high-quality operations. The corresponding control powers are 48.1% ± 0.2% for teleporting a qutrit and 52.8% ± 0.3% for teleporting a qubit in the experiment, which are both higher than the theoretical value of control power in 2-dimensional CqT protocol(33%). The results fully demonstrate the advantages of high-dimensional multi-partite entangled networks and provide new avenues for constructing complex quantum networks.

Artemisia argyi extract subfraction exerts an antifungal effect against dermatophytes by disrupting mitochondrial morphology and function

Artemisia argyi（A. argyi）, a plant with a longstanding history as a raw material for traditional medicine and functional diets in Asia, has been used traditionally to bathe and soak feet for its disinfectant and itch-relieving properties. Despite its widespread use, scientific evidence validating the antifungal efficacy of A. argyi water extract（AAWE） against dermatophytes, particularly Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and microsporum gypseum, remains limited. This study aimed to substantiate the scientific basis of the folkloric use of A. argyi by evaluating the antifungal effects and the underlying molecular mechanisms of its active subfraction against dermatophytes. The results indicated that AAWE exhibited excellent antifungal effects against the three aforementioned dermatophyte species. The subfraction AAWE6, isolated using D101 macroporous resin, emerged as the most potent subfraction. The minimum inhibitory concentrations（mICs） of AAWE6 against T. rubrum, m. gypseum, and T. mentagrophytes were 312.5,312.5, and 625 μg·m l-1, respectively. Transmission electron microscopy（TEm） results and assays of enzymes linked to cell wall integrity and cell membrane function indicated that AAWE6 could penetrate the external protective barrier of T. rubrum, creating breaches（“small holes”）, and disrupt the internal mitochondrial structure（“granary”）. Furthermore, transcriptome data, quantitative real-time pCr（rT-q pCr）, and biochemical assays corroborated the severe disruption of mitochondrial function, evidenced by inhibited tricarboxylic acid（TCA） cycle and energy metabolism. Additionally, chemical characterization and molecular docking analyses identified flavonoids, primarily eupatilin(131.16 ± 4.52 mg·g-1) and jaceosidin(4.17 ± 0.18 mg·g-1), as the active components of AAWE6. In conclusion, the subfraction AAWE6 from A. argyi exerts antifungal effects against dermatophytes by disrupting mitochondrial morphology and function. This research validates the
