Teena.e pregna.cy is common in Ma.i due to the high ra.e of unwa.ted pregna.cies a.d ea.ly ma.ria.es. The genera. objective of this study wa. to study emergency cesa.ea. delivery in a.olescent girls a. the referra. hea.th center (RHC) in commune I of the district of Ba.a.o. It wa. a.descriptive study with prospective da.a.collection from Ja.ua.y 1 to December 31, 2018. a.y a.olescent girls in whom a. emergency ca.sa.ea. section wa. performed were included. The da.a.were entered a.d a.a.yzed on SPSS 20.3. Results: we ha.e collected 616 a.olescent pa.turients, 202 ca.sa.ea.s were performed in emergency, with a.frequency of 32.8%. The a.era.e a.e wa. 17 with the extremes of 13 a.d 19. Ea.ly ma.ria.e wa. found out in 95.5% of our pa.ients, 40 a.olescent girls were primipa.ous (20%), 4 of whom ha. a. inter-reproductive interva. of less tha. a.yea.. The ma.n indica.ions for cesa.ea. section were feta. distress in 71 ca.es (35%), feta.-pelvic disproportion, sca. uterus in the border pelvis (11% ea.h), breech presenta.ion in 15 ca.es (7%). a.emia.(10.4%) wa. the ma.n complica.ion, followed by va.cula. pedicle a.ta.k (5.94%), infection of the opera.ing site (1.5%) a.d a.bla.der wound (0.99%). Feta. morta.ity wa. 1.4% a.d neona.a. 3.8%.?Conclusion:?the a.socia.ion between a.olescence a.d ca.sa.ea. section in emergency constitutes risk fa.tors which increa.e ma.erna. a.d neona.a. morbidity a.d morta.ity. Fighting these fa.tors improves the surviva. of the mother a.d the newborn.

Introduction: a.quired immunodeficiency syndrome (a.DS) linked to HIV infection is a.compa.ied by a.to-immune phenomena. a.toimmune disea.es ca. develop in people living with HIV, most in a.context of good immunologica. control (va.culitis, a.ti-phospholipid syndrome). Since the a.vent of a.tiretrovira. thera.y, a. increa.ing number of a.toimmune connective tissue disea.es such a. systemic lupus erythema.osus, derma.omyositis, a.d syndromes of Sj?gren a.d scleroderma.ha.e been reported. Purpose: To describe this a.socia.ion’s not very common scleroderma.a.d HIV infection. Observa.ion: We report the ca.e of a.56-yea.-old la.y a.mitted into the service for functiona. impotence tha. would ha.e been evolving for a.week. Prior to her hospita.iza.ion, she presented edema. of the lower limbs a.socia.ed with a.esthesia.of the lower limbs for 5 months. The pa.nting is a.compa.ied by a.productive cough a.d a. intermittent fever. a. the physica. exa.ina.ion a.weight loss (BMI = 13.74 Kg/m2), fever (38.7°C): Ora. ca.didia.is, lower lip ulcera.ion, perlicking, undernutrition folds, scleroda.tyly a.d homogeneous hepa.omega.y wa. noted. The dia.nosis of immunosuppression to HIV Sta.e 3 with TB co-morbidity a.d positive hepa.itis B Serology wa. reta.ned while diffuse Scleroderma.wa. selected from the a.R/EULa. criteria.of 2012 with a.score of 10 (scleroda.tyly = 4 point;Ra.na.d’s phenomenon = 3 point a.d a. a.ti Scl 70 positive = 3 point). Conclusion: These a.socia.ions of chronic pa.hology must be described to improve the future trea.ment of our pa.ients.

Introduction: HIV, the huma. immunodeficiency virus, is the etiologica. a.ent of a.quired immunodeficiency syndrome (a.DS). The a.m of this study wa. to a.sess the evolution of the vira. loa. in pa.ients under trea.ment. Methodology: This wa. a.study ca.ried out from July 2017 to June 2022 a. the Point G University Hospita. la.ora.ory. The determina.ion of the vira. loa. of pa.ients wa. ca.ried out by PCR on the a.OTT M2000sp/rt pla.form. Results: a.tota. of 129 pa.ients infected with HIV-1, a.ed 19 to 72 yea.s with a.mea. a.e of 40.05 yea.s ± 10.71;a.l on a.tiretrovira. chemothera.y. The fema.e gender predomina.ed a.ong our pa.ients. The most common trea.ment regimen wa. 2INTI + 1INNTI with 72.9% followed by 2INTI + 1INI with 13.2%. a. for the combina.ions of molecules, the combina.ion TDF + 3TC + EFV a.d TDF + 3TC + DTG predomina.ed, respectively 65.1% a.d 13.2%. 89.9% of our pa.ients ha. undetecta.le viremia.a.ter 12 months of trea.ment (p a. a.era.e vira. loa. which ha. evolved from 681315.65 copies/ml ± 1616908.484 to M0 a. 5742.36 copies /ml ± 35756.883 a. Dyslipidemia.is a.disorder where a.norma.ly lipid concentra.ions circula.e in the bloodstrea.. The disorder is common in type 2 dia.etics (T2D) a.d is linked with T2D comorbidities, pa.ticula.ly ca.diova.cula. disea.e. Dyslipidemia.in T2D is typica.ly cha.a.terized by eleva.ed pla.ma.triglyceride a.d low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels. There is a.significa.t ga. in the litera.ure rega.ding dyslipidemia.in rura. pa.ts of a.rica. where lipid profiles ma. not be ca.tured through routine surveilla.ce. This study a.med to cha.a.terize the preva.ence a.d demo-gra.hic profile of dyslipidemia.in T2D in the rura. community of Ga.a.ougou, Ma.i. We performed a.cross-sectiona. study of 104 subjects with T2D in Ga.a.ougou between November 2021 a.d Ma.ch 2022. Demogra.hic a.d lipid profiles were collected through cross-sectiona. surveys a.d serologica. a.a.yses. The overa.l preva.ence of dyslipidemia.in T2D pa.ients wa. 87.5% (91/104), which did not differ by sex (P = .368). High low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) wa. the most common lipid a.norma.ity (78.9%, [82/104]). Dyslipidemia.wa. a.socia.ed with a.e a.d hypertension sta.us (P = .013 a.d.036, respectively). High tota. a.d high LDL-C pa.a.eters were significa.tly a.socia.ed with hypertension (P = .029 a.d .006, respectively). In low-resource settings such a. rura. Ma.i, there is a.critica. need to improve infra.tructure for routine dyslipidemia.screening to guide its prevention a.d intervention a.proa.hes. The high ra.es of dyslipidemia.observed in Ga.da.ougou, consistent with concomita.t increa.es in ca.diova.cula. disea.es in a.rica.suggest tha. lipid profile a.sessments should be incorpora.ed into routine medica. ca.e for T2D pa.ients in a.rica. rura. settings.
