Copper (Cu) conta.ina.ion in the environment ha. been increa.ed during the yea.s with a.ricultura. a.d industria. a.tivities.Biotechnologica. a.proa.hes a.e needed for bioremedia.ion in these a.ea.. The a.ms of this study were i) to eva.ua.e the phytoremedia.ion ca.a.ity of the high-yielding bioenergy pla.t ca.tor bea. (Ricinus communis L.) in vineya.d soils (Inceptisol a.d Mollisol) conta.ina.ed with Cu a.d a.Cu mining wa.te; ii) to cha.a.terize the ca.tor bea. a. a.Cu phytoremedia.ion pla.t; a.d iii) to eva.ua.e the nutrient upta.e by ca.tor bea.. Ca.tor bea. pla.ts cultiva.ed in soil with toxic levels of Cu for 57 d exhibited high phytoma.s production, a.high tolera.ce index of roots' fresh ma.s a.d shoots' dry ma.s, a.high level of Cu phytoa.cumula.ion in the roots a.d a.so, a.robust ca.a.ity for Cu phytosta.iliza.ion. Furthermore, ca.tor bea. pla.ts did not significa.tly deplete soil nutrients(such a. N, P, a.d Mg) during cultiva.ion. Pla.ts cultiva.ed in Inceptisol, Mollisol a.d Cu mining wa.te exhibited a.strong potentia. for Cu phytoa.cumula.ion, with va.ues of 5 900, 3 052 a.d 2 805 g ha.1, respectively. In a.dition, the ca.tor bea.'s eleva.ed phytoma.s production a.d strong growth in Cu-conta.ina.ed soils indica.ed a.high level of Cu phytoa.cumula.ion a.d a.potentia. a.plica.ion in biofuels. These findings indica.e tha. the ca.tor bea. is a.efcient hypera.cumula.or of Cu a.d a.potentia. ca.dida.e pla.t for the phytoremedia.ion of Cu-conta.ina.ed soil.

Bra.hia.ia.decumbens is a.high bioma.s pla.t with grea. potentia. for phytoremedia.ion of copper-polluted soils. The current study a.med to eva.ua.e B. decumbens pla.ts for phytoextra.tion a.d phytosta.iliza.ion use in two different copper conta.ina.ed vineya.d soils a.d a.copper mining wa.te. a.so, the ma.ro a.d micronutrients upta.e were eva.ua.ed a.ter pla.ts growth in copper conta.ina.ed soils. B. decumbens wa. cultiva.ed in two vineya.d soils (Inceptisol a.d Mollisol) a.d a.copper mining wa.te for 47 da.s of growth in greenhouse. Then, B. decumbens’s nutrient upta.e wa. eva.ua.ed, a.d it’s potentia. a.plica.ion in phytoremedia.ion techniques for the phytoextra.tion a.d phytosta.iliza.ion of copper conta.ina.ion. B. decumbens exhibited high levels of bioma.s production a. conta.ina.ed soils a.d no nega.ive effect on ma.ronutrients upta.e wa. found. Copper conta.ina.ed soils a.fected micronutrients upta.e by Bra.hia.ia.pla.ts. This Bra.hia.ia.specie showed high potentia. on copper phytoextra.tion with a.cumula.ion of copper concentra.ions in the shoots a.d roots of 70 a.d 585 mg·kg-1 of dry ma.s, respectively, in the vineya.d Inceptisol soil, a.ter 47 da.s of growth. Mollisol soil a.d copper mining wa.te a.so exhibited high copper concentra.ion in the bioma.s in the entire pla.t with 371 a.d 466 mg·kg-1, respectively. a.though Bra.hia.ia.exhibited low levels of tra.sloca.ion fa.tor for copper, this specie showed high potentia. for copper phytoextra.tion on Inceptisol, Mollisol a.d copper mining wa.te with 1900, 1156 a.d 1363 g·ha.1 of copper, respectively. 通过水热的方法以退火0.5h的ZnO薄膜作为籽晶,得到垂直的ZnO纳米线。在X射线衍射谱中,除了Si的(400)衍射峰以外,只观察到了ZnO的(002)衍射峰。室温光致发光谱中出现了强的紫外发射峰,同时也伴随着弱的缺陷相关的发射。这些数据表明垂直的ZnO纳米线序列有着较好的晶体质量。同时,通过光泵浦也观察到了ZnO纳米线中的激光发射。当激发功率密度超过阈值且进一步增加时,出现了多模发射峰,其积分强度随着激发功率密度的增大呈非线性的增长,并且在96kW·cm^(-2)处能清晰地观察到从自发发射到激射的转变。

The concept “feta. progra.ming” shows who still in the intra.terine life, ca. interfere in fa.tors rela.ed to the genesis a.d development of disea.es in childhood, a.olescence a.d a.ult life. The litera.ure shows tha. children born to mothers with gesta.iona. dia.etes mellitus (GDM) a.e a. increa.ed risk for the development of obesity in a.ulthood, it becomes funda.enta. to study more a.out the subject. Obesity is a.disea.e of multifa.toria. etiology, resulting from complex intera.tions between genetic a.d environmenta. fa.tors. However, the ma.ked increa.e in its incidence, precocity a.d severity a.e not yet fully understood. Severa. findings suggest tha. stressor stimuli (e.g. dia.etes, nutritiona. cha.ges) during intra.terine development ma. promote epigenetic cha.ges, a. well a. a.fect mitochondria. meta.olism, which ma. modula.e feta. development a.d predispose to the la.e development of disea.es. Pa.siflora.species presents a.coevolutive rela.ionship with Heliconiini butterflies, their prima.y herbivores. The Heliconiini ca.erpilla.s a.e a.le to detoxify toxic compounds produced by Pa.siflora. thus morphologica. defense stra.egies sta.d out over chemica. innova.ions. In this fra.ework, we highlight the presence of mimetic structures a.d extra.lora. necta.ies (EFN) a. morphologica. stra.egies. Heliconia. butterflies oviposit only on lea.es tha. do not possess previous eggs, so the presence of egg mimics could prevent the oviposition. EFN a.e gla.ds tha. offer necta. to territoria. a.d a.gressive a.ts, esta.lishing mutua.istic rela.ionships. Here, we present a.structura. a.d chemica. a.a.ysis of petiola. EFN a.d necta. from Pa.siflora.a.a.a.a.d P. edulis in order to ha.e insights a.out the implica.ions of these fea.ures in deterring heliconia. ca.erpilla.s. P. a.a.a.ha.e one to four stipita.e-cra.eriform EFN while P. edulis possess a.pa.r of convex gla.ds. Butterflies la. their eggs isola.edly or in up to three on lea.es of both species. Our morphologica. results suggest tha. EFN from P. a.a.a.ma. a.t a. egg mimics. Ontogenetic da.a.suggest tha. the va.ia.ion in the number of gla.ds observed in this species is a.seria. homology, wherein the selection pressure for this va.ia.ion is possibly the oviposition pa.tern. P. a.a.a.reta.n a.ka.oids, fla.onoids a.d terpenoids inside necta.iferous cells;suga.s a.d fla.onoids a.e found in the necta. of both species, while a.ka.oids a.e a.so detected in P. edulis. There is a.selective retention/relea.e of seconda.y meta.olites from the EFN tissues to necta.. Knowing tha. these compounds ca. be dissua.ive to some herbivores a.d inoffensive to others, we plotted this rela.ionship in a.consumer growth versus seconda.y meta.olite concentra.ion dia.ra.. Our results suggest a.more a.tive role in the modula.ion of the gla.d defense from pla.ts besides the esta.lishment of a.mutua.istic rela.ionship with a.ts, a. importa.t response in a.coevolutive scena.io.

Ba.KGROUND Cha.lenging lesions,difficult to dia.nose through non-inva.ive methods,constitute a. importa.t emotiona. burden for ea.h pa.ient rega.ding a.still uncerta.n dia.nosis(ma.igna.t x benign).In a.dition,from a.thera.eutic a.d prognostic point of view,dela. in a.definitive dia.nosis ca. lea. to worse outcomes.One of the ma.n innova.ive trends currently is the use of molecula. a.d functiona. methods to dia.nosis.Numerous liver-specific contra.t a.ents ha.ebeen developed a.d studied in recent yea.s to improve the performa.ce of liver ma.netic resona.ce ima.ing(MRI).More recently,one of the contra.t a.ents introduced in clinica. pra.tice is ga.oxetic a.id(ga.oxeta.e disodium).a.M To demonstra.e the va.ue of the hepa.obilia.y pha.es using ga.oxetic a.id in MRI for the cha.a.teriza.ion of foca. liver lesions(FLL)in clinica. pra.tice.METHODS Overa.l,302 Lesions were studied in 136 pa.ients who underwent MRI exa.s using ga.oxetic a.id for the a.sessment of FLL.Two ra.iologists independently reviewed the MRI exa.s using four sta.es,a.d ca.egorized them on a.6-point sca.e,from 0(lesion not detected)to 5(definitely ma.igna.t).The sta.es were:sta.e 1-ima.es without contra.t,sta.e 2-a.dition of dyna.ic pha.es a.ter contra.t(a.a.ogous to usua. extra.ellula. contra.ts),sta.e 3-a.dition of hepa.obilia.y pha.e a.ter 10 min(HBP 10’),sta.e 4-hepa.obilia.y pha.e a.ter 20 min(HBP 20’)in a.dition to sta.e 2.RESULTS The interobserver a.reement wa. high(weighted Ka.pa.coefficient:0.81-1)a. a.l sta.es in the cha.a.teriza.ion of benign a.d ma.igna.t FLL.The dia.nostic weighted a.cura.y(a.)wa. 0.80 in sta.e 1 a.d wa. increa.ed to 0.90 in sta.e 2.a.dition of the hepa.obilia.y pha.e increa.ed a. to 0.98 in sta.e 3,which wa. a.so 0.98 in sta.e 4.CONCLUSION The hepa.obilia.y sequences improve dia.nostic a.cura.y.With growing potentia. in the era.of precision medicine,the improvement a.d dissemina.ion of the method a.ong medica. specia.ties ca. bring benefits in the ma.a.ement of pa.ients with FLL tha. a.e difficult to dia.nose.

Toda., more tha. 50% of the popula.ion a.e overweight, 15% ha. obesity a.d 6% to 15% ha. dia.etes. The nutrition tra.sition is a.long-term process tha. brings chronic meta.olic disea.es a. a. undesired consequence, whilst ultra.processed foods become increa.ingly pa.t of da.ly food choices. These cha.ges bring impa.ts in a.l fields of da.ly life, especia.ly in the economic a.d lega. fields—the “Right to Hea.th”—a.d rega.ding a.tonomy of the individua. a.d their choices, when confronted with a. idea. of hea.th a.d well-being. Governments a.d citizens struggle to propose new pa.hwa.s a.d find effective solutions to control both epidemics a.d solve these issues. This a.ticle poses the evolution of dia.etes a.d obesity in the Mercosur, seeking a.better understa.ding of these chronic, non-communica.le disea.es, a.d looking for concrete, effective solutions towa.ds hea.th in South a.erica.
