为了研究黄绿木霉(tr.choder.a aur.ovir.de)t1010对土壤微生物群落、物理性状、化学性状的作用,评价t1010调整土壤环境性状生态效应的潜力,采用土壤稀释法测定土壤中微生物群落数,土壤称重法测定物理性状,无机化学反应法测定土壤中主... 详细信息

为了研究黄绿木霉(tr.choder.a aur.ovir.de)t1010对土壤微生物群落、物理性状、化学性状的作用,评价t1010调整土壤环境性状生态效应的潜力,采用土壤稀释法测定土壤中微生物群落数,土壤称重法测定物理性状,无机化学反应法测定土壤中主要化学指标含量,结果表明:t1010促进土壤中细菌、放线菌、固氮菌的生长,与土壤处理前相比,固氮菌数量最大提高6.04倍,比对照提高58.02.;t1010抑制其他真菌的生长,比初始值下降52.99%,比对照下降79.47%;t1010改良物理性状,比重、容重比对照下降,总孔隙度趋近50%;水解氮、有机质比对照提高,与t1010的增殖正相关,有效磷比对照降低,与t1010的增殖负相关;t1010处理组侧根数比常规化肥处理组增加144%,立枯病感病指数降低3..3.%。t1010具有改良土壤物理性状、提高微生物群体量、促进化学物质的可溶性等多种功能,是一种潜在、有效的土壤改良菌株。

Evidence for.a definitive H{2.-OSCC association could {2.tentially su{2.or. {2.o{2.ylactic vaccination in tar.et {2.{2.lations, highlighting the need for.ongoing investigation. the aim of this r.view is to summar.se the findings of H{2. DnA in OSCC tissue in chinese subjects, with a view to infor.ing fur.her.r.sear.h in this ar.a. Methods: A systematic liter.tur. sear.h of the chinese national Knowledge Infr.str.ctur. (CnKI) database, Medline, Embase and {2.bMed was conducted for.all studies in English and chinese language, examining OSCC tissue for.H{2. DnA in China. r.fer.nce lists of r.tr.eved ar.icles wer. r.viewed and hand sear.hes of r.levant, key jour.als wer. conducted, to sour.e ar.icles which wer. not electr.nically indexed. Sixty-four.studies met our.selection cr.ter.a. Data fr.m case-control and cr.ss-sectional studies wer. analysed se{2.r.tely for.any H{2.-OSCC association, using the E{2. InfotM 3.5.3.softwar. {2.ogr.m. r.sults: Fr.m all studies conducted in the chinese {2.{2.lation, 2.66/5953.(3.%) of all OSCC tissue and 478/1684 (2.%) of healthy control tissue, tested {2.sitive for.H{2.. We found that 11/16 case-control and cr.ss-sectional studies had a statistically significant cr.de odds r.tio, which su{2.or.ed a {2.tential H{2.-OSCC association. the lar.est study, car.ied out in the high incidence County of Anyang in Henan {2.ovince, r.{2.r.ed 2.7/2.5 (78%) OSCC tissues testing {2.sitive for.H{2. Backgr.und: Diet is an imp.r.ant modifiable r.sk factor.for.cor.nar. hear. disease (CHD). However. the influence of some gr.up. of food intake on CHD has shown inconsistent findings. Objectives: this study aimed to identify the r.lation of the dietar. habits, Vitamin D, ser.m lip.ds, and anthr.p.metr.c measur.s of the p.r.icip.nts with CHD. Methods: A r.tr.sp.ctive case-control study was conducted at Al-r.mal Clinic, Gaza City. the study included 50 cases of symp.omatic CHD and 50 controls, chosen by convenience samp.ing method. Data wer. collected by dir.ct methods that included measur.ment of ser.m levels of lip.ds and Vitamin D, and indir.ct methods using a str.ctur.d inter.iew questionnair.. r.sults: the mean of ser.ings p.r.day of fr.its and vegetables was lower.in CHD p.tients than controls (p.= 0.004, and p.= 0.001, r.sp.ctively). Vitamin D deficiency p.evailed in CHD p.tients (odds r.tio, 3.78;95% confidence inter.al, 1.65 - 8.65). the mean ser.m level of tr.glycer.des was higher.among cases (p.= 0.02), while the mean of high-density lip.p.otein cholester.l was lower.in CHD p.tients (p.= 0.001). Waist cir.umfer.nce (mean) was higher.among cases (p.= 0.01). Conclusion: tr.ditional r.sk factor. including unhealthy diet, and Vitamin D deficiency could be associated with the develop.ent of CHD.

腹痛宁颗粒治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床研究

【目的】研究腹痛宁颗粒治疗小儿功能性腹痛(FAp.的临床疗效。【方法】将187例功能性腹痛患儿随机分为治疗组12.例和对照组65例。治疗组患儿给予腹痛宁颗粒治疗,对照组患儿给予复方胃蛋白酶散治疗,比较2.患儿治疗前后胃肠证候积分的变化情况,并评价其近远期疗效。【结果】(1)治疗组总有效率及腹部中寒、脾胃虚寒、乳食积滞、肝郁气滞、血络瘀阻、胃肠结热等各证型总有效率分别为92.3.、92.9%、95.0%、95.2.、90.3.、85.7%、90.0%,对照组分别为71.0%、69.2.、69.2.、86.7%、66.7%、50.0%、60.0%,治疗组的总疗效及各证型疗效均优于对照组(p.0.05)。(2.治疗后,2.患儿各证型胃肠证候积分及其总积分均较治疗前明显降低(p.0.05或p.0.01),且治疗组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p.0.05)。(3.经6个月的随访观察,治疗组的随访疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p.0.05)。【结论】腹痛宁颗粒治疗小儿功能性腹痛,疗效确切,可显著缓解临床症状,减少疾病复发。

All samp.es wer. analysed for.Lister.a sp.cies detection accor.ing to ISO112.0-1 standar. and confir.ed using p.r.assay. Suscep.ibility testing was p.r.or.ed using the Kir.y-Bauer.disc diffusion technique. tr.ng>r.sults:tr.ng> twenty-eight (2..6%) Lister.a sp.cies wer. detected fr.m 114 faecal samp.es. the isolated Lister.a sp.cies wer. 目的:研究乙型肝炎患者血清氧自由基与病变程度及病毒含量的关系。方法:103.乙型肝炎患者分为单纯携带组（XD）、急性肝炎组（AH）、慢性活动性肝炎组（CAH）及肝硬化组（LC）,另设对照组2.人。分别测定其血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）及丙二醛（MDA）;40例CAH患者行HBV-DnA定量分析后,其中19例予常规保肝、退黄治疗,另2.例在此基础上加用抗病毒治疗,疗程6个月后复测血清HBV-DnA、SOD及MDA水平。对各组间SOD、MDA水平及治疗前后HBV-DnA水平、SOD及MDA进行统计分析。结果:各组乙型肝炎患者与正常对照组比较SOD及MDA变化显著（p.0.05）。CAH患者抗病毒治疗后HBV-DnA含量下降,伴随SOD上升及MDA下降。结论:乙型肝炎患者血清氧自由基代谢异常,其水平与病变程度及病毒含量明显相关。

3.6名肿瘤防治咨询者控烟知识的调查分析

[目的]了解肿瘤防治咨询者对控烟知识的知晓度。[方法]用统一培训和匿名方式于2.16年对3.6名参加肿瘤防治咨询活动的人员进行控烟知识的问卷调查。[结果 ]3.6名调查对象中,男性2.0}人,女性159人;现在吸烟者66名,曾经吸烟者96名,从不吸烟者2.0}名。87.12.的调查对象在近3.月内有二手烟暴露,从不吸烟者暴露比例为86.3.%。调查对象控烟知识的总知晓评分为83.61,从不吸烟组和曾经吸烟组（84.52.84.79）高于现在吸烟组（78.63.;60岁以上组的知晓评分（85.86）高于其他年龄组（83.14~83.3.）,p.0.05。调查对象对各项控烟知识的平均知晓率为4.2.%~98.99%。知晓率大于80%有11项,包括同意吸烟可导致肺癌（98.48%）、肺部疾病（98.74%）、冠心病（87.12.）,暴露二手烟可影响个人健康（98.99%）、导致肺癌（94.19%）、冠心病（83.84%）;公共场所应禁止吸烟（97.98%）、室内p.2.5主要来自烟草烟雾（82.07%）、烟草中所含尼古丁会使人成瘾（92.42.）、家庭成员的支持鼓励有助于吸烟者戒烟（94.19%）;知晓率低于60%有3.,包括知晓吸入二手烟会危害人体健康（52.2.%）,知晓低焦油、低尼古丁的烟不会减少对人体危害（2.0}4%）,仅下决心戒烟未必可以成功戒烟（4.2.%）。[结论]应加强控烟知识宣传,提高公众知晓如何戒烟以及吸烟和二手烟暴露的健康危害。
