Pancreas is a vertebrate specific internal organ and consists of exocrine and endocrine *** endocrine of pancreas comprises five cell types,α,β,δ,εand PP,expressing glucagon,insulin,somatostatin, ghrelin and pancreatic-polypeptide,respectively. Through Tol2.transposon-mediated enhancer trap screen,we obtained a tissue specific transgenic zebrafish(Danio rerio) line,pku301:GFP,of which the GFP expression appears in serotonergic(5-HT) neurons and *** mapping revealed that the Tol2.is located in a genomic locus encoding an Ets family *** named this gene as pku301/Ets *** observation of pku301:GFP transgenic embryos showed that,from 15s(somites) onward, GFP-positive cells became visible and was restricted to endocrine pancreas,by 30hpf (hours post fertilization) GFP expressing neurons could be *** of antisense morpholino oligonucleotides was used to knockdown pku301/Ets like expression,and semi-quantitative RT-PCR as well as RNA whole mount in situ hybridization was performed to examine the expression levels of marker genes including raphe tryptophan hydroxylase(tph2.,glucagon(gcga),insulin (ins),pancreatic polypeptide(pp) and somatostain (sst).A reduction of tph2.and ins expression was observed in the morphants, while no discernible differences of gcga,pp and sst expression was *** real-time PCR revealed that the expression level of ins was reduced to about 50%compared with that of *** findings suggest that pku301/Ets like plays a role in the development of serotonergic neurons and endocrine pancreaticβcells in zebrafish.

Morphological changes of cervical squamous premalignant lesions have been well defined in the past. These changes include the gradual progression from HPV - associated koilocytie atypia,, to low grade dysplasia, to high grade dysplasia, to carcinoma in situ, and eventually invasive carcinoma. Cytological and histological monitoring by Papsmear and cervical biopsy, coupled with colposcopic examination as well as cone/leep biopsy,have been a successful strategy in reducing the incidence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Wavefront sensing from multiple focal plane images is a promising technique for high-contrast imaging ***,the wavefront error of an optics system can be properly reconstructed only when it is very *** paper presents an iterative optimization algorithm for the direct measurement of large static wavefront errors from only one focal plane *** first measure the intensity of the pupil image to get the pupil function of the system and acquire the aberrated image on the focal plane with a phase error that will be *** we induce a dynamic phase on the tested pupil function and calculate the associated intensity of the reconstructed image on the focal *** algorithm will then try to minimize the intensity difference between the reconstructed image and the aberrated test image in the focal plane,where the induced phase is a variable of the optimization *** simulation shows that the wavefront of an optical system can theoretically be reconstructed with high precision,which indicates that such an iterative algorithm may be an effective way to perform wavefront sensing for high-contrast imaging systems.

小景一詞,於多數的宋畫論者,向來是一個撲朔迷離的名詞與畫科。截至目前爲止,小景的'小'字,一般多作形容詞解,通常指'小而簡逸'之景,如北宋文人傳誦中僧惠崇所創始,狀寫荒寒閑暇的江汀坡渚景象並含蕴著詩意之致的山水小景畫而言。此外也有作精雅一路筆致的'小筆',或尺幅較小的小品山水與花鳥等來解説的。總而言之,論述的範疇包含了繪畫的視覺模式、構圖、筆墨風格、審美取尚,到實際上的尺幅大小等等。果若如此,郭熙的'小景'究竟何解?又何關宏旨?本文擬以郭熙個人在《林泉高致》文本中對小景的申述來解析與提問,並對照存世歸於李成與郭熙名下的相關畫迹來重新審視此一課題。考量郭熙在《林泉高致·畫題》篇中,所擬出的'怪石平遠'與'松石濺撲'兩則'小景'實例,並檢索著録中郭熙同類題材的大量障壁畫與存世歸其名下的相關畫迹;筆者以爲郭熙的'小景'理念,隱約地唤起了唐宋以來山水構圖上常見的一種原型(prototype)與視覺記憶(visual memory),因或别有所指,而有重新審視的空間。要之,郭熙的'小景'確切關乎宏旨,因爲它不但有助於深化瞭解郭熙宏觀與微觀相互引發變通的宇宙山水觀,以及其山水創作的跨度;並且對於唐朝以來的樹石、松石山水障壁畫傳統,過渡到北宋障壁畫與卷軸山水畫的變革,提供了另一個思考的角度。

Surface greenness reflects the situation of vegetation *** index calculated from the Red and Near Infrared bands of remote sensing images,whose values indicate the level of photosynthetic activity,is monotonically related to surface greenness when vegetation canopy does not fully cover the background *** for desert regions,vegetation index is positively correlated with vegetation ***,vegetation index can be used to study the change in greenness of desert *** study collected MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) data from 2.00 to 2.10 and analyzed their change over China in this *** results showed that an increasing trend of NDVI occurred over 66.84% (OLS fitting) or 64.2.% (LAD fitting) of China,indicating that China's greenness is increasing ***,desertification of China *** showing large increase in greenness are found in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia,Henan,Shandong,Qinghai,and Gansu while regions with large decrease in greenness are found in Northeast Inner Mongolia,South Tibet,Jiangsu,and *** of Qinghai,Gansu,Xinjiang and South Tibet could probably be driven by climate *** of greenness in Northeast Inner Mongolia was related to agricultural *** of greenness in Jiangsu and Shanghai was related to rapid *** factors did not exhibit obvious correspondence to the large increase in greenness in Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia and Gansu,indicating that the changes might have been caused by human *** reduction of desert areas in China could probably have been caused by human management and protection at the national scale.

The production of transgenic swine for xenotransplantation has been proposed as an optimal option to overcome the chronic shortage of human organ donors. Generation of genetically engineered swine has been elusive due to the difficulties in gene transfer. In order to achieve effective gene delivery, a key step for the genetic modification, we applied electronic pulse delivery (EPD) technology to introduce HZKb-DC DNA construct into swine eggs. Using the developed EPD ProtocolsTM, we have achieved good viability of the EPD treated oocytes, satisfactory embryonic development of the EPD treated embryos, and stable DNA transfer into the swine embryos with high efficiency. Thus, application of the EPD technology promises to effectively facilitate the generation of large trangenic mammals.
