During the popular and development in Internet, mor e and more EC systems are running on Internet. Manufacture enterprise establishes EC system, integrates the systems between enterprises replace the traditional MI S system. The manufacture enterprise will face some difficulties when it begins to establish EC system. In order to solve the difficulties, the EC system not on ly includes the functions which in general EC system, but also integrates ERP sy stem, manages the enterprise from three aspects: relationship between manufactur er and customers, enterprise resources, and supplying chain, and gives the manuf acturer more intelligent information. As the departments of enterprise exchange data very frequently, connect the sellers and suppliers by using Internet, the t raditional C/S architecture isn’t satisfied by present needs. It is the only wa y that uses Multi-tier architecture. EJB (Enterprise Java Bean) is a Multi-tier distributed architecture designed by SUN company. The Enterprise JavaBeans architecture is a component architecture for the development and development of component-based distributed business app lications. Applications written using the Enterprise JavaBeans architecture are scalable, transactional, and multi-user secure. These applications may be writt en once, and then deployed on any server platform that supports the Enterprise J avaBeans specification. There are many superiorities using EJB when design compu ter system. The EC System for Manufacture Enterprise is based on EJB architecture. We define four EJB containers, namely, CRM component, POM component, Knowledge Management component and ERP component. CRM EJBs take the form of managing the customer- supplier relationship, reducing the number of contracts the manufacturer must ma ke with the end customers. POM EJBs take the form of order processing activities . These order taking, order fulfillment, and managing the logistics and transpor tation involved in the physical movement of the

The study on the psychological contract in an enterprise is a popular and emerging topic in the field of Human Resources Management. In order to solve the problems in induction training for fresh graduates, a variable questionnaire is designed in this paper. Firstly, the paper analyses the present situation of the induction training for fresh graduates in China, then it brings in the induction training for fresh graduates which is based on the psychological contract. Further, the paper combines their specialties to design the targeted questionnaire. Based on the precedent results, the paper gives four feasible suggestions, as well as providing theory guidance and policy advices for the induction training application of psychological contract. It was shown that psychological contract is important in induction training for fresh graduates.

AIM: To study the association between APOE polymorphisms and cerebral infarction through a case-control study among the Chinese Han population. METHODS: First-ever cerebral infarction patients (n=2.6) whose ages ranged from 40 to 60 years old were recruited from Department of Neurology, Zhongshan Hospital, Shanghai, and Zhejiang Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital, Zhejiang, China. Unrelated healthy controls (n=2.1) were selected from the general population in the same area with similar age and sex distribution. APOE was amplified by one-stage PCR using the forward primer: 5.-GGC ACG GCT GTC CAA GGA GCT-3' and reverse primer: 5.-GAT GGC GCTGAG GCC GCG CT-3'. The PCR product was digested directly with 5.U of CfoI and separated by a 2. % polyacryla- mide (acrylamide: bis-acrylamide=2.:1) nondenaturing gel. RESULTS: Both cerebral infarction patient and control groups were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The allele frequency of APOE*2. APOE*3, and APOE*4 was 4.6 %, 81.9 %, and 13.5.% respectively in the patients with cerebral infarction; 5.7 %, 87.3 %, and 7.0 % respectively in the healthy control group. Compared with APOE3/3 subjects, APOE4/4 carriers had a 2.1-fold risk of cerebral infarction (odds ratio 2.1, 95.% confidence limits 1.3 to 3.4). The allele frequency of APOE*4 in the cerebral infarction patient group was significantly higher than that in the control group (13.5.% vs 7.0 %; P=0.002.. CONCLUSION: APOE 4 is a risk factor for cerebral infarction among the Chinese Han population.

The genome oiganization and expression strategy of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) have been described extensively. As a structural glycoprotein on the virion surface, the spike protein is responsible for binding to host cellular receptors and for the fusion between the viral envelope and the cellular membrane. It also induces neutralizing antibodies in the host and mediates cellular immunity. Previous studies suggested that amino acid replacements in the spike protein coulddramatically alter the pathogenesis and virulence of some coronaviruses. It is therefore reasonable to test the hypothesis that radical amino acid replacements in the spike protein, favored by environmental selective pressure during the process of SARS-CoV interspecific transmission, might make this pathogen adapt to a new host, In this study, we investigated a total of 108 complete sequences of the SARS-CoV S gene from Gen-Bank (until March 2., 2.04). After omission of those records containing frame-shift mutations or low quality sequences, e.g. ZJ01, and selection of one sequence for identical records, an alignment of 42.sequences was obtained using the program Clustal-X. Then, we reconstructed the most recent common ancestor (MRCA) sequences of theSARS-CoV S gene and detected the adaptive evolution in the spike protein.

Seven U-Th dates, 5.0 δ 18O data and microscopic sequences were measured for sta- lagmites from two high-altitude caves in Shennongjia area, Hubei Province. Variations of the de- cadal-resolution stalagmite δ 18O record from Swan Cave (1600 m elevation) reflect large spatial changes in circulation strength and precipitation of Asian monsoon. The evidence comes from a great similarity among the stalagmite δ 18O records from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province; Libo, Guizhou Province and here studied area during the last deglaciation, including a part interval of Younger-Dryas event and Bolling-Allerod. A 30-year-resolution stalagmite δ 18O record from Yongxing Cave (1400 m eleva- tion), 70 km away from Swan Cave, reveals a rapid transition of Asian monsoon climate during Ter- mination 3 at about 2.5.5.kaBP. Based on 3 U-Th dates and about 5.00 continuous annual bands, a millennial dry episode has been observed during Asian monsoonal Termination 3 from the Yongxing δ 18O profile. With respect to its structure, duration and transition, the dry reversal, as indicated by our stalagmite δ 18O record, generally agrees with the pattern of the YD event well-expressed in the Chi- nese stalagmite δ 18O records. This YD-type event is characterized by a large decrease in δ 18O value as much as 2.30‰, more than half of the δ 18O excursion between glacial/interglacial periods, and lasts 1371±5. a determined by the annual counting chronology. After this event, the monsoon climate shifted abruptly into the interglacial period within 74±4 a. Our data corroborate the view that the re- peated occurrence of YD-type event was not an “accident”, possibly resulted from the coupling of ice-sheet and oceanic/atmospheric circulations.

In the process of evaluating,the weights of indicators are firstly determined by AHP and Delphi methods;and the values of indicators are normalized by grey correlative coefficient method.A suit of means were put forward,by which a qualitative and quantitative evaluation indicator system suitable for the situation of China and uncertainties can be *** idiographic and operable methods and process were *** the principle of elasticity,hiberarchy and maneuverability,a three-layer evaluation indicator system was established by AHP in Jiuyi ecological residential community,which includes 5.subsystems and 2. *** weights of indicators are measured by AHP and expert estimate and their best indicators values up to par were determined by fuzzy mathematics and *** whole evaluation indicator system not only has an active and practical effect on estimating ecological residential community,but also guides ecological residential community planning.
