摘      要:The study on the psychological contract in an enterprise is a popular and emerging topic in the field of Human Resources Management. In order to solve the problems in induction training for fresh graduates, a variable questionnaire is designed in this paper. Firstly, the paper analyses the present situation of the induction training for fresh graduates in China, then it brings in the induction training for fresh graduates which is based on the psychological contract. Further, the paper combines their specialties to design the targeted questionnaire. Based on the precedent results, the paper gives four feasible suggestions, as well as providing theory guidance and policy advices for the induction training application of psychological contract. It was shown that psychological contract is important in induction training for fresh graduates.
