＜正＞through the accumulation of ozone generated by plasma in water solution,organic pollutions would be *** this experiment,the mixture of two kinds of VOCs（TCE and M-xylene） was chosen as the treatment *** and bipolar pulse high voltage were both introduced into pulse corona discharge reactor（edge-plate and wire-plate electrode configuration）,and the removal of mixed VOCs was investigated by pulse corona discharge combined with solution *** result indicated that the characteristics of pulse high voltage power supply matching with the electrode configuration of plasma reactor had important influences to the injection of pulse energy and removal of mixed *** the case of water volume at 300mL,temperature at 25℃and pH at 11.0,the removal efficiencies of TCE and M-xylene with absorption process were 10%higher than that without absorption process.

More than 320 dele- gates from over 30 countries/regions, including China, Japan, Korea, Australia, Belgium, Demark, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, UK, USA etc., attended the conference.

In this study,the effect of electret and 10%ethyl oleate on meloxicam skin permeation was studied by improved Franz diffusion cell,UV measurement and HPLC analysis. the results indicated that electret had better enhancing effect on the skin permeation of meloxicam than that of 10%ethyl ***, electret and 10%ethyl oleate had an incorporative effect that could lead to a stable transdermal flux of meloxicam of 6.531μg/cm·h and 79%of the drug permeating through the skin after applying the patch on skin for ***:electret meloxicam patch had better transdermal enhancing effect.

＜正＞this paper chooses a type of ignition circuit of fuse as object,and chooses short pulse which rise-time is shorter than lns as disturbing *** comparing the experimental results of injection and radiation of pulse on SCR and ignition circuit of fuse,some results are gained that radiation and injection methods are susceptive to different parameters of pulse,such as rise-time and pulse width,and the immunity of SCR against injection pulse can’t replace the immunity of SCR in ignition circuit against radiation.A conclusion is drawn that for SCR and ignition circuit,the injection method and radiation method are irrelevant.

Microwave plasma at atmospheric pressure was investigated experimentally for CF *** mechanism of CF decomposition assisting with O in plasma was investigated by emission spectra *** results indicated that destruction and removal efficiencies (DRE) of CF increased firstly and then decreased with increasing of O *** was up to 83.6%using 0.4kW of microwave power,the initial concentration of CF and O was 2000ml/m and 1000ml/m,*** results of emission spectra analysis indicated CF decomposition was highly depended on the electron collision in plasma, 0 radicals was the assistance in later reaction,to further oxidize CF to *** achieving the best DRE of CF with O as addictive gas,the most important key factor was to have optimum concentration of O in inlet *** or less O concentration was both unsuitable for CF decomposition

＜正＞One of the main purposes of electromagnetic flow control is reducing energy consumption,so control of the optimization is of great *** on TMS320F2812（DSP chips） formation of the hydrofoil motion control system to change the speed and the angle of attack of hydrofoil,the hardware and software aspects of the control system to optimize the system in order to get higher precision and stability have been discussed in *** then using different distribution of electromagnetic fields to produce the corresponding electromagnetic force control of the flow around hydrofoil,the series of experiments have being revealed their different characteristics of control effects and identified the best electromagnetic force distribution with the optimal suppression of vortex and the boundary layer separation.

＜正＞Because of its limit of space and the complicated electromagnetic environment,the standard test method which available to the large dimension enclosures（minimum dimension greater than 2m） will not suitable for the small dimension enclosures（dimension between 0.1m～2m）.the paper tried to construct a model which is a rectangle enclosure with aperture,simulated and calculated the shielding effectiveness of the enclosure through different sampling *** comparing the average shielding effectiveness of different lines, planes and cubic space inside the enclosure,analysis and predict the characteristics of electromagnetic field distribution of the small dimension enclosures with ***,propound a feasible method for the test of shielding effectiveness on small dimension enclosures.

＜正＞the influences of pulsed voltage, pulsed frequency,needle-plate spacing and rate of bubbling of a needle-plate pulsed discharge reactor on decoloration efficiency of Rhodamine B in aqueous solution have been studied by experimental *** results indicate that the decoloration efficiency of Rhodamine B is up to 99.68%and the TOC of the solution decreases to 19.2mg/L from 70mg/L under the optimal condition that pulsed voltage is 32.5kV,pulsed frequency is 60Hz, needle-plate spacing is 15cm,rate of bubbling is 12L/h and treatment time is *** discharge for decoloration of hybrid aqueous solution of three dyes（e.g.,Rhodamine B,Methylene Blue,Methyl Oange） also has been *** show that the pulsed discharge plasma treatment is efficient for aqueous solution decoloration of various textile dyes, and decoloration efficiencies of them are 99.75%, 98.64%and97%respectively.
