摘 要:The traditional drivability calibration is a very time consuming manual process and it must be done on entire *** paper discussed a highly automated drivability calibration method that can be carried out with powertrain-in-loop test system,which significantly improves drivability calibration *** this method,a DOE test plan regarding calibration parameters and operating point parameters is setup,and then these parameters are automatically modified according to the plan before each test Driving operations are also automatically performed on testbed and the objective drivability evaluation tool gives scores for each *** the ratings are restored and the mathematical models are created automatically basing on these *** optimization results and the calibrated new maps are obtained basing on the *** ECU parameter calibration test dealing with long response delay was performed on powertrain testbed to verify this method and the results proved that this method had effectively and efficiently improved the drivability performance of the tested vehicle for the target problems.
