Development of a rapid and ultrasensitive real-time PCR assay for detection and quantification of goose parvovirus

摘      要:It is important for controling Gosling plague effectively that detecting Goose parvovirus rapidly and *** the present article,a real-time PCR assay was developed for the diagnosis of Goose *** method was established and optimized through the primer and probe designed according to the gene sequence of Goose parvovirus *** detection limit of the assay was found as little as 0.2 fg (28 copies) of the DNA,the sensitivity of the assay was compared with conventional PCR technique and 1000 times more than the conventional PCR ***,it was compared with conventional PCR and virus neutralization assay in detecting of clinical infected goslings,the positive percentage based on the real-time PCR was 100%,the conventional PCR was 78.8-90.9%,and the virus neutralization assay was 63.6-81.8%.This assay has the potential to be used for the rapid and specific clinical diagnostic purposes particularly for the detection and quantitation of low-grade Goose parvovirus infections.
