摘      要:Understanding the genetic condition of the wild stock of the golden cuttlefish, Sepia esculenta Hoyle(Cephalopoda)is a principal requirement in any stock enhancement program in both China and *** Genetic diversity and population structure analysis from 281 individuals of 5 populations,located in the coastal waters of Fukui,Nagasaki,Ehime and Aichi Prefecture in Japan and Rizhao of Shandong Province in China,respectively,were evaluated based on 9 microsateUite DNA *** showed high genetic variability (He,0.803-0.889 and A,18-23 in each population).Slight genetic differentiation among the 5 populations was *** the designation of management unit in the future stock enhancement activities of the species is recommended.
