摘 要:The development of nitroglycerine tolerance limits its clinical efficacy of nitric oxide(NO)donors. Several cellular mechanisms have been proposed to explain this phenomenon,one of which is an exaggerated production of reactive oxygen specious(ROS).The present study examined whether ROS contribute to the occurrence of nitroglycerine tolerance which is induced
