生长素和基质对梅花嫩枝扦插生根的影响

摘      要：An experiment was conducted to compare the rooting status of softwood cutting of prunus mume by different cultivars,auxin,and media under automatic mist *** results showed that the rooting percentages of ’Meiren Mei’,’Sanlun Yudie’ and ’Xiao Meiren’ among 22 cultivars were all higher than 90%.The average rooting percentages of 22 cultivars of Prunus mume was 60.1%.The rooting percentage of Blireiana Group cultivars was higher than True Mume Group and Apricot Mei *** rooting percentages of ’Xiao Meiren’,’Meiren Mei’,’Sanlun Yudie’ were higher than 90% through IBA concentration treatment(2 000 mg·L-1).Auxin treatment of various concentration was different in rooting *** best concentration was 1 500,2 500 mg·L-1 individual that IBA stimulated ’Meiren Mei’,’Fenghou’ rooting.4 kinds of cutting media(peat,coco coir,vermiculate,perlite and sand) were *** cuttage rooted bestly in *** the rooting percentage was good in coco coir of ’Meiren Mei’,’JiangMei’;’YanXing’ in vermiculate.
