摘 要:Flexible optoelectronic devices have wide application prospects in wearable and portable electronic products because of their advantages of high power per unit weight,high flexibility and low cost[1,2].Traditional preparation processes of flexible device such as spin-coating,vacuum-based evaporation/sputtering and etching,yield high reproducibility and device performance[3,4].
