There is a close relationship between the biological functions of lipids and their structures, and various isomers greatly increases the complexity of lipid structures. The C=C bond location and sn-position are two of the essential attributes that determine the structures of unsaturated lipids. However, simultaneous identification of both attributes remains challenging. Here, we develop a visible-light-activated aziridination reaction system, which enables the dual-resolving of the C=C bond location and sn-position isomerism of in lipids when combines with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS). Based on the derivatization of C=C bonds with Ph I=NTs, their location in lipids could be easily identified by tandem MS. Especially, the sn-position isomers of unsaturated phosphatidylcholine(PC) can be separated and quantified by LC-MS after the derivatization. By using the proposed method, the significant changes of the sn-position isomers ratios of PC in mouse brain ischemia were revealed. This study offers a powerful tool for deep lipid structural biology.

Cross-region innovation is widely recognized as an important source of the long-term regional innovation *** the recent past,a growing number of studies has investigated the network structure and mechanisms of cross-region innovation collaboration in various ***,existing research mainly focuses on physical effects,such as geographical distance and high-speed railway *** studies ignore the intangible drivers in a changing environment,the more digitalized economy and the increasingly solidified innovation network ***,the focus of this study is on estimating determinants of innovation networks,especially on intangible drivers,which have been largely neglected so *** city-level data of Chinese patents(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan Province of china),we trace innovation networks across Chinese cities over a long period of *** integrating a measure on Information and Communications Technology(ICT)development gap and network structural effects into the general proximity framework,this paper explores the changing mechanisms of Chinese innovation networks from a new *** results show that the structure of cross-region innovation networks has changed in *** mechanisms behind this development,the results confirm the increasingly important role of intangible drivers in Chinese inter-city innovation collaboration when controlling for effects of physical proximity,such as geographical *** digitalization and coordinated development are the mainstream trends in china and other developing countries,these countries'inter-city innovation collaboration patterns will witness dramatic changes under the influence of intangible drivers.

We introduce a new type of robust forward criterion under model uncertainty,called the G-forward performance process,which extends the classical notion of forward performance process to the G-expectation *** then derive the representations of homothetic G-forward performance processes in a single stochastic factor model with uncertainty,building on the well-posedness of ergodic and infinite horizon backward stochastic differential equations driven by G-Brownian motion(G-BSDEs)with quadratic generators.

In this paper, the authors study a class of general mean-field BDSDEs whose coefficients satisfy some stochastic conditions. Specifically, the authors prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of solution under stochastic Lipschitz condition and obtain the related comparison theorem. Besides,the authors further relax the conditions and deduce the existence theorem of solutions under stochastic linear growth and continuous conditions, and the authors also prove the associated comparison ***, an asset pricing problem is discussed, which demonstrates the application of the general mean-field BDSDEs in finance.

Objective Endometrial carcinoma(EC)is a prevalent gynecological malignancy characterized by increasing incidence and mortality *** underscores the critical need for novel therapeutic *** such potential target is cell division cycle 20(CDC20),which has been implicated in *** study investigated the effect of the CDC20 inhibitor Apcin on EC and elucidated the underlying mechanism *** The effects of Apcin on EC cell proliferation,apoptosis,and the cell cycle were evaluated using CCK8 assays and flow *** sequencing(RNA-seq)was subsequently conducted to explore the underlying molecular mechanism,and Western blotting and coimmunoprecipitation were subsequently performed to validate the *** studies were performed to evaluate the antitumor effects in *** analysis was also conducted to identify CDC20 as a potential therapeutic target in *** Treatment with Apcin inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis in EC cells,resulting in cell cycle *** associated with apoptosis and the cell cycle were activated following treatment with ***,Apcin treatment led to the upregulation of the cell cycle regulator p21,which was verified to interact with CDC20 and consequently decrease the expression of downstream cyclins in EC *** vivo experiments confirmed that Apcin treatment significantly impeded tumor *** CDC20 expression was observed in EC tissue than in nonmalignant tissue,and increased CDC20 expression in EC patients was associated with shorter overall survival and progress free *** CDC20 is a novel molecular target in EC,and Apcin could be developed as a candidate antitumor drug for EC treatment.

This paper develops a new class of multivariate models for large-dimensional time-varying covariance matrices,called Cholesky generalized autoregressive score(GAS)models,which are based on the Cholesky decomposition of the covariance matrix and assume that the parameters are ***,two types of score-driven updates are considered:one is closer to the GARCH family,and the other is inspired by the stochastic volatility *** demonstrate that the models can be estimated equation-wise and are computationally feasible for high-dimensional ***,we design an equationwise dynamic model averaging or selection algorithm which simultaneously extracts model and parameter uncertainties,equipped with dynamically estimated model *** simulation results illustrate the superiority of the proposed ***,using a sizeable daily return dataset that includes 124 sectors in the Chinese stock market,two empirical studies with a small sample and a full sample are conducted to verify the advantages of our *** full sample analysis by a dynamic correlation network documents significant structural changes in the Chinese stock market before and after COVID-19.
