Co oxidation under lean and stoichiometric conditions over ceriazirconia with very low metal contents(Cu,Co,Ag and Pt)

In this work,several ceria-zirconia based catalysts with very lo w(and equimolar) metal contents were prepared,characterised and tested for the Co oxidatio n reaction(under lean and stoichiometric conditions),trying to emulate those conditions found in a diesel oxidation catalyst(DoC) system from a diesel engine and those encountered under gasoline exhaust(λ=1).The metals chosen are Cu,Co,Ag and Pt(as a reliable benchmark).The results reveal enormous differences among reducibility and catalytic activity despite quite similar structural and textural properties of the catalysts,showing differences among dispersion(Ag-catalyst seems to present a low level of dispersion).This catalyst seems to be characterised,as well,by a strong electronic interaction between Ce and Ag centres which is suggested to yield an improved reducibility under H_(2)-TPR ***,the order in catalytic activity(Cu>Ag>Co≈Pt>>support) seems not to follow the order found in reducibility and the Cu-catalyst seems to be the most active independently on the reaction conditions,yielding nearly overlapped Co oxidation catalytic *** restingly,a stro ng correlation between the catalytic activity under the two conditions tested and the oSC values of the Ce_(0.8)Zr_(0.2)o_(2)-supported metal catalysts is ***,oSC parameter measured at 150℃ can be used as a relevant descriptor to evaluate the Co oxidation activity at low and medium conversions for the investigated catalysts,much better than the H_(2)-TPR measurements.

A novel electrochemical multicomponent cascade reaction of indole-tethered alkenes with CF_(3)So_(2)Na and n-BuaNI has been developed,which enables the rapid assembly of spiropyrrolidinyl-oxindoles in good *** experimental results and DFT calculations suggest that this reaction proceeds through the oxidation of CF_(3)So_(2)Na,radical coupling with alkene,spirocyclization,oxidation of sulfinate,iodide substitution,and water *** strategy features mild reaction conditions,easy-to-handle reactants,and good chemical *** finding not only enriches the research contents of indole-tethered alkenes but also provides a green strategy for the construction of spiropyrrolidinyl-oxindoles compared with the existing methodologies.

Intestinal anti-inflammatory effect of a plant sterol food supplement in experimental murine colitis and cell co-culture models

The potential of a plant sterol food supplement （PS-FS） in addressing intestinal inflammation in vivo and in vitro was evaluated. As in vivo model， C57BL/6J mice were exposed to 1.5% dextran sulfate sodium in three 5-day periods， with 10-day rest intervals in between， daily reciving PS-FS （35 mg PS/kg）. The in vitro approach involved a bi-cameral system with 8-day-differentiated Caco-2 （apical） and RAW264.7 cells （basolateral）. The bioaccessible fraction of PS-FS， obtained after INFoGEST 2.0 simulated gastrointestinal digestion， was added to the apical part （90 min）， followed by stimulation with lipopolysaccharide （1 μg/mL， 24 h）. PS-FS alleviated rectal bleeding and rebalanced pro- (tumor necrosis factor α， interleukin （IL）-6， and IL-8) and anti-inflammatory cytokines （IL-10）. Additionally， PS-FS ameliorated histopathological damage and enhancing occludin expression. A reduction in oxidative stress was evidenced by decreased myeloperoxidase activity and reactive oxygen species production. The anti-inflammatory mechanism included suppressing cyclooxygenase 2 expression， reducing prostaglandin E2production， and inhibiting the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of the nuclear factor κB p65 subunit. This study reveals the potential of PS-FS as a therapeutic intervention for colitis. The alignment between in vivo and in vitro outcomes substantiates the appropriateness of the co-culture model to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity of foods.

Burrow morphology of Uca uruguayensis and Uca leptodactylus(Decapoda:ocypodidae)from a subtropical mangrove forest in the western Atlantic

The continuous excavation of burrows by fiddler crabs generates bioturbation in the sediment,which can be estimated from burrow *** aim of the present study was to describe the burrow morphology of Uca uruguayensis and *** and its relationship with demography of resident individuals and to estimate the level of bioturbation in the sediment generated by each *** all individuals from each of the 2 species,sex was determined and the carapace width(CW;mm)*** were characterized according to burrow diameter(BD;mm),maximum burrow depth(MBD;mm)and burrow volume(BV;cm^(3)).The density of each species in the study area was also *** both species,the males were larger and occupied burrows with higher BV compared to *** between sexes in relation to the burrow characteristics might reflect sexual dimorphism within the group and are probably related to the fact that males use the burrows for *** and BV showed significant positive relationships with the size of resident *** amount of sediment removed per burrow was estimated from mean BV:10.78 cm^(3)of sediment/burrow for *** and 12.38 cm^(3)of sediment/burrow for *** the density and depth differences between the 2 species,the similarity in burrow volume suggests that *** and *** present the same importance in terms of the bioturbation *** morphology is highly associated with characteristics of the occupant,although extrinsic factors should also be considered,and its description can provide estimates on the bioturbation generated by Uca species in mangrove forests.

The study of the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)aimed to reach a deeper understanding of the parameters that control the rate of this reaction is of great importance given the technical relevance of hydrogen production as an energy vector in the so-called hydrogen *** previous works,laser-induced temperature jump(LITJ)experiments on Pt(111)modified with Ni(oH)_(2)in alkaline media have revealed the importance of the interfacial electric field in the rate of the *** was hypothesised that small amounts of Ni(oH)_(2)cause a decrease of the electric field because of a negative shift of the pzfc toward the onset of the hydrogen *** this work,to test the validity of this hypothesis,the study has been extended to Pt(111)surfaces modified with Fe(oH)_(2).The modified surfaces have been studied voltammetrically,and the voltammetric charges have been *** voltammograms show a peak in the hydrogen evolution region that suggest the transformation in the adlayer from Fe(II)to Fe(0).In agreement with the coulometric analysis,the voltammetric features in the oH adsorption region would be related with the oxidation to the+3 valence *** results obtained with LITJ method reflect the existence of a strong interaction of the Fe oxophilic species with the water molecules,shifting the potential of maximum entropy away from the onset of the ***,the most catalytic surface is the one with the lowest Fe coverage.

目的:使用CiteSpace软件构建可视化图谱,对农村儿童早期发展领域的研究动态和研究热点进行系统整理,分析农村儿童早期发展领域的当下研究现况和未来发展趋势,为儿童早期发展研究提供整合证据,同时为完善农村儿童早期发展的研究策略提供理论支撑,也为未来开展的干预项目给予证据支持。方法:以Webof Science(WoS)核心合集数据库、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WANFANG)和维普(VIP)中文数据库为数据来源,应用CiteSpace软件对农村儿童早期发展领域已发表的中英文文献的文献数量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析。结果:中文文献中,农村儿童早期发展研究自2002年开始,起步较晚,直到2007年前鲜有相关研究,2016年至2019年发文量呈小幅度增长趋势。英文文献则在2000年至2021年发文量持续增加,但近两年有所下降。作者分析显示,中文文献中岳爱、王晓莉等作者发文量较高,英文文献中Rozelle·Scott等作者为主要贡献者。机构分析显示,陕西师范大学与北京大学是中文文献发文机构中的主要贡献者,斯坦福大学等机构在英文文献中占据主导地位。关键词分析显示,国内研究主要集中于相对贫困地区儿童与留守儿童的早期发展,且多为综述或政策文本分析;而国外研究主要聚焦于健康指标和影响早期发展的危险因素。结论:农村儿童早期发展的研究应加强不同学者、研究机构之间的合作,国内科研机构应加强和国外学者与机构间的共同协作,在现有政策的落实中进一步推进关于儿童早期发展的实证研究,促进儿童早期健康全面发展,为推动实现联合国可持续发展目标的全球愿景贡献智慧。
