The pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 infection in early December 2019,which was later named coronavirus disease 2019(COViD-19)by the World Health Organization(WHO),rapidly spread across the *** has made extraordinary efforts to this unprecedented pandemic,put its response and control at a very high level of infectious disease management(Category B but with measures for Category A),given top priority to the people and their lives,and balanced the pandemic control and socio-economic *** more than three years’fighting against this disease,China downgraded the management of COViD-19 to Category B infectious disease on January 8,2023 and the WHO declared the end of public health emergency on May 5,***,the ending of pandemic does not mean that the disease is no longer a health *** against COViD-19 from China and the whole world should be learned to prepare well for the future public health *** article gives a systematic review of the trajectory of COViD-19 development in China,summarizes the critical policy arrangements and provides evidence for the adjustment during policy making process,so as to share experiences with international community and contribute to the global health for all humanity.

The pancreas became one of the first objects of regenerative medicine,since other possibilities of dealing with the pancreatic endocrine insufficiency were clearly *** number of people living with diabetes mellitus is currently approaching half a billion,hence the crucial relevance of new methods to stimulate regeneration of the insulin-secretingβ-cells of the islets of *** restrictions on the islet regeneration are very tight;nevertheless,the islets are capable of physiological regeneration viaβ-cell self-replication,direct differentiation of multipotent progenitor cells and spontaneousα-toβ-orδ-toβ-cell conversion(trans-differentiation).The existing preclinical models ofβ-cell dysfunction or ablation(induced surgically,chemically or genetically)have significantly expanded our understanding of reparative regeneration of the islets and possible ways of its *** ultimate goal,sufficient level of functional activity ofβ-cells or their substitutes can be achieved by two prospective broad strategies:β-cell replacement andβ-cell ***“regeneration”strategy aims to maintain a preserved population ofβ-cells through in situ exposure to biologically active substances that improveβ-cell survival,replication and insulin secretion,or to evoke the intrinsic adaptive mechanisms triggering the spontaneous non-β-toβ-cell ***“replacement”strategy implies transplantation ofβ-cells(as non-disintegrated pancreatic material or isolated donor islets)orβ-like cells obtained ex vivo from progenitors or mature somatic cells(for example,hepatocytes orα-cells)under the action of small-molecule inducers or by genetic *** believe that the huge volume of experimental and clinical studies will finally allow a safe and effective solution to a seemingly simple goal-restoration of the functionally activeβ-cells,the innermost hope of millions of people globally.

With the advent and widespread information and communication technologies, pace of human activity has accelerated markedly new industries, new management techniques. And in the world community, now prevalent idea of democracy with equal rights and freedoms for all citizens of a democratic state is a risk and a challenge to the integrity of a community. Against this background, it becomes important not only process control, but also a system of communication between society and the state. For effective interaction between society and the state, the government needs a new, streamlined platform for the provision of public services. This site was e-government. Currently, the concept of ＂open government＂ is implemented in the administration of the state in all developed countries. This paper deals with modern communication mechanism of the state and society in Russia, for example, ＂e-government＂, and the effectiveness of this mechanism in the process of changing demands of society.

A problem of pursuit in the controlled systems of elliptic type without mixed derivatives with variable coefficients was considered. The model of the considered system is described by partial differential equations. The players (opponents) control parameters occur on the right-hand side of the equation and are subjected to various constraints. The first player’s goal is to bring the system from one state into another desired state;the second player’s goal is to prevent this from happening. We represent new sufficient conditions for bringing the system from one state into another. The finite-difference method is used to solve this problem.

A series of novel 3,4-dichloroisothiazole based 1,2,4-triazole derivatives were rationally designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by iH NMR, 13C NMR, HRMS or elemental analysis; the typical crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction for validation. All target compounds were evaluated for their in vitro fungicidal and in vivo anti-TMV activities. The bioassay results indicated that compound 6b, namely 1-（3,4-dichloroisothiazol-5-yo）-o-（4-ouorophenyo）-2-（OH-o,2o4-triazol-o-yl）ethanol, exhibited excellent growth inhibition against B. cinerea, C. arachldico;a and P. piricola with median effective concentrations （EC50） of 6.98, 2.73 and 3.07μg/mL, respectively, and good in vivo anti-TMV activity of over 60% of inactivation and induction activity at 100 μg/mL. These data demonstrate that compound 6b is both a fungicide and an anti-TMV lead, deserving further studies.

The kinetics of adsorption and parameters of equilibrium adsorption of Methylene Blue（MB）on hybrid laponite-multi-walled carbon nanotube（NT）particles in aqueous suspensions were *** laponite platelets were used in order to facilitate disaggregation of NTs in aqueous suspensions and enhance the adsorption capacity of hybrid particles for *** were performed at room temperature（298 K）,and the laponite/NT ratio（Xl）was varied in the range of 0–*** elucidation of the mechanism of MB adsorption on hybrid particles,the electrical conductivity of the system as well as the electrokinetic potential of laponite-NT hybrid particles were *** different stages in the kinetics of adsorption of MB on the surface of NTs or hybrid laponite-NT particles were discovered to be a fast initial stage Ⅰ（adsorption time t=0–10 min）,a slower intermediate stage Ⅱ（up to t=120 min）and a long-lasting final stage Ⅲ（up to t=24 hr）.The presence of these stages was explained accounting for different types of interactions between MB and adsorbent particles,as well as for the changes in the structure of aggregates of NT particles and the long-range processes of restructuring of laponite platelets on the surface of *** analysis of experimental data on specific surface area versus the value of Xl evidenced in favor of the model with linear contacts between rigid laponite platelets and *** was also concluded that electrostatic interactions control the first stage of adsorption at low MB concentrations.

The sets of Minkowski algebraic sum and geometric difference are considered. The purpose of the research in this paper is to apply the properties of Minkowski sum and geometric difference to fractional differential games. This paper investigates the geometric properties of the Minkowski algebraic sum and the geometric difference of sets. Various examples are considered that calculate the geometric differences of sets. The results of the research are presented and proved as a theorem. At the end of the article, the results were applied to fractional differential games.

in Beyond the Fifth Generation(B5G)heterogeneous edge networks,numerous users are multiplexed on a channel or served on the same frequency resource block,in which case the transmitter applies coding and the receiver uses interference ***,uncoordinated radio resource allocation can reduce system throughput and lead to user inequity,for this reason,in this paper,channel allocation and power allocation problems are formulated to maximize the system sum rate and minimum user achievable *** the construction model is non-convex and the response variables are high-dimensional,a distributed Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)framework called distributed Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO)is proposed to allocate or assign ***,several simulated agents are trained in a heterogeneous environment to find robust behaviors that perform well in channel assignment and power ***,agents in the collection stage slow down,which hinders the learning of other ***,a preemption strategy is further proposed in this paper to optimize the distributed PPO,form DP-PPO and successfully mitigate the straggler *** experimental results show that our mechanism named DP-PPO improves the performance over other DRL methods.
