The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

With the rapid development of information technology,internet financial products have been continuously launched,and many college students have joined the internet financial *** investigating the current situation of college students’financial management,this study found several problems and deficiencies in college students’financial management and proposed countermeasures to these problems for colleges and universities to cultivate students’internet financial literacy as well as guide them to establish the correct concept of financial management under the internet financial environment,learn financial management knowledge,improve financial management capabilities and risk awareness,as well as choose appropriate internet financial management products.

After some permutation of conjugate quadrature filter, new conjugate quadrature filters can be derived. In terms of this permutation, an approach is developed for constructing compactly supported bivariate orthogonal wavelets from univariate orthogonal wavelets. Non-separable orthogonal wavelets can be achieved. To demonstrate this method, an example is given.

The current study extends the previous literature by exploring the effects of a newly discovered driver,i.e.,import taxes(as a proxy for commercial policies),on the consumption-based carbon emissions(CCO2e)for *** empirical analysis,several tests and methods,including Augmented Dickey–Fuller unit root test,Zivot–Andrews unit root test,asymmetric cointegration bound testing approach,non-linear ARDL,Wald-test,Granger causality test and wavelet quantile correlation(WQC)method are ***,NARDL technique estimates reveal that contractionary commercial policy enhances the environmental quality by disrupting the detrimental effects of ***,expansionary commercial policy escalates the environmental pollution by boosting the carbon ***,the exports and the renewable energy improve the ecological quality;however,GDP deteriorates the atmospheric quality by increasing the ***,WQC method and the trivariate Granger causality test are deployed to confirm the robustness of the *** on the findings,some crucial policies are also recommended for sustainable and green development in Pakistan.

Supply Chain finance(SCF)refers to the financial service in which banks rely on core enterprises to manage the capital flow and logistics of upstream and downstream *** adopts a self-testing and closed-loop credit model to control funds and *** key factor in a successful SCF service is the deployment of SCF businessoriented information systems that allow businesses to form partnerships efficiently and expedite cash flows throughout the supply *** Technology(BCT),featuring decentralization,tamper-proofing,traceability,which is usually paired with the Internet of Things(IoT)in real-world contexts,has been widely adopted in the field of finance and is perfectly positioned to facilitate innovative collaborations among participants in supply chain *** this paper,we propose a BCT and IoT-based information management framework(named BC4Regu),which works as the regulatory to improve the information transparency in the business process of *** BC4Regu,the operation cost of the whole supply chain can be significantly reduced through the coordination and integration of capital flow,information flow,logistics and trade flow in the supply *** contributions in this paper include:(1)proposing a novel information management framework which leverages Blockchain and IoT to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the trade of SCF;(2)proposing the technical design of BC4Regu,including the Blockchain infrastructure,distributed ledger-based integrated data flow service,and reshaped SCF process;and(3)applying BC4Regu to a group of scenarios and conducting theoretical analysis by introducing the principal-agent model to validate the BC4Regu.

Fiscal policy, as one of important tools of government’s macro-control and adjustment, cannot be substituted by other economic ways for building independent innovation strategy. Now government public expenditure on independent innovation includes financial expenditure on both science and technology and R&D. But there are some issues what reduce domestic enterprises’ abilities to innovation, such as insufficient public financial investment, unreasonable R&D expenditure structure and so on. So government public expenditure policy should be carried out and perfected accordingly for implementing dependent innovation strategy.

The study,based on two theoretical models,*** and PAM,consisted of two experiments which were controlled with the computer software E-Prime and assisted by Praat,a software used for analysis,editing and synthesis of sound *** first experiment is a production test which examined the first two formants of the vowels in Putonghua produced by the research *** second experiment is a perception test which investigated the categorical perception of the vowels in Putonghua by the *** results show that vowel perception partially correlates with that of production.

This paper explores the impact of technological innovation on SMEs' loan structure under the moderating effect of the bank-enterprise relationship length as a condition variable. OLS model was established and 487 technological enterprises in Guangdong province were selected. Results show: first, R&D investment, the number of applied patents and authorized patents all affect loan structure negatively;second, when the relationship length becomes longer, technological innovation has positive effect on loan structure. Particularly, the number of authorized patents can effectively raise loan rates, reduce costs and increase long-term loans. On the contrary, the shorter the relationship length is, the faster the loan structure deteriorates;third, under the intervention of relationship length, the pecking order of promoting effect of three technological innovation variables on loans is as follows: authorized patents, applied patents and R&D investment.

Starting from the internal and external environment of M company, this paper firstly analyzes the external macro environment and industrial environment of M company's automotive air conditioning products by virtue of PEST analysis, Porter's "five-force model" analysis and external environmental assessment matrix(EFE), and sums up the opportunities and threats faced by M company's automotive air-conditioning products. Secondly, this paper adopts the core competitiveness analysis method and internal environmental assessment matrix(IFE) and finds out the internal advantages and disadvantages of the M company's passenger car air-conditioning products;on this basis, an alternative product competition strategy was developed by using the SWOT tool's analytical framework. Finally, a competitive strategy for the differentiation of M company's automotive air conditioners was developed.
