In thermoelectrics,doping is essential to augment the figure of *** strategy,predomina ntly heavy doping,aims to optimize carrier concentration and restrain lattice thermal ***,this tactic can severely hamper carrier transport due to pronounced point defect scattering,particularly in materials with inherently low carrier ***,dilute doping,although minimally affecting carrier mobility,frequently fails to optimize other vital thermoelectric ***,we present a more nuanced dilute doping strategy in GeTe,leveraging the multifaceted roles of small-size metal atoms.A mere 4%CuPbSbTe_(3)introduction into GeTe swiftly suppresses rhombohedral distortion and optimizes carrier concentration through the aid of Cu ***,the formation of multiscale microstructures,including zero-dimensional Cu interstitials,one-dimensional dislocations,two-dimensional planar defects,and three-dimensional nanoscale amorphous GeO_(2)and Cu_(2)GeTe_(3)precipitates,along with the ensuing lattice softening,contributes to an ultralow lattice thermal ***,dilute CuPbSbTe_(3)doping incurs only a marginal decrease in carrier *** trace Cd doping,employed to alleviate the bipolar effect and align the valence bands,yields an impressive figure-of-merit of 2.03 at 623 K in(Ge_(0.97)Cd_(0.03)Te)_(0.96)(CuPbSbTe_(3))_(0.04).This leads to a high energyconversion efficiency of 7.9%and a significant power density of 3.44 W cm^(-2)at a temperature difference of 500 *** results underscore the invaluable insights gained into the constructive role of nuanced dilute doping in the concurrent tuning of carrier and phonon transport in GeTe and other thermoelectric materials.

Functional Analysis of Dunaliella salina Calmodulin Kinase Gene

[Objectives] This study was conducted to investigate the function of Dunaliella salina calmodulin kinase(CaM K) gene.[Methods] The sense and antisense gene fragments(223 bp) and spacer sequence(129 bp) of *** calmodulin kinase gene were cloned and inserted into the downstream part of the35 S promoter of the eukaryotic expression vector pM *** siRNA expression system of CaM K gene was successfully *** p CaM K-RNAi expression vector was transformed into *** cells by the LiA c/PEG-mediated method,giving transgenic *** expression of CaM K gene was then analyzed by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.[Results]The expression of CaM K gene in the transgenic *** was significantly reduced,by 70% compared with the control group,suggesting that the expression of CaM K gene was significantly *** examination of the growth status of *** showed that *** cell division and proliferation were also *** is proved that CaM K gene has a positive regulation effect on the division and proliferation of *** cells.[Conclusions] The study provides important information for further elucidating the function and action mechanism of *** calmodulin kinase gene.

Placement Optimization of Caching UAV-Assisted Mobile Relay Maritime Communication

Recently, due to the deployment flexibility of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), UAV-assisted mobile relay communication system has been widely used in the maritime communication. However, the performance of UAV-assisted mobile relay communication system is limited by the capacity of wireless backhaul link between base station and UAV. In this paper, we consider a caching UAV-assisted decode-and-forward relay communication system in a downlink maritime communication. For the general case with multiple users, the optimal placement of UAV is obtained by solving the average achievable rate maximization problem through the one-dimensional linear search. For a special case with single user, we derive a semi closedform expression of the optimal placement of UAV. Simulation results confirm the accuracy of analytical results and show that the optimal placement of UAV and the average achievable rate significantly depend on the cache capacity at UAV. We also show the difference between the performances of the air-to-ground model and the air-to-sea model.

CLOF Based Outlier Detection Algorithm of Temperature Data for Ethylene Cracking Furnace

The flue temperature is one of the important indicators to characterize the combustion state of an ethylene cracker furnace,the outliers of temperature data can lead to the false *** outlier detection algorithms such as the Isolation Forest algorithm and 3-sigma principle cannot detect the outliers *** order to improve the detection accuracy and reduce the computational complexity,an outlier detection algorithm for flue temperature data based on the CLOF(Clipping Local Outlier Factor,CLOF)algorithm is *** algorithm preprocesses the normalized data using the cluster pruning algorithm,and realizes the high accuracy and high efficiency outlier detection in the outliers candidate *** the flue temperature data of an ethylene cracking furnace in a petrochemical plant,the main parameters of the CLOF algorithm are selected according to the experimental results,and the outlier detection effect of the Isolation Forest algorithm,the 3-sigma principle,the conventional LOF algorithm and the CLOF algorithm are compared and *** results show that the appropriate clipping coefficient in the CLOF algorithm can significantly improve the detection efficiency and detection *** with the outlier detection results of the Isolation Forest algorithm and 3-sigma principle,the accuracy of the CLOF detection results is increased,and the amount of data calculation is significantly reduced.

Leader-Following Entrapping Control of AUVs Using Bearing Measurements in Local Coordinate Frames

In this paper,the entrapping control problem of discrete-time AUVs with local coordinate frames is *** achieve entrapment in arbitrarily shaped orbits and formations,we design a bearingbased leader-following framework fully in the discrete-time domain with four parts:the orientation estimation unit,estimator unit,controller unit and parameters tuning *** bearing measurements and communication information,the orientation estimation unit can estimate orientations of local coordinate frames infinite time,and the estimator unit can achieve local *** on estimation,the controller unit can drive each AUV to track the desired orbit or formation with an arbitrary *** present su±cient conditions under which stability of the overall system is proved using the theorem offinite-time stability and LaSalle's theorem for the discrete-time ***,the parameters tuning unit can calculate optimal parameters to improve overall ***,we extend our schemes to nonholonomic AUVs with unicycle ***,simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Generally,long wavelength absorbed near-infrared II(NIR-II)dyes have a low fluorescence efficiency in aggregate states for aggregate-caused quenching effect,simultaneously enhancing efficiency and extending absorption is a challenging issue for NIR-II ***,three benzo[1,2-c:4,5-c’]bis[1,2,5]thiadiazole(BBT)derivatives(TPA-BBT,FT-BBT,and BTBT-BBT)are used to clarify fluorescence quenching *** the BBT derivatives are doped into a small molecule matrix,they show quite different fluorescence *** TPA-BBT displays fluorescence quenching originating from short-range exchange interaction,while FT-BBT and BTBT-BBT with a co-planar-conjugated backbone exhibit concentration-dependent quenching processes,namely changing from long-range dipole-dipole interaction to exchange interaction,which could be majorly ascribed to large spectral overlap between absorption and *** precisely tuning doping concentration,both FT-BBT and BTBT-BBT nanoparticles(NPs)present the optimal NIR-II fluorescence brightness at∼2.5 wt%doping *** doped NPs have good biocompatibility and could be served as fluorescence contrast agents for vascular imaging with a high resolution under 980-nm laser *** paradigms evidence that molecular doping can promote fluorescence efficiency of long wavelength-absorbed NIR-II fluorophores via suppressing long-range energy migration.

Using New Fusion Operations to Improve Trust Expressiveness of Subjective Logic

Subjective logic provides a means to describe the trust relationship of the realworld. However, existing fusion operations it offers Weal fused opiniotts equally, which makes it impossible to deal with the weighted opinions effectively. A. Jcsang presents a solution, which combines the discounting operator and the fusion operator to produce the consensus to the problem. In this paper, we prove that this approach is unsuitable to deal with the weighted opinions because it increases the uncertainty of the consensus. To address the problem, we propose two novel fusion operators that are capable of fusing opinions according to the weight of opinion in a fair way, and one of the strengths of them is improving the trust expressiveness of subjective logic. Furthermore, we present the justification on their definitions with the mapping between the evidence space and the opinion space. Comparisons between existing operators and the ones we proposed show the effectiveness of our new fusion operations.

Suppressing nonradiative recombination and releasing residual strain areprerequisites to improving the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,long-chain polyacrylic acid(PAA)is used to reinforce SnO_(2)film and passivate SnO_(2)defects,forming a structure similar to“reinforcedconcrete”with high tensile strength and fewer ***,PAA is also introduced to the SnO_(2)/perovskite interface as a“buffer spring”torelease residual strain,which also acts as a“dual-side passivation interlayer”to passivate the oxygen vacancies of SnO_(2)and Pb dangling bonds in *** a result,the best inorganic CsPbBr_(3)PSC achieves a championpower conversion efficiency of 10.83%with an ultrahigh open-circuit voltageof 1.674 *** unencapsulated PSC shows excellent stability under 80%relative humidity and 80℃over 120 days.
