New energy power generation equipment has the characteristics of diurnal, perturbative, seasonal, and periodic power generation, which makes new power optical communication network(POCN) more dynamic and changeable. This is directly reflected in the dynamics of the link risk and service importance of the POCN. In this paper, aiming at the problem of the dynamic importance of service in POCN, and the resulting power optical communication network reliability decline problem, a new energy POCN dynamic routing intelligence algorithm based on service importance prediction is proposed. Based on the short-term power generation of new energy power station, the importance of each service and the risk degree of each link are predicted. Link weights are dynamically adjusted, and k-shortest path(KSP) algorithm is used to calculate route results. When network resources are insufficient, low-importance services can give way to prevent a large number of high-importance services from being blocked. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional KSP algorithm, the prediction-based dynamic routing intelligent(P-DRI) algorithm can reduce the service blocking probability by 55.59%, and reduce the average importance of blocking services by 44.77% at the cost of about 6.17% of the calculation delay.

From 21st century,it is hard for traditional storage and algorithm to provide service with high quality because of big data of communication which grows ***,cloud computing technology with relatively low cost of hardware facilities is ***,to guarantee the quality of service in the situation of the rapid growth of data volume,the energy consumption cost of cloud computing begins to exceed the hardware *** order to solve the problems mentioned above,this study briefly introduced the virtual machine and its energy consumption model in the mobile cloud environment,introduced the basic principle of the virtual machine migration strategy based on the artificial bee colony algorithm and then simulated the performance of processing strategy to big data of communication based on artificial bee colony algorithm in mobile cloud computing environment by CloudSim3.0 software,which was compared with the performance of two algorithms,resource management(RM)and genetic algorithm(GA).The results showed that the power consumption of the migration strategy based on the artificial bee colony algorithm was lower than the other two strategies,and there were fewer failed virtual machines under the same number of requests,which meant that the service quality was higher.

Container is an emerging virtualization technology and widely adopted in the cloud to provide services because of its lightweight,flexible,isolated and highly portable *** services are often instantiated as clusters of interconnected *** to the stochastic service arrival and complicated cloud environment,it is challenging to achieve an optimal container placement(CP)*** propose to leverage Deep Reinforcement Learning(DRL)for solving CP problem,which is able to learn from experience interacting with the environment and does not rely on mathematical model or prior ***,applying DRL method directly dose not lead to a satisfying result because of sophisticated environment states and huge action *** this paper,we propose UNREAL-CP,a DRL-based method to place container instances on servers while considering end to end delay and resource utilization *** proposed method is an actor-critic-based approach,which has advantages in dealing with the huge action ***,the idea of auxiliary learning is also included in our *** design two auxiliary learning tasks about load balancing to improve algorithm *** to other DRL methods,extensive simulation results show that UNREAL-CP performs better up to 28.6%in terms of reducing delay and deployment cost with high training efficiency and responding speed.
