Thyroid carcinoma is a complex disease with several types,the most common being well-differentiated and *** latter,“undifferentiated carcinoma”,also known as anaplastic thyroid carcinoma(ATC),is a highly aggr-essive malignant tumor accounting for less than 0.2%of all thyroid carcinomas and carries a poor prognosis with a median survival of 5 *** gene mutations are the most common molecular factor associated with this type of thyroid *** advances in targeted biological agents,immuno-therapy,stem cell therapy,nanotechnology,the dabrafenib/trametinib com-bination therapy,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)and artificial intelligence offer novel treatment *** combination therapy of dabrafenib and tra-metinib is the current standard treatment for patients with BRAF-V600E gene ***,the dabrafenib/trametinib combination therapy,ICI,used alone or in combination with targeted therapies have raised some hopes for improving the prognosis of this deadly *** age,earlier tumor stage and radiotherapy are all prognostic factors for improved ***,therapeutic regimens should be tailored to the individual patient based on surveillance and epidemiological data,and a multidisciplinary approach is ess-ential.

The COP9 signalosome subunit 6(COPS6)is abnormally overexpressed in many malignancies,yet its precise role in carcinogenesis is *** gain a better understanding of COPS6's role,the authors conducted a pan-cancer analysis using various bioinformatics techniques such as differential expression patterns,prognostic value,gene mutations,immune infiltration,correlation analysis,and functional enrichment *** showed that COPS6 was highly correlated with prognosis,immune cell infiltration level,tumor mutation burden,and microsatellite instability in patients with a range of tumor *** suggests that COPS6 may be a potential target for cancer ***,this research provides insight into COPS6's role in cancer development and its potential therapeutic applications.

Zhuo et al looked into the part of transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1(TM9SF1)in bladder cancer(BC),and evaluated if it can be used as a therapeutic *** created a permanent BC cell line and tested the effects of TM9SF1 overexpression and suppression on BC cell growth,movement,invasion,and cell cycle *** results show that TM9SF1 can boost the growth,movement,and invasion of BC cells and their access into the G2/M stage of the cell *** research gives a novel direction and concept for targeted therapy of BC.

Intensive aquaculture-induced oxidative stress is detrimental to fish health and *** plants show promise as natural health boosters and antioxidants in the aquaculture ***,this work investigated the effects of turmeric aqueous extract(TAE)on the growth performance,antioxidant status,and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)-induced oxidative stress in spotted seabass(Lateolabrax maculatus).Fish were fed diets supplemented with 0(Con),2(TAE2),or 4(TAE4)g/kg TAE for eight weeks,then were injected with *** results showed that dietary supplementation of TAE did not affect fish growth,feed utilization,or body *** treatment increased liver antioxidant enzyme activities and decreased liver malondialdehyde content and serum levels of glutamate oxalate transaminase,glutamate pyruvate transaminase,and lactate ***,the increases in mortality,liver malondialdehyde content,and serum biomarkers of liver injury in the H2O2-treated fish were inhibited as a consequence of the TAE *** addition,TAE treatment activated the Nrf2/Keap1 pathway in the liver,supported by the up-regulated expression of nrf2,ho-1,and gclc,and down-regulated keap1 ***,dietary incorporation of TAE protected against H2O2-induced oxidative stress in spotted seabass probably by enhancing antioxidant capacity through the Nrf2/Keap1 pathway.

Achieving high‐precision extraction of sea islands from high‐resolution satellite remote sensing images is crucial for effective resource development and sustainable ***,achieving such accuracy for sea island extraction presents significant challenges due to the presence of extensive background interference.A more widely applicable noise‐tolerant matched filter(NTMF)scheme is proposed for sea island extraction based on the MF *** NTMF scheme effectively suppresses the background interference,leading to more accurate and robust sea island *** further enhance the accuracy and robustness of the NTMF scheme,a neural dynamics algorithm is supplemented that adds an error integration feedback term to counter noise interference during internal computer operations in practical *** comparative experiments were conducted on various remote sensing images of sea islands under different noisy working conditions to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed neural dynamics algorithm‐assisted NTMF *** experiments confirm the ad-vantages of using the NTMF scheme for sea island extraction with the assistance of neural dynamics algorithm.

Urban night tourism is a new form of urban tourism development and an important driving force for the prosperity of urban night *** the most prestigious business card among many night tour projects in Guangzhou,the Pearl River water night tour has contributed to the development of Guangzhou s night economy,which cannot be ***,in the process of rapid development,there are also problems such as diversified operators,insufficient integration of intangible cultural elements,excessive commercial attributes,issues of tourism facilities and service *** the new stage of integrated development of culture and tourism,how to use mutual promotion of culture and tourism in the Pearl River night tour to seek innovative paths for high-quality development in the future is the main problem expected to be solved in this ***,based on the perspective of culture and tourism integration,this paper analyzes the general situation and development status of the Pearl River night tour,and proposes five development strategies:the overall planning of culture and tourism integration,the deep integration of intangible cultural elements,the balance of commercial attributes and tourism attributes,the high integration of culture,business,tourism and education,and the creation of tourism atmosphere,in order to provide inspiration for the healthy,orderly and high-quality development of the Pearl River night tour.
