Objective:To explore the impact of a continuous precision nursing model on patients’Knowledge,Attitudes,and Practices(KAP)and cardiac function during the nursing process of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary angiography and stent ***:Ninety patients who underwent percutaneous coronary angiography and stent implantation in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(45 cases),in which routine nursing support was carried out during the treatment process,and the observation group(45 cases),in which continuous precision nursing model was carried out during the treatment *** were made between the two groups of patients on their KAP,cardiac function,and quality of life during ***:There was no difference in the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),and cardiac index(CI)levels before *** the intervention,the levels of cardiac function in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(Pgroup had higher ESCA scores than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of a continuous precision nursing model in the care of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary angiography and stent implantation improved the patient’s cardiac function,and KAP,and promoted recovery.

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of implementing a precise education model on the nursing care of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization ***:We selected 70 patients who were going to undergo surgical intervention in our hospital from August 2020 to December 2022 as the subjects for this study through random *** patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each *** control group underwent basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given precise patient *** nursing effects of both groups were ***:After the intervention,all compliance indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(Pgroup(2.86%)was lower than that of the control group(17.14%)with Pgroup(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),with P<***:A precise propaganda and education model facilitates the nursing of perioperative patients in the interventional catheterization ***,this practice should be popularized.

Topological photonics provides a platform for robust energy transport regardless of sharp corners and ***,the frequency multiplexing topological devices have attracted much attention due to the ability to separate optical signals by wavelength and hence the potential application in optical communication *** frequency multiplexing topological devices are generally based on the slow light ***,the resulting static local spatial mode or finely tuned flat band has zero-group velocity,making it difficult for both experimental excitation and channel ***,we propose and experimentally demonstrate an alternative prototype of asymmetric frequency multiplexing devices including a topological rainbow and frequency router based on floating topological edge mode(instead of localized ones);hence the multiple wavelength channels can be collectively excited with a point source and efficiently routed to separate output *** channel separation in our design is achieved by gradually tuning the band gap truncation on a topological edge band over a wide range of frequencies.A crucial feature lies in that the topological edge band is detached from bulk states and floating within the upper and lower photonic band *** interestingly,due to the sandwiched morphology of the edge band,the top and bottom band gaps will each truncate into transport channels that support topological propagation towards opposite directions,and the asymmetrical transportation is realized for the frequency multiplexing topological devices.

Objective:To analyze the effect of using continuity of care for elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and its impact on their quality of ***:100 cases of elderly patients with CHD with UAP admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected and grouped into an observation group and a control group of 50 cases each according to the randomized number table *** nursing effect and quality of life of the observation group(continuity nursing)and the control group(routine nursing)were ***:The total effective rate of nursing care was 96.00%observation group and 80.00%for the control group,and the differences were significant(χ2=6.061,Pgroup had fewer episodes(1.42±0.21)times/week and a shorter duration(5.46±0.39)min,which were better than the control group(t=3.465,2.973;Pgroup were lower and the quality of life was higher as compared to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing care improved the nursing effect of elderly CHD with UAP patients,promoted the alleviation of UAP symptoms,improved patient mentality,and improved their quality of ***,continuous nursing care possesses significant clinical application value.

The effect of the electric field with different intensity on explosion wave pressure and flame propagation velocity of gas explosion was experimentally studied, and the effect of electric field on gas explosion and its propagation was theoretically analyzed from heat transportation, mass transportation, and reaction process of gas explosion. The results show that the electric field can affect gas explosion by enhancing explosion intensity and explosion pressure, thus increasing flame velocity. The electric field can offer energy to the gas explosion reaction; the effect of the electric field on gas explosion increases with the increase of electric field intensity. The electric field can increase mass transfer action, heat transfer action, convection effects, diffusion coefficient, and the reaction system entropy, which make the turbulence of gas explosion in electric field increase; therefore, the electric field can improve flame combustion velocity and flame propagation velocity, release more energy, increase shock wave energy, and then promote the gas explosion and its propagation.

The title compound N-hydroxy-9-（3＇,4＇-methylenedioxyphenyl）-1,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridine （C2oH19NO5, Mr=353.36） is of orthorhombic, space group Pna2t with a=14.6914（16）, b=8.8103（10）, c=12.6648（14）A°, Z=4, V=1639.3（3） A°^3 Dc=1.432 g/cm^3, μ（MoKa）=0.103 mm^-1, F（000）=744, R=0.0445 and wR=0.1043 for 2172 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine and cyclohexane rings adopt boat and half-chair configurations, respectively. In addition, there is an intermolecular hydrogen bond （O（1）-H…O（3）） in the title molecule.

The complex MoO2(C7H7O3)2 has been prepared by the reaction of 3-hydroxy- 2-ethyl-4-pyranone with (NH4)6Mo7O244H2O. The single-crystal X-ray study shows that the coordination sphere about the molybdenum atom in the complex consists of six oxygen atoms arranged in a distorted octahedral geometry with the dioxo ligands in cis positions. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 8.3968(2), b = 12.7534(4), c = 14.5443(4) ? b = 96.277(1), V = 1548.18(7) ?, Z = 4, C14H14O8Mo, Mr = 406.19, Dc = 1.743g/cm3, m = 0.886mm-1, F(000) = 816, R = 0.0444 and wR = 0.1091 for 2336 observed reflections with I>2s(I). The average Mo=O bond length is 1.695(4) ? The two ketonic oxygen atoms of the pyranone moieties are trans to the oxo ligands and the hydroxy oxygen atoms are trans to each other. The average MoO bond lengths are 2.248(4) ?for the ketone oxygens and 2.005(3) ?for the hydroxy oxygens. The average ligand bite angle of OMoO is 75.2(2) and the bond angle between two Mo=O is 105.1(2). The dihedral angle is 79.16(2)?between two chelate ring planes.

To solve the problems of low precision of weak feature extraction,heavy reliance on labor and low efficiency of weak feature extraction in X-ray weld detection image of ultra-high voltage(UHV)equipment key parts,an automatic feature extraction algorithm is ***,the original weld image is denoised while retaining the characteristic information of weak defects by the proposed monostable stochastic resonance ***,binarization is achieved by combining Laplacian edge detection and Otsu threshold ***,the automatic identification of weld defect area is realized based on the sequential traversal of binary *** characteristic analysis dimensions are established for weld defects of UHV key parts,including defect area,perimeter,slenderness ratio,duty cycle,*** experiment using theweld detection image of the actual production site shows that the proposedmethod can effectively extract theweak feature information ofweld defects and further provide reference for decision-making.
